Checked in Nov. 8th 2025. Current date Nov. 25th 2025. Does not take this long for a refund. If there were any damges ( which there was not) I have not been given a bill explaining that. I have filed a dispute with my Credit Card company. Hopefully they can get me my deposit back.

comfortable beds water from 2nd floor filters to 1st floor. had to shower very carefully to not spill any water on the floor. lock didn’t worked properly, we struggled opening the door. a lot of noise outside we couldn’t rest. called front desk no answer.

Staff was friendly and helpful, with no issues checking-in.

AC unit is a thru wall unit so bed next to window was freezing while other bed was hot. Will not be staying there again.

1. The staff was friendly 2. Was a quick check-in 3. The water was hot 4. The bed & pillows were comfort 5. TV, fridge, microwave worked 6. Ice maker worked. Negative was the towels had stains on them,we had to ask for clean ones. The shower curtain had stains on them as well. The toilet seat was not secure. Needed fixing. The grounds need cleaning, the doors have pealing paint as well the rest of the building and stairs need paint. The cost per room was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If your staying a night in San Antonio and on a budget, this place would be fine for you. Next time for me I will pay more for more cleanliness elsewhere.

Area appeared safe off 410. Room was so so. Holes in bedspread, holes in curtain. Cracks in granite sink. My drink froze in fridge overnite.teied to thaw in microwave, but then it was too watery. Tub had what appeared to be cigarette burns on edge. But major problem was that the towels and washcloths were dingy and not fluffy. Past Time to replace these!!

My husband and son had a great stay it was close to the UT HOSPITAL so it was great for my family to come see me during my stay. The floor was a little dingy but it's expected with an older hotel.

Absolutely awful! Didn’t stay!! Tried 2 different rooms and both equally disgusting! Pubs on bed sheets! Roach poop everywhere! Smell was gross! Dirty towels on floor! Dead flies! Bugs!!! On wall!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD SLEEP. FELT LIKE SOMONE WAS LOOKING AT ME.

The staff here at this location was heart-warmin and very inviting. The lady at the front office was wonderful. Conversation was open and very attentive. This location had a nice swimming pool. The guests on this weekend were all nice and friendly. I am a pet lover, so i liked the dogs...

Very disappointing barely a 2 star. Check in thru security window in lobby. Asked if parking was safe and guy went full lawyer. Room old and worn but at least clean. Would not have brought family.

Just booked myself another 2 day getaway and this place is amazing. The manager, could honestly not be anything but the nicest gentleman I’ve encountered with hotel stays. Cleanest property, friendliest, quiet, highway accessible, don’t let the location (visually) fool you, this is a diamond in the rough so better book it before it becomes anymore popular and you can’t. 5 stars

First, went to room to get AC going. The unit was so loud but decided I could cope with it for one night since I wasn't going to spend much time in room. The carpet loomed like it hadn't been vacuumed forever - I travel with slippers so I could cope. Headed out for some time with friends. Arrived back in room ready for some sleep. When i pulled back the sheet/bedspread, the sheets were FILTHY!! It looked like someone had slept there and then made the bed. That was the final straw! So just after midnight, I packed everything back in the car, checked out (when I told clerk about condition of room, his response was "ok") and drove the over 3 hours home. DON'T STAY HERE!

Staff was rude and took photo copy of debit card. Made me feel unsafe with that and didn’t provide explanation when asked. Was rude when asked why a copy of debit card was taken.

I knew what I was getting for the price…. But you can really work in being a bit more clean …. Other then that not bad…..

The hotel had a decent location, the only two things I didn't like was the bed was right next to the ac machine and the table was close to the bathroom. Every other hotel it is reversed. Everytime the ac would kick in, I would wake up. The other issue was the bed only had two small pillows. It would help a lot if you could put one or two more on the beds.

The service male was nice, but only came to the open window. The lobby was closed. I prepaid, yet he wanted $80 cash. I only had a ctedit card, which he took out of my view - which I do not like. (fraud can happen) The room had a bad body odor or mildew odor and felt damp. The bathroom and bed sheets were clean, but the carpet seemed old & damp. a 2nd or thicker blanket could be better - as it got cold even with the air cond higher. Towels were clean, but worn. TV had good choices. The frig and microwave are helpful.

This has been the WORST hotel Ive ever stayed in. It wasnt properly cleaned. There was a burrito left in the microwave from the previous stay. I had dirty towels in the room and the tub was FILTHY. Dont waste your money

The bath tub was filthy, full of grease and grim and the shower curtain had mold on it. I will not be staying on this property anymore. No coffee maker. This is a motel, rooms accessed from outside.

We did not like the fact that their was mold in the bathroom and the vent in the restroom you could see right thru it. There was also hair on bed like sheets and blankywere never chnaged and their was also stains on the sheets and blankets also like the carpet was dirty like it was also not vacuumed. We will never stay at that hotel again it was not worth the amoumt of money we paid for 168 or something likw for the days we were there

Not so good. This is an OLD motel taken over by this new company. Very dumpy and in disrepair, although the bed was comfy. My wife thought that it was dirty.They didn't even have COFFEE!

I had never give a bad review but for a 100.00 bucks room the area was scary and the room no way. The only good was it UBS charge connection for my phone. Expedia you are loosing credibility with this kind of places.

With the reviews this place had I thought it would be be a nice hotel but it was terrible.

Towels were replaced with what seemed like dirty towels. Bed was not made. Carpet was very dirty. Bed was comfortable which made stay tolerable.

The front desk staff was very rude and I want to say prejudice. The room was originally reserved in my boyfriend’s name and he did not realize his ID had expired until he tried to check in. So I asked if the reservation could be switched over to my name and he told me he could not rent me the room if my boyfriend was staying with me cause his ID had expired. I have never in my life heard of such thing! I would not recommend this motel to anyone!

It was very dusty and there was some nasty splatter of brownish/reddish paint (I hope it was paint) on bathroom door and door frame. The blow dryer holder had a lot of dust accumulated and so did the lamps. The beds didn’t smell or look clean😑

The room was very comfortable and the mattress bed was excellent. First night my husband and I have slept so comfortably. ll amenities were in the room as described on website. We will book again on next stay in San Antonio, TX.

Great service. Very comfortable very clean and there is a really good Mexican restaurant in front of the hotel Called Jalisco. A mall right across from the hotel easy access to the highway.

The clerk was very friendly. He recommend places to eat. There were plenty off towels. We would recommend them.
