It's needs a remodel and it's really bad. The floors were so disgusting stepping on dead rocahes and other bugs. The smell in the room was really awful. PLEASE CLEAN THIS PLACE BEFORE RENTING OUT AGAIN!!!

The fridge was dirty it had something frozen stuck to the freezer part, it might have been beer. The guy that worked at the hotel did not care about these issues. I asked him for a replacement pillow and blanket. I received blanket but not pillows.

I didn’t like this place at all. My door didn’t close all the way, it smelled, I literally saw 2 people stealing from the person in the next room. It appears to next to where many homeless people hang out, or something like that. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.

Just an overall slum. Owners are scamming as much as they can without maintaining the property. Filthy rooms that you can't even walk around in without shoes because of how disgusting the floors are. Everything is rundown and filthy

This place is a nightmare. The advertisement was misleading, and the location was terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, we saw a naked woman walking . The pictures on the app were nothing like the reality. The pool was filthy, full of mold, and there was no water at all. It was like a pigsty. We decided to leave and go to another hotel, but as we were exiting the parking lot, we saw homeless people fighting. This place is not safe for anyone. And to top it off, the hotel had the audacity to charge my card three times. Don’t waste your money or time on this location.

This place needs to be shut down!! Clearly the owner only cares about collecting money from customers. The pool has is full of algae. The air conditioner vents were broken, toilet paper covering up the smoke detector graphite on the walls in bath room, no phone, wires coming out of the wall under tv. holes in the chair, bed felt like a brick, tub had a ring around it. toilet paper holder broken off as well as the towel rack in the bathroom. The staff acted oblivious to all the problems blaming the workers for not reporting it. and lastly the elevator buttons or broken off.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a stay. After check in the key would not work. The staff tried to get in with a machine still didn’t work. Waited about 20 minutes with cranky kids to get another room. Get in another room and we get stuck in the room from the inside. Called office no help. Took us forever to get out of the room. The room was dirty. The shower curtain was moldy and nasty. Just absolutely terrible. I told staff and did not get a refund or discount.

Door didn't latch close properly. Requested non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. Paint was peeling and walls were in need of repairs. Tub was dingy, old, and peeling and frankly, just needed a new one. My son and I didn't bother showering and didn't stay 2nd night.

So when I first arrived in our room, there was a family of four already inside of the room, woe! Then there was a prostitute there, knocking on each person’s door, they gave us a room next to someone being pimped out! Then the night of we heard gunshots and the police! And the room was never clean! We brought our own blankets just in case, we use them! The air quality in the room was very bad so if you have asthma, don’t go! Walls are paper thin so you can hear people above and below side to side! I guess you get what you paid for of $60 for one night and we woke up to two more gunshots and we hurried up and got out of there!

I had to tell him to call the police to get him off the property. The second night a couple outside fighting in the parking lot. Third night a dog barking all night long and then had dog poop on the parking lot. The other people that were staying the night just yelling and talking so loud right in front of my door had no respect so you couldn’t really get no sleep. Then the front desk didn’t even have enough towels!!! I won’t ever stay there again.

The room was extremely dirty and filthy to say the least. While i can understand its not a fancy place the essentials of simply having an area clean goes long ways. Room 316 floors, and bath tub had pink/red stains from where it looked like someone had spilled some type of liquid and was just left there from before and no one bothered to clean it properly before renting this room again. Toilet was disgusting and dirty at all the edge of the rim, from the inside I'm not sure if its just an old toilet or what but same it had black line stains. I reached out to the gentleman in the front and all i was told was "no one from maintenance are available to go and clean right now". I was also not offered to go into another room. I was truly disappointed over all and the lack of understanding. It was very late at night and after an all day of driving i was too exhausted but we stayed just to get us by through the night and we were out the minute we woke up as we did not want to breath a second more of that filthy room. I would go as far as stating room was so filthy we made sure we did not walk around bare foot AT ALL. Terrible experience.

Second room given to me on the 3rd floor was around the corner from a man sitting on balcony drinking and smoking all evening so I went out to dinner for 2 hours to escape. Noise from highway is unbearable. There was a gap under the door that let all the noise in so I had to use towels and comforter to block what noise I could. I was in the Army and can sleep through anything but not the squealing tires and engines revving all night util about 3:00 am on the frontage road and highway. Lots of vagrants, homeless and people whistling at you to get your attention. Luckily I was armed. Oh and the $20 deposit was enough to let me know I should have left except I had already payed through Expedia. My advice, get armed security so your guests don't have to carry their own weapon. And clean that disgusting pool or drain it before some kid drowns in it and no one could see them because it's so green with algae.

We got a non smoking room and next door was workers for the property in a non smoking room that were smoking. Smelled bad! Sheets had stains, furniture was falling apart along with the floor and roaches crawling on the walls! So gross!

It's a comfortable place, with the basics to spend the night and continue with the trip.

All the towels had hair and were off white. It was horrible. There were crumbs on the bed and it was not done. The door would shake when the wind would blow. I had to press a hole to move the elevator button.

Upon entering the room you are welcomed with the smell of mildew. There were stains on the bed, asked for more towels when I booked the hotel and wasn’t given any. The leg on the table next to the bed was covered in foil tape. There were also bugs in the bathroom, not to mention the bathtub had horrible stains it looked like it was abandoned. They didn’t offer shampoo or anything they only had a bar of soap. The tap/shower water was coming out CLOUDY !!! If I wasn’t tired I would’ve book another hotel !!

The property did not honor the specific room type I requested and paid for. The area is very noisy and right by the highway. Unsafe neighborhood. Very loud people and especially poor quality of the room. Dirty, damaged furniture, TV channels not visible.

Staff was great! Easy check in and check out. They opened the pool for us which was very clean and well kept. We had an issue with one of our keys and it was fixed right away.

It was unpleasant and very dirty. Area has alot of crime once the sun goes down. Lots of homeless people and it looks like a safe haven for drug addicts. With the final four taking place in San Antonio the weekend of my visit Hotel would not let me cancle my reservation. We parked our truck 3 miles away at a safe location and Uber dropped us off. About 2 hours of sleep because the noises and the constant knocking at the door. Regulars probably looking for a supplier
