Perfect clean room,good staff and breakfast We have a good stay as always in Hampton Inns around USA

For the weekend trip is was great.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The only issue I had was the bed, it was so uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck and back pain. The pillows were the flattest pillows I have ever slept in. Maybe they should be replaced or upgraded.

I liked how the pool was inside and open until 10 and how amazing the staff was! The breakfast was amazing and the parking was super easy! The rooms are super clean and very very nice! I recommend!!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it definitely won’t be our last. Everything is nice, clean, and can’t go wrong with a full breakfast.

Staff was very helpful with our reservations and anything we asked for from the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, a portion of our stay was marred by a loud and rowdy large high school group on the floor above us. Both mornings they were there, they absolutely crowded and took over the breakfast seating area, standing in the way and congregating and talking loudly. The coach even held her meeting with this large group right in the middle of the dining area, blocking access to the buffet. Very inappropriate and inconsiderate of all other guests. Suggestion would be to spell out rules to group upon arrival and enforce quiet hours. Make a rule that large groups like this cannot take over the dining area during breakfast hours. Front desk manager was very apologetic and dealt with this group's leader, but these kids weren't willing to listen or follow instructions.

the property was clean, the concern i had is there were three cars broken into on the property and nothing was done so make sure your car is insured fully not just liability cause the crashing car widows can be very expensive to replace. the tvs didnt work and there was no Ac in the room but they moved me with no problem to another room.. AND THEY CHARGE 4.99 A DAY FOR PARKING WITH NO SECURITY!

We stayed for almost a week and had all of our needs met. The breakfast was complete enough that we didn't have to eat the same thing every morning. Any request we made of the front desk was promptly attended to. The room was very spacious and maintained well.

Room was clean, staff was super nice, laundry room was clean but super super hot, pool was a good size but smelled real strong of chlorine, and free breakfast is a plus just wish they had another drink dispenser.. there was a lot of people waiting for drink and only water was coming out.

Stayed here for my sons AF BTS graduation. Was clean and comfortable. Felt safe. 13 min drive to base without traffic and 20 min from Riverwalk. Close to shopping and resturants. Breakfast was good but was available from 6 to 10 and we were not able to use it because of 5am arrival at the base. Main Event activity center was walking distance.

Dirty. The tile in the rooms can use a major steam cleaning. The carpet in the hallways is filthy on all levels. There was a poop on the floor in the stair well that stayed the duration of my whole stay. Charged parking even if you don't have a vehicle.

The floor on the 2nd floor was uneven with what felt like holes under the carpet. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working. Breakfast was a disappointment. Room was overall fine.

The cons- room wasn’t as clean as I’d like it (restroom had hair in it, the walls had something splattered on them, lotion bottle that is glued to the wall was out of lotion). The room was 80 degrees when we first got there which took a few hours to cool down to 70. Something else is you get charged a $4.99 fee, per day, to park in there parking lot.

The rooms where immaculate and staff was friendly and very accommodating. Over all I was happy with our stay .

It took me 15 minutes to try and call and talk to a real person. Finally got through to request that a crib be put up BEFORE I arrived. I was traveling with my 3 kids (8, 2, &1) and wouldn’t be getting there til almost midnight. They assured me it would be set up. It was not. This was a HUGE inconvenience. I then had 3 sleepy kids crying while I tried to set up the pack and play.

Some areas smell like cigarettes even in non smoking arras. It is pet friendly, not good for those sensitive to smells

Only issue I had were the beds. They are definitely not queen size and extremely uncomfortable for paying over $220 a night. You could feel the springs when you sit or lay down.

The only thing that would’ve made it excellent instead of good was the little kid the floor above our room ran around the room for about a half hour at 6:00am in the morning. Otherwise it was a great stay. I’m staying there again at the end of the week.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Stayed one night for a baseball tournament and about 15 vehicles were broken into and vandalized all around the parking area. They claim to have cameras and security guards, however, we were never able to speak to the security guard they claim to have and he must of been asleep on the job that night if nobody noticed that many vehicles being damaged. They offered no help at all other than instructing us to call the PD. Our vehicle was parking a few feet away from the front office, unbelievable that so many people were affected and nobody cared!! Again DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The walls are paper thin. Kids were woken up by 4 am with sounds from the floor above us sounding like moving furniture, maybe big dogs running across the floor. It was not the cleanest room. Only 1 outlet worked for charging devices.

The breakfast was nice. The staff was helpful. I stayed on the second floor and the floor felt like it was rotten walking down the hall. It did make me feel uneasy walking on them like I was going to fall through. Our toilet stopped up and the staff brought a plunger and told us to do it. So we did but I never have had to do that when a problem came up.

Evening staff was not very courteous. The toilet was continuously running. The end of the bed frame was broke. Very noisy through the wall and ceilings.

The room had problems before we checked in. The maintenance man showed up the next day to fix the refrigerator and wall plug problems. The hotel charges parking facilities fee for handicap parking which is illegal in Texas.

Reservations for this motel were made from Expedia Upon arrival, and presenting the paperwork given to us by Expedia, we were told they had not received any reservation confirmation and had no rooms to rent. Luckily, we were able to find another motel that could accommodate us. we will be seeking a full refund for services not rendered.

It was the customer service that I received that made the staff enjoyable because these days people are so rude and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind especially when people are paying to receive a service. I hate I can’t remember his name (I believe it’s Rick, but not sure.) but he works the overnight shift it was him that got the hotel a good review from me. I really can’t say that there was anything that I didn’t like about the property other than having to pay for parking.

I called the hotel to let them know I would have an ESA dog with me. They didn't tell me ESA would still need to pay for the 75 dollars fee. When I arrived the hotel, I was told I needed to pay for the fee. If ai knew this I would not book this hotel.

I did not like how kind of dirty parts of the room was, they don’t thoroughly clean the bathroom and they don’t seem to have maintenance checks very often because all the outlets except for the bathroom ones were loose and could not fit my chargers. Also the water pressure in the shower is very low and showering was very uncomfortable

This was the hotel recommended for the seven on seven sporting event we attended. It was a great price, very comfortable bed, clean, quiet, and a breakfast with a lot of variety. A great day!

2. I was charged for parking. There was no notification when I made the reservation that there was a charge for parking or I wouldn’t have made the reservation. Charging hotel guests to park in their own parking lot is the biggest scam in the hotel industry. I suggest that you stop doing it because it’s highly unethical. At least advertise that you do before people reserve the room. 3. There was a large group of teenagers running around in the parking lot playing tag. They were running into cars and running through the breezeway almost running into hotel guests and nobody was doing anything about it. 4. Aside from those major issues and the clerk acting defensive about my frustration, everything else was about average. Certainly not worth the rate I paid. I’ve stayed at lower rate hotels with much better customer service.

They couldn't fix it, so they offered me another room. I was just so shocked, because I was checking out the next day. I really loved that room. There was no bedding in room for the sofa bed. Called down to let them know, no one answered the phone. Went down to get sone and they looked at us like we were stupid and insisted there was some in closet….. nothing was in closet. And then asked for a pillow and again looked at us like we list our heads. Then when I complained about it the next morning they just said oh well accidents. happen. Had to pay to park in the parking for the hotel. Seems crazy to me. Threw away a drink I had saved on desk. Oh and best of all the toilet didn’t even work.

The TV in our room wasn’t working so we were moved to another room which was terrible. Ants in the room, peeling walls, lights with fused bulbs, crooked mirror. Room no. 420. They said the hotel was fully booked but this room seems to have been kept of the roster. We were staying only for a night so I was thrilled to get out of there the next morning.

When we arrived about 7pm the check in process was so smooth and the receptionist that greeted me was very friendly. She answered all my questions and even provided information about breakfast and parking as well as other amenities. I had no issues at check in. Upon getting into the room, I went to the restroom and noticed hair in the drain and on the floor as if it was not cleaned that day. The shower was a roll in shower as I had my mother with me. There were marks on the walls and stains but I’m assuming because it’s an outdated hotel. I did not mention it to the front desk as I was tired from driving and just wanted to rest. The beds were comfortable no issues there. The room had a fridge and microwave. Overall the stay was okay. The breakfast had the basic egg, bacon or sausage and potatoes. Then other food stations. It was not as bad as it sounds, had I brought the cleanliness of the room to their attention I hope they would have rectified the issue.

It's a must if you are going to Lackland AFB, plenty parking space, quiet area, driving is not that bad, excellent staffing, great breakfast and I can continue on and on, but it's a good choice. By the way the room was above my expectations. Fast food and mayor stores in a 5 mile radius.

This was my first time staying over at this hotel, and I was very satisfied with the service and the hospitality that this place gave me the rooms are very clean. The price was really good and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. It had a good size gym if you plan to work out close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and close by freeway as well. I recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel was very convenient due to the accessible of being close to base. But the hotel itself needs room renovations -the curtains had stains, the toilet was clogged, stains on the walls/floor. The staff was great and very accommodating. The bedding was very comfortable and clean.

Hole in table top cut with a jigsaw or similar to get plug through the top for the lamp, microwave carousel not correct, bathroom tissue dispenser bent. Water pressure severely low in the shower.

Room did not feel clean. Carpet and chairs and couch were discolored (black around edges of furniature, floor looked dirty). Towels (face and hand) hanging in the shower were wet...housekeeping never came by once. Gym was actually pretty decent.

I don’t appreciate the hidden parking fee that was added to my stay. When I booked online there were no mentions of said additional fees.

We stayed for two nights when visiting Sea World! The room was super clean and larger than most standard king bed rooms. The staff was always friendly when passing the desk and the breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely be staying here each time we visit Sea World in the future!

I booked a suite, specifically to have one of the nicer rooms available, I was not expecting a moldy old building with no insulation, and a lack of cleanliness. I brought my own food and the fridge in the bedroom is a beverage fridge you can't put food in there because the rack in the door takes up the whole body of the fridge. Then after I tried to unload my food and contacted about the fridge, I went to bed. When I got up to go to the bathroom, there was fecal matter on the outside of the toilet. I did not use the bathroom upon arrival and did not even try to use the bathroom until I got up to go in the morning. I was so disgusted that I literally took my dogs to the bathroom loaded my vehicle. Got my coffee get some food to my dogs and hit the road.

We had a nice stay. Pretty clean, good breakfast and safe parking. Housekeeping did not leave coffee for next 2 days and shorted us washcloths; otherwise it was quiet and in a good location. Rooms need new carpet.

Convenient enough for my daughter to visit from Lackland AFB. There was limited contact with staff, but check-in and check-out were easy. Housekeeping was pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was good for being included and a variety was offered day to day.

The restroom was not thoroughly cleaned, there was left over women’s sanitary used products left. The hallways and rooms were penetrated with chlorine odor I’m assuming is from the indoor pool.

Loved how clean and tidy everything was upon entering. Our room was immaculate and had a light smell of cleaning products which i did not mind as knowing my room was in fact clean. Staff was friendly and had quick check in. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices. Parking was bit tight but happy there was plenty of security cameras all over. Property is a bit isolated but not in a dangerous area at all. All in all would highly recommend.

Besides the toilets in both rooms, 411 and 417 not functioning well, the overall stay was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful too.

Food was good, staff from day rude, staff at night really nice(Crystal). No phone working at room. No free parking. No drinking water in the room.

I liked it was quiet and lots of options to eat around the area, bed was comfortable and internet was faster than I expected 60mbs. And lots of things to watch on tv. Definitely making this my need to getaway hotel going forward!

Had an awesome stay. Free breakfast and having a washer and dryer in the building was very convenient. Stores are very close as well. Definitely will be coming back. Traveled with 2 toddlers 😊

Our stay was great it was only like a 7 minute drive to SeaWorld! The kids loved the breakfast bar!

The property location itself was good. The best thing about this was the breakfast options. The biggest issue here is the facility itself has very thin walls. We heard everything despite the real noise not being too loud. I was getting cheap apartment vibes. We were on floor 2 and we heard every footstep above us. Difficult to sleep for this reason.

Continental breakfast was excellent!!! The only thing is that parking need to be free.

Good location

Found a cockroach in the room and front desk took it out just as if it’s a natural occurrence. When ask if she can moved as to a different room, she flatly told me they are fully booked and not even apologetic and gave us the attitude that we disturbed her peaceful night at work. I was suspicious that she killed it and when I told her that she told me to come down and see it for myself when I was already in my jammers. She even flatly denied that she will have our bedding's changed when she stepped on our bed to get the cockroach on the wall. Much less to say, we came back to a room not made and with no clean towels. I would’ve let it go had she shown us that she’s apologetic and have treated us nicely. I will never go back to this hotel ever nor would I recommend a cockroach infested hotel with a rude front desk lady.

Easy check in and check out. Front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast selection was great and the kitchen staff was very friendly as well and helpful. Many shopping stores and restaurants close by and a huge plus for us was it being close to Sea World.

The environment is great, safe, and neat. What was lacking was a wall clock for timing.

We loved it, we wish we stayed longer. The breakfast was amazing, didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and updated. The area was perfect for our family and we felt safe. We will definitely come back.

Nice place, close to Sea World

This hotel is fine, it's in a weird location but met our needs. We are Hilton rewards members and didn't get the "rewards" that our other party members did. It was just snacks but a bummer to not get. Our room was on the 1st floor and at night it sounded like someone was knocking on our door but it was coming from upstairs. It was awful but we managed.
