    It’s what you get for your money. I stayed about 3 weeks trying to find an apartment and I wouldn’t come back. They took pets and I have a cat which is why I stayed. I asked and paid for a room with a microwave and refrigerator and never got one. I was lied to 3 times about getting one. It was pretty quiet though. I wouldn’t consider it the safest but overall it was decent.

    The room has a very limited AC outlets, even for their own appliances. The refrigerator is and microwave actually were using a single outlet. You could use one or the other but not both. I moved them both across the to another unused outlet, so the could both be plugged in at the same time. The shower head will not point downward properly. I-35 seems to be under a state of permeant repair, causing traffic problems. Positives: AC works really well. The local is in the heart of a Restaurant Mecca. Babe's, Dee Willie's BBQ, Jack in the box, and McDonald's are very close, but the traffic prohibits walking safely. Jim's Restaurant is right in the parking lot. Walmart is 2.3 miles away and Sam's Club is the next exit on I-35. Lowe's Home Improvement is behind McDonald's. There are about several Tesla Level 3 EV chargers with 3 miles. I didn't look any further than Tesla, sorry. Walmart parking lot has a Laundry mat that takes clothing on consignment. (Of Coarse you can do the Laundry yourself or they wash, dry, and fold it for you.)

    The location Staff is TERRIBLE! Mina the manager is rude and a liar. Housekeeping staff is rude and confrontational! I paid to extend my stay in the same room for another week. Mina the manager MADE ME MOVE ROOMS FOR ANOTHER GUEST despite me not checked out, having extended my stay, and requesting the same room per Motel 6 policy. The room I was in was decent, not very clean but not dirty dirty, few roaches. I am with an infant and a 12 year old and the room she put me in had clear and present safety hazards! Electrical wires exposed from wall, toilet not flushing properly, oily substance on floors making them slip hazards, no smoke detector…..and when I complained of these things she threatened to kick me out and call the cops! Housekeeping staff got in my face, threatened me, blocked my entry into a room, just a bad experience all together! I will NEVER BE BACK AND I HOPE YOU DO NO BOOK DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK!!!

    I like the location I didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready when I arrived I had to wait 1 hour even though I arrived an hour later then 3 pm for check in I had to wait until 5:30 to finally get a room and it wasn’t the room I booked! She said sorry that’s all we have were super busy but that’s why I made reservations for the room that I wanted! when I called to ask for some the clean towels and toilet paper the following day she said I had to go to the front desk and get the toilet paper, but the towels will be given to me on the third day so disappointed in this place I don’t think I will be booking with them anymore!

    Our room is not clean. The TV stand desk was disgustingly spilled drink drinks crumbs. There was spilled drinks all over the wall. The toilet was gross and the restroom shower was gross with human hair all on it.

    Door lock didnt work…constantly going to office for keys that didnt work. Had to get maintance man to unscrew the window for me to access my room. Friend tried to pay for the day and was told the room had been already paid for next 2 days…which was incorrect and due to checking out late…$50 deposit wasnt refunded. One washer and dryer onsite that didnt work. No refrigerator in room. Someone had to constantly be in the room to be able to access room. Daytime front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional. I wont subject myself to this dive again and endure the rudeness and disrespect for any price.

    Room was affordable and front clerk tried to her hardest to help me. We rented 3 rooms. One of the room belonging to my son and niece's was not ready. We arrived at 7:30 / 8 and upon entering the bed looked slept in and dirty with hairs. The restroom was also dirty. After talking to the front desk she assured us it would get cleaned and apologized. But the girl they sent insisted the bed was not slept in and said the room was clean. We asked if she could please provide clean sheets and clean the restroom. She walked away with attitude back to the front desk. We waited an hour and nothing. After 2 and a half hours of waiting, I asked for a refund and sent my son and niece to a nearby hotel so they could rest. It has been a week and still no refund. Booking is awaiting for hotel to approve my request. And hotel keeps saying they will let the manager know. I have been calling everyday but still nothing. ☹️ AND I wasn't the only one unsatisfied that weekend. Another couple told me their room was flirty dirty and made them change them to another room. Unfortunately, when we asked they did not have any other rooms available. All we wanted was the room cleaned and fresh bedding.

    The room unfortunately had bugs and random flies throughout my stay, which made it uncomfortable. Housekeeping also never changed my towels even after they were left out to be replaced. Staff was polite, but the cleanliness and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement.

    Dirty. My white socks were literally jet black from a few minutes of walking around. People were fighting and dealing drugs in the parking lot. Every bed sheet or towel was dirty and had stains. Room smelled, random hair on sheets. Stains on the wall. Shower smelled. Sleeping in a warzone would be more adequate

    I was very disappointed in this place … I made reservations online ahead of time I get to the location just to be told they don’t have the room I booked they only have double beds and made me pay more money to get the 2 queens beds on top of a deposit… Then I get to the room it’s on the third floor it’s very hot a humid up there then the room had no fridge or microwave like the room I originally booked very upset about that couldn’t even heat up my kids food then to top it off the towels were dirty the sheets had stains on them the pillows were thin as paper and the shower was filthy with hair I. Them and the soap wrapper was on the floor and wet toilet paper behind the restroom door… I was very upset and unsatisfied would not recommend

    The property was decent nice environment I did not like that I paid extra for early check in and was told that the room was not ready and when I called 2 hours later at 1 pm the room was still not ready and was told to wait another hour or two. And no one came to check on towels or toiletries I had to by and wash my own. Also I paid a $50 deposit and did not get a return. I turned in the key and left the room picked up and just needed bed change swept mopped and wiped down. And nothing thing my key card stopped working 32 hours before my check out time.

    I finally got my level 3 status on booking.com and was getting a great rate here. The manager has a person who can hack booking.com and remove people from being able to pay online. They had been trying to get rid of me ever since I got my discount. So I spent all that time to finally get my discount just to get kicked out because of it.

    The room was Not clean pain was coming the wall and restroom ceiling was full of mold over Tv was not working talk front desk to get a different room and said next day will get something but never did or fix the tv . I left I was trying to leave cancel but they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Experian they kept my deposit as well they crooks .

    Rooms were a little musky the service was terrible. Horrible attitudes from the moment we walked into the front office. Accidentally cancelled 2nd night of booking and they wouldn't work with us / made us repay for the entire second night and still have us the same exact room without cleaning it up at all even. Smh

    The room was filthy and reeked of mold and smoke. Pieces of the moldy ceiling had fallen on the dresser. A huge pile of bugs had been swept into a corner. The sheets had holes. The department of health should be notified about that motel, and it should be condemned. I am beyond disgusted that the proprietors would rent a room like that to a human being. I have pictures, if anyone here really cares.

    The price This is the worst room I have ever stayed in. The ceiling was falling down from water rot in corner, the ceiling debris was all over the credenza, light didn't work, phone didn't work, wifi didn't work. Shower smelled of mold.

    Located on I-10 corner with major construction going on, but room was very quiet. It is surprisingly convenient. Owners are trying to update & modernize place, but it was very run down when they got it. They cleaned the room, but the flooring itself felt dirty. It may be linoleum that's so old when you walk on it You're picking up grit because house keeping really makes an effort to clean the rooms

    First room had a hole punched in bathroom door, floor was super sticky and dirty, sheets were stained and prisons lubricant label over peephole. Was situated in another room but just taking my shoes off to get to shower my feet were extremely dirty from walking on unclean floor and there was water leaking from moldy leak in ceiling

    Room was clean, AC/heater worked, & for what I had to do, location was convenient. It could be fancier looking, but at this rate, that’s asking a bit much. Also, although it is on interstate, bldg was well sound-proofed so noise wasn’t an issue. For the price, it was great.

    I could not get checked in until 6:30pm, even though I had a reservation, because the rooms were not cleaned and ready. The young woman at the front desk would not put me in a 2 queen room as opposed to 1 king without an extra charge, so I had to wait. The keys she made always stopped working the next day. If you have to deal with someone at the front desk, try to deal with Mina, she is excellent, and my key had no problems after she made it.     The front desk women were helpful. It was a leak in the shower, it smelled like roach poop, the bed was uncomfortable, the housekeeping was rude, you had to hunt her down for towels , she never came to clean the room. The TV kept cutting off.

    Honestly this has been the worst place I’ve ever booked on Expedia. They cancelled my reservation without notice and they charged my credit card. Apparently they were overbooked. The front desk lady wasn’t helpful at all. I end up having to contact Expedia (still waiting for my reimbursement) so they called the front desk lady. All of this was at 11pm. At the end I had to book another hotel (this time through booking) for twice the price, all because the incompetent staff from motel 6 decided to cancel my reservation. Honestly don’t waste your money in that dumpster.

    Immediately had to check out after checking in. The room was full of mold from top to bottom. Mold in the shower, mold all over the walls. Didn’t look like the room was even cleaned. bugs in the bed. smelled like somebody had just smoked a cigarette in the room. i’m 15 weeks pregnant and have a horrible mold allergy. Hotel wouldn’t refund me my money, but offered me a new room, even knew the next room was the exact same.

    The description said the property was non smoking and when we got there the rooms smelled like cigarette. We asked for a non smoking room and were advised by the front desk all the rooms are smoking. So if you see non smoking it's not correct. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our either.

    The room was mostly clean, stunk like cigarettes. Small stains here and there. Didn't test wifi or air-conditioning. Was warm enough and had alot of channels. Felt the staff could have been nicer and more helpful.

    Specifically, as I was preparing to checkout and was loading my car, the maintenance man did not give me a chance to close my car windows and began blowing dust and dirt in my face and in my car as I was loading it. He did not say anything or motion to me but just kept blowing the parking lot which I believe was in appropriate. I already had a previous incident where I was refused to check in after making a reservation and was turned away a few weeks ago. I will never stay here ever again.

    The room condition was acceptable For a two week stay, there was no consistency in room service. I had to carry my linens and towels down to exchange. Additionally, I discovered I had an allergy to the down feathers pillow and blanket that they had provided for the room I notify the office however they made no actions toward changing them out from the benefit of my health ultimately being a veteran with a service-connected disability for asthma I ended up going to the ER the next morning due to having trouble with my breathing I further informed the office upon my return of which they still did nothing to accommodate the allergy. Unfortunately I was not able to depart for another situation stay due to my finances however I will say that I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with their lack of care and concern for the health and welfare of one of their obviously faithful patrons

    I was turned away gor being white went to the front desk and while trying to check-in I was told the system wouldnt let her check me in I a said to the lady "ma'am Im in IT if you turn off your computer for a minute then turn it back on that should fix the problem cause it will reboot the system, she said "I cant do that because I dont have the password word only the owner does." To me that sounded like a total BS answer and while outside with expedia.com arranging my refund I watch 4 different car pull up Indian people (not native Americans) get out with luggage go into the lobby come out with their room keys and off to their room. Went to grab a slice about 20 minutes after it came and there were a couple roaches in the box. I did let the desk know. Not somewhere i would stay again. The beds were comfortable and clean.

    Today I was the difficult customer and DJ at the front desk handled it perfectly. I've been here a few weeks and today was one of those days.. The beds are so comfortable and housekeeping is so nice. I've been getting my coffee from across the street at the circle k they have a coffee bar there pro tip save your cup and you can get a discount on refills. Also there is a dollar tree in walkable distance as well as McDonald's taco Bell Jack in the box and a Jim's restaurant

Also there is a dollar tree in walkable distance as well as McDonald's taco Bell Jack in the box and a Jim's restaurant

    I was needing to cancel reservations with motel 6 I had checked in and in the first room there we're bed bugs on bed they put me in another room and I found stains on blankets then they put me in another but still felt like was getting bitten by bed so decided to cancel reservations and left i need to be reimbursed the money because I didn't stay

    The covers smell bad. The towels smelled bad. It said non smoking but smelled like nothing but smoke. The room was clean. But it had a bad smell. When I first walked in there were roaches. Inside the shower too.

    Rude man at front desk. Filthy property parking lot with lots of potholes. Then when we got in the room and started to get comfortable, the biggest ROACH came down the wall above the door.

    The absolute worst place and lying staff ever. I booked a 1 room stay for 5 days but WENT IN PERSON TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION, due to my sister being transferred to the ICU. Front desk told me to contact Expedia to cancel which I did. Front desk then told me it is cancelled from their end, you will have to wait to see how much of a refund you get because they might charge u the first night. I replied, with why would you guys keep any of the money ? I came in person to cancel less than an hour from booking it ? Employee said it would be up to the manager but that it was cancelled. I contacted them again and they LIED TO ME SAYING THAT I NEVER SHOWED UP AND WILL NOT REFUND ME. We had a full blown conversation, who did she and I talk to then if not each other in person ? A ghost ??!!! They are giving false information, lying to customers and stealing money! I even purchased cancellation protection and they refuse to honor it. This place should be closed forever! Stay as far away from this motel 6! I even told them to check July 3rd between the hours of 9 pm to 11 pm and they will see me in person canceling and talking to front desk! But will refuse to review video so they continue to lie about how I was a no show.

    I booked a deluxe king room with Microwave and Fridge. I did not get any of that. They could not find my reservation in the system and placed me in a room with double beds no microwave no fridge and main thing THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK!!

    I’ve always said staying at a hotel / motel for cheap is not bad. You’re there just to sleep. I got this hotel based off reviews alone, so from that I saw great reviews but staying there made be question those reviews. So with that being said remember you get what you pay for. Rooms were fine since there just to sleep but not only did we have trouble getting into our room and then the outlets weren’t working so we couldn’t charge our phones. Bed sheets had a couple stains on them and even a towel or two. Our bath room door was basically broken and we couldn’t close it cause we’d risk it breaking on us and I was not gonna let that happen cause then they’d charge us for the damages. I also asked for a non smoking and got a smoking room. So all in all we used the room for just to sleep but at least keep up with the amenities. I hate to leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t wanna let someone else fall for the pictures they have put up on the site and think it’s gonna look the same.

    Charged me an additional $50 when I got here to check in for a “deposit” on the room. Never have I been charged a deposit or anything they usually put a card on file to hold. I book with Expedia all of the time and of course the pictures they have posted do not even match the poor condition of the motel or the rooms. Then when I get to my room it’s filthy and trash everywhere obviously the room wasn’t cleaned after the last person checked out. I asked for a manager and of course I got the response “she is not here” if you are traveling from out of town do not come to this hotel it is super sketchy and filthy. They advertise a microwave and fridge in the room and they are both sitting on the floor in the corner. The microwave is just sitting on top of the mini fridge… terrible place and one of the nastiest I have ever been to. Definitely will be getting ahold of corporate so they can come and take a look at this terribly ran place. If I could rate this zero stars I would!! Do not book here!!! I reserved a non smoking room and the room smelled so bad of smoke. Also mold in the shower. Didn’t even take a shower because the shower was so filthy and moldy.

    There was mildew all over the air conditioning unit, inside the shower around the tiles, the shower curtain was dirty, and I took a clean white washcloth got it wet and white the floor to see how clean it was, the washcloth turned dark black. The microwave had damage to the inside Which makes it unsafe to operate, when I heated up my coffee it smelled weird like burning copper.

    Picked a small motel, to be close to work for the weekend. Worst mistake. The photos online made it look clean and comfy. If was far from it. There were roaches, no covers on the outlets. Fire alarm didn’t have the alarm. Tile in shower falling off. This was the worst motel/hotel we have stayed at.

    Too many homeless outside by the parking area, also we got room 302 on the 3rd floor , no elevators available. Toilet was leaking so they gave us another room. Second room right by the entrance a syringe with blood and the room itself was clean but smelled like rat poison. We had to leave and get another hotel

    Great place for a clean room to sleep. Front desk was helpful and responsive. Very low budget so it makes sense no chair in the room for a place to sit. Awkward. Jim's Restaurant right next door had better than average cafe food, great staff and service.
