The people were really nice, there were a few roaches in the room but you should know what to except when u rent the room to being with

The guy is very rude walked past bye my room and same me vaping outside of the door and at that point I already knew he was going not give me my deposit back took him not even a minute to go check the room and come back and tell me I wasn't getting my deposit back would not recommend for anyone trust me worst experience ever

their atm was not working and made me my a deposit with cash .. I went to check out and nobody was there.. there went my 20 Deposit.

Too many roaches

Staff was very rude. Shady as they kept going in the room when I wasn’t there and I’m not just referring to housekeeping. No reason to be entering in the afternoon or evening.

Stepped out a few times during the day and I could tell someone had been in the room. Even after housekeeping so not sure what the excuse was for going in there after that.

Room was disgusting and occupied by roaches. I informed front desk clerk and he came to witness it. I refused to stay and when I called for refund I was of course advised to contact Expedia. Expedia stated they cannot get a hold of a manager or anyone from motel 6. Now I’m stuck paying $125 on a filthy room that I stayed in for five minutes.

Expected a "standard" king room to have a bathtub, instead we received a room with only a shower. change

The location is convenient due to the proximity to I-10. The staff in the lobby was very pleasant and friendly when checking in and out. Cleaning staff was courteous. Well, you get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic and sort of cold. There was no desk and the microwave was barely working. The motel itself is surrounded by homeless people who were quite noisy, however, they were not audible from inside the room. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but definitely nothing to brag about.

Location and pricing. Bugs in room, broken ceiling in bathroom was disgusting.

The fact that the place was close to Walmart and 7-Eleven is a big win also close to Bill Miller BBQ restaurant location which is a great thing and the fact that the bus can drop you right there at the front door almost and pick you up very close from the motel 6 location No complaints

I love the lady in the front, I was having the worst day ever and she helped me with my deposit. They are the best

the lady behind the desk had a horrible attitude. I told her I had paid for the room online and she refused to check me into the room I paid for.. then told me I had to cancel the other reservation that you pay at the desk. that's fine. but what's the issue with me paying online ? doesn't that make it easier for them? now I have to figure out how to get my money back for a room I didn't even get to stay in

The location can be a bit of a challenge to get into and the exit to go to any other location is one way and at times involve a turn around or 2 in your vehicle

Price Did sheet motel with no amenities, there wasn’t even a lamp on the desk so I could read a book. Plus, if you book another room, they charge you an early check-in fee. It’s ridiculous.

The doors looked like the were kicked down. The room was clean didnt smell like old carpet The door doesnt look safe it looks like someone can kick it down

The room is nothing like the pictures it demonstrates I rented a room with a king bed and queen and got 2 queen beds was so tired from our trip didn't want to make it a fuss. Hotel looks like a crack house

Everything about it was horribel the towels were stained the furniture was broken, you can tell it was freshly painted because it smelled like it was. I spoke to the front desk to get a late check out but i was told no. All in all it was horrible.

I had booked 2 rooms with double bed and they rented them out after i had paid in advance for them so 6 adults and a toddler had to fit in 1 king size bed in each room they couldn't do anything about it and we were so tired after a long day and everything else near-by were booked out

The front office was not open, transaction were done through the night window...A $20 deposit was required...there were no bedside lamps,...there was no security chain on the door, the deadlock didn't work...there was no ice bucket...the TV wasn't plugged in .... the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in

It was horrible and I called hotels.con and they refused to refund me or credit the night because the property said i was there 13 minutes. 5 to park 3 to take minutes and 5 mi it’s to get back to office and check out and get my $20 deposit

There was no room service, no towels or toilet paper or clean sheets.

Not cleaned,extension cord needed as electrical outlets dont work worker had attitude they had to provide electric pad to use tv and micro and fridge very rude and demeaning front desk WEEKEND worker.Told me ITS OK NOTHING works not even phone. PAID FOR DELUXE ROOM no refund or exchange of room because of conditions.. no access to “FREE” wifi.. I guess DELUXE was no bed bugs and entertain in form of prostitues outside my door and banging on walls all night.

Had a Cricket for a Roommate, Furniture was broken and bad shape. Repairs were very horrible and lacket professionalism, Electrical outlets in bad shape and not appropriately positioned for ease of use.

Good place just to stay overnight.

It wad barely ok, left over insince burned left cause cleaning people missed it. Overall again for price it was ok. At least NO bed bugs.

It was expected, wasn't very expensive, lots of police and emergency vehicles going down the street at night. The male cleaning person was rude but the front desk woman was helpful and polite.

I told them that I didnt want room service. They still threw away my drinks and food. Also, they didnt make my bad and I told them that I needed fresh towels. Never got that as well

Only for the locality of hotel we chose this Motel6. The room was super UNCLEAN. After walking few steps in the room, our foot were black in color as so much dust in the room floor. Bathroom had cockroaches. Soaps that they provided stinked with chemical smell. Towels were old and used million times I guess. Any refund?

Overall my stay was good at this motel 6. Good area many store and restaurants near the freeway. They have very good customer service in the motel very polite people. Room was nice and comfy but they never cleaned our room once. The shower had very low water pressure when showering. Their is a lot of noise in the area due to people and traffic. They have no swimming pool. We did have a hard time getting in the parking lot due to only one entrance and u exit the same way. The property is all gated around. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

Very smelly room even tho it was supposed to be .no smoking. Got room upstairs with No elevator which was bad for my knees. Not enough parking spaces. Not a very good shower. Water hardly came out.

there was a roach , the ceiling was leaking, the cable didnt work, our door got stuck and we got locked out, there was no iron in the room or blow dryer, they only gave us 2 pillows no extra , only had one blanket that was paper thin .worst place to stay at im never staying at a motel 6 again

I would not stay at this hotel again. It was not very clean. The bed spread, bed sheets, the comforter and the pillow cases were stained. They seemed to either not be washed or properly washed. There was a bad smell in the room.

Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Too much trafficing. Parking lot to small
