    The manager is extremely rudeandunhelpful. We needed an extra blanket yhe first night. He said they were out with no apologies or anything.I called at 6:00pm the next day to have someone pickup our trash and bring fresh towels. I was told I had to return the dirty towels to front desk in order to get more clean towels. Manager guy said housekeeper was gone for the day so I had to keep the trash in the room. Disgusting!! So my son brings the towels to the front desk and the manager said he's going to charge my credit card because one towel has a red stain. A small amount of fruit punch spilled in the room and there was nothing else to clean it up with so what choice did we have. He is charging my card $52 for a small spill on a small towel!! Ridiculous!! He also said they had no wash cloths. So what are were we supposed to bathe with? And for 4 people he gave us 2 big towels. Ridiculous!! Unprofessional nightmare!! Wouldn't let my enemy stay here!!

    They had zero vending machines and wanted to charge $1 for every item purchased on card. Would only swap out towels refused to give extra towels . Rooms were not cleaned throughly between days we stayed.

    Noisy bed with metal skirt made seriously loyd booming noise everytime we moved. Room echoed, inadequate lamp light in poorly designed eating area; needs a couch or something instead. Charged $25 for early check-in of 2 hours at 13:47 in afternoon. Man at front desk very unfriendly & hard to understand. Wash & dry is $7, why? What is the +plus.....had better experience at Motel 6. Would like my $25 back since it was after 12 noon and shouldn't have been charged.

    The elevator did not work. The hotel was under construction and was not giving a warm cosy feeling like I expected no tables or chairs in lobby just an open space not very inviting. Over all it was a good stay and very clean and quiet.

    It was a comfortable stay Close to the event that I was going to. The person at the front desk was not friendly, I was told I can check in at 2:00 p.m. when I made the reservation and it did not go that way he did not allow me to check in until 4:00 p.m. I didn't like that I was misled and that is false advertisement.

    The beds were extremely stained, the pillows were yellow and had hairs, and the restroom had pee stains. We just stayed because it was 12am and we were going to sleep for a couple of hours before heading home. Extremely bad experience.

    Rooms are newly remolded, terrible use of space however. Staff, if you use your card for deposit, they charge you $2. If you have cash, better make sure it's exact. They will not make change and will not let you check in. Absolutely terrible customer service!

    Clean room and spacious. Only half of a roll of toilet paper,no extra rolls. Had to go ask for extra rolls. Not enough towels for a group of 4. After a multiple day stay, no one came to clean the room or resupply it. I was asked at check in for a damage deposit. There was no mention of it when booking the room.They do not want to refund it. The room was left clean and damaged free. I believe this is just a scam to rip someone off.

    Service was bad since the beginning at check in they overcharged for one extra person which is crazy because that’s the reason why I booked two rooms one king size and another with two beds for 5 people in total but were told by staff only two people can stay in each room which does make sense if you are a family if 5 then you will need to rent 3 rooms. Not only this but there were cockroaches in the room as well. Also we felt discriminated because I have never seen this anywhere else before at check out they went in right away to check the rooms to make sure we didn’t damage anything which I understand all hotels do but that’s why you leave your card and deposit but here they didn’t even wait for us to leave or at least do it discreetly no they did it right in front of us so this definitely made us uncomfortable because we didn’t do anything wrong. When I spoke to manager he didn’t resolve anything. Will definitely never again rent here or any of this brand companies will tell my friends and family members too so they never rent here

    Elevator was down. Handicap mother had to be walked up to the 3rd floor. AC wasn't on in the room, it was like 85° in the room. Couldn't sleep because of how hot it was. When i asked for a fan. The desk guy said it will just take time for the room to cool off, that they didn't have fans. Shower head was horrible. No pressure and the stream ls were shooting all over the place. I expected cheap but didnt expect things like this.

    Exploited me for $20 dollars to check in early after calling the hotel and explaining I was working a night shift schedule told me that’s fine just book online go inside and check in and said I wasn’t allowed to until 3pm.     Exploited me for $20 dollars to check in early after calling the hotel and explaining I was working a night shift schedule told me that’s fine just book online go inside and check in and said I wasn’t allowed to until 3pm.     This hotel sucks. The front desk is not really a front desk. I mean they are employees, but those employees are sitting on the other side of the front desk. Just chilling. There is no lobby area or there is but there’s no furniture anywhere. I don’t know if they offer breakfast or a gift shop or anything like that there was just a rack behind the front desk with some Ramen noodle soups And some smart pot popcorn and that was it. I called down to the front desk. to see when checkout was and I guess I woke somebody up because it sounded like they were asleep when I answered the phone there’s no hotel greeting. It’s just yeah and that’s it. I’ve been here twice thinking maybe the first time was a flute because when I checked in, the guy kept saying my ID was not me and he wasn’t sure but after the second time of coming here, the front desk experience was a little bit better but the hotel still had its issues. The elevator didn’t work both times but they put us on the third floor each time. I definitely won’t be coming back a third time because it seems like they did the bare minimum just to put a franchise name on top of the building.

    The front desk staff was very friendly & the check in process was quick. I was told at check in that the elevator was not working. My room was in the 3rd floor. I asked if any lower floor rooms were available, there were none. The parking lot was largely empty during our stay although I know that's not necessarily a reflection of how booked the property is. The bedding appeared to be dirty & the bathroom appeared to have been only lightly cleaned. I will not plan to stay at this property again.

    On the day of checkout, the same representative knocked aggressively on my door well before the 11 AM checkout time, rushing me out for housekeeping. I decided to give the property a second chance, hoping that the first experience was a fluke or that the representative was just having a bad day. However, my second stay mirrored the first. After arriving past 1 AM and ringing the bell, I waited several minutes before the same representative let me in, clearly just waking up. The next morning, I found the towels and sheets in my room stained. I didn’t want to ask for replacements due to the representative’s attitude. Overall, I won't be returning to this location.     I booked this hotel because it was past 10pm and I had no other option. It is overpriced for what it is. As of November 2024 the elevator is still out of service, so keep that in mind because they dont tell you until you've already checking in and we were given a room in 3rd floor...There is no iron in the room, i requested 1 and was asked to veing it back as soon as i was done, so maybe they have 1 iron for the whole hotel? The room was spacious, the bed room was comfortable but i noticed some red/orange faded stains in several of the pillow covers. I kept the ones that didnt have the stains. Other than that, it was clean. Would i stay here again? No, because its too pricey.

    Reception was awkward, Elevator wasn't working, no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Paid extra for a 'snack' - there was none. Towels were disintegrating. No coffee in the lobby upon departure - nor a person at the desk for checkout. No receipt for my stay NO clue what the Red Roof Plus was! I'd say it should be changed to a minus (-) Terrible road noise from the highway. Do not recommend!!!

    Not to bad of a stay. Need to get working elevators. WiFi needs to be fixed if you stay longer than a day or more WiFi cuts out. Had to constantly ask for more and more towels after they said they would provide them every two days, I stayed there for 5 days. Overall it isn’t to bad if they get certain stuff fixed I’d stay again or recommend someone there

    Check in was very easy. The clerk at the desk was very nice. However, she only gave me one key instead of two, as my husband i i were registered. Also, there was no coffee in the lobby; coffee in the room but no cups. Overall it was a nice clean place and i would stay there again.

    Upon arrival room was not ready was told to come back in 30 minutes. Upon check in was told that hat no rooms on first floor were available n that the elevator did not work. In the room there’s was only one bath towel for two people. Think twice before staying here again

    I think the biggest thing for me were all the dead bugs just lying around the hotel. Up the stairs and throughout the hallways, luckily there weren’t any in my room. When I used the hotel restroom available for everybody, there was no soap dispenser nor was there any soap in my hotel room, I had to use the body soap to wash my hands. This place was fairly cheap through Expedia and the lady at the front desk was wondering how I was able to get “such a low rate.” But honestly I wouldn’t pay anymore for that room than I already did. Anyways, I don’t think this place is worth it for how cheap it is at all.

    The receptionist was terrible and he did not want to accommodate us in the first floor even though there was only 6 cars parked outside and it was nearly empty. He got very defensive when we asked to be accommodated because the elevator was out of service and he said it was down for over a week and when we asked for a refund he was very rude and loud. We did not stay there. I have an injured leg and my partner has an injured back and we were not capable of carrying our belongings up the stairs. He didn’t seem to show any empathy. We were very unhappy!

    I was very disappointed to say the least, I had been to two rooms that were filthy literally untouched and not clean. The 3rd room was slightly better until I pulled the covers back, and the sheets were nasty. I recommend bringing your own blanket if you have to stay at this hotel. I pray my job does better and doesn’t send me back.

    I am currently staying here due to work, the staff is very pleasant and they work with you on your check out time. Due to my having to be in clinic early morning, they allow me to extend my stay after 11am without extra charges being applied. I will say it seems like they are short staffed with a cleaning crew, however management and the housekeeper they do have are amazing and due what they can to meet your needs right away. I have been staying here for about a week now, i highly recommend if you want quiet and to not spend so much money.

    When I got there, the owner was so rude to me and he charged me $50 but I’ll explaining to me that it was a charge not a hold. He never looked me in the face and gave me a dirty look at one point When I question him about the $50 it’s not explaining it whether it was a hold or charge. I do not agree with someone charging me and holding onto it for five days. Everybody else in the hotel had the same feeling. I will not stay here again, no matter how clean And even if they did redo the entire place and made it nice. Do not stay here I do not support this kind of business.
