    The floors in the room, doors, and closet doors were really dirty. The AC barely worked it was really hot the majority of the night. The front desk people will also keep your deposit for any lil reason. We will not be staying here in the future. They also had almost nothing for their complimentary breakfast even though they were under census for customers staying there.

    I did not like anything about the property. You can tell they do not actually clean, I was a bit taken back when I saw cobwebs all over the ceilings and by the entry way. I went to check out the room a bit further, I noticed the shower wall was cracked and it seems like they painted over a hole in the bathroom wall. As I walked around the room I had began to notice dead cockroaches around the room. When I checked the microwave and fridge they were unclean and was fearful to put food in there. Based on the overall state of the room I decided to move the beds to see if it really was clean and found several more roaches and even a baby bottle along with stains and dirt on the floor thus proving they were truly not cleaning.

    I had issues with ordering on doordash here. Some reason its like a dead zone and took the guy somewhere else. I noticed in the rooms some places really need patch work. I use to work with hotels... they should know better. The remotes on the tv are difficult to use. I have to press HARD! And in an angle. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, and bread. No proteins.

    Nothing at all The staff the homeless people around the property all hours of the day even when going to get breakfast at 6am and again staff did nothing. I got attacked by a homeless man while walking my dog and ran to the front desk he was to busy eating pizza to care about anything else. Then the owner decided to call me at 7am to threaten me and tell me how I shouldn't have even gotten my depot back and she was gonna call the cops on me. I have videos and pictures but my attorney has told me at this time I can not share them. I will post when I can. RUN FAR AWAY.

    Front area seemed clean. However, sidewalk was broken & the stairs to the unit were dirty with trash everywhere. The unit floors were sticky & dirty (it looked like the tried to sweep, but stuff is stuck to the floor & corners had trash). The shower ceiling was coming apart & both towels had stains. Would not stay here again.

    We went to our room and the TV had a big black line on the screen ; we took a picture of it just in case ; we talked to the manager about it and he offered another room; the other room didn’t have a working AC. We decided to leave and I asked for a refund, the manager said he’ll give us credit. We ended up going to another La Quinta but we made the reservation directly with the hotel. I am still waiting for the refund .

    Sheets were stained and found hair in the sheets when pulling back the cover. There was a gap between the bottom of the room door and the ground which could cause bugs the crawl inside. I had to squeeze a towel into that space to prevent bugs crawling in. Fire alarm appeared to be ripped from the wall leaving exposed wires. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. Breakfast was below subpar. The waffle mix and syrup tasted watered down. Juice machine was extremely watered down... might as well not even be there. The only positive about this place is that it's right next door to a Starbucks. I bought a coffee and got the heck away from that dingy property!

    We booked this hotel based on proximity to our medical needs. We have never stayed at a La Quinta before and we won't again. This hotel has a good location, booking was simple. If you want clean or have an expectation for things in the room to work this is not the hotel for you.

    you get what you pay for. the rooms had a mildew odor. the place needs lots of cleaning inside and outside. there are groups of homeless people hanging around the property. It gets really loud all day everyday that I stayed. The staff was at least nice.

    Absolute horror show! Arrived on site and showed to our rooms both absolutely stunk of cigarettes. No idea what the 40 dollar deposit is for if some of the non smoking rooms are in that state. Was shown to another room right outside the ice machine. The ice machine was so loud nobody could sleep through that even with the door shut also the security lock on the door didn’t work. We’re shown to eventually our room which had the fire alarm pulled off the wall and exposed cabling. Managed to sleep the night despite one of the pillows having an awful odour to it. Woke up to have a shower ran the water to find yellow residue coming out the tap so that’s a no go. Also the bed looked to have stains on it which we only saw once we left. Went down for breakfast and the lack of options was a real issue. Ended up not having breakfast at the hotel. Felt very dismissed by the hotel staff when we had an issue with the room. I think some customer service and manners lessons are needed. An awful stay wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

    First, there was a moldy waffle left inside the microwave, which was absolutely disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the entire room. The phone in the room didn’t even have dial buttons, so contacting the front desk wasn’t possible. On top of that, the room was extremely cold and the heater did not work at all. To make matters worse, the guests in the room next door were very loud and partying late into the night, and there was no way to report it. Overall, this stay was unacceptable. We couldn’t even stay more than two hours. Definitely not worth the money or the inconvenience.

    The door lock in my room was broken and didn’t work. The door itself looked like it had been kicked in. The room was not the cleanest. Outside of one of the room's someone was feeding cats there was food all over the place, it was dirty and it smelled. The front desk was nice enough to change rooms but I do not recommend staying there. It over all looks like they rent the rooms like for extended stays.

    The whole property is in bad shape. Electrical wires hanging down in stairwells. Dirty is an understatement. Literally the definition of a roach motel. No WIFI.. The pictures don't depict the condition. I had to make a last minute reservation, and after seeing the condition I asked for a refund. No refunds for unstayed in room. I literally walked in my room and walked right back out! Do Not Stay Here!!!! Way better and safer options available. Do better LaQuinta!

    We were told we would be charged a $40 fee for the chihuahua we had with us, plus a $40 refundable deposit. We were actually charged $40 + $80. (Thankfully, the $80 was eventually refunded.) They originally told us both our rooms would be upstairs, but then they put my mom and her dog in a downstairs room that was obviously not normally rented out. There were missing and loose tiles (Mom tripped over them 3 times overnight), not all the lights worked, and the coffeemaker didn't work. Additionally, the staff was not friendly.

    The first room I had water penetration in the bathroom. In the middle of the night I got up to use the restroom and stepped in something wet. I only hoped that it was water and not something else. Upon further inspection I noticed that many of the floor tiles were cupped and separated indicating this was an ongoing problem. The next morning I went to manager and he took a look and stared at the problem as if it was the first time he were seeing it. He was very accommodating and offered me a different room, which I took. However, that one had its own concerns; no hot water for shower, and the privacy shade on the front window would not go down all the way.

    The whole room look disgusting from the beginning. Normally La Quinta hotels are nice and clean. If I could upload pictures on here I would. Never in my life would I thought I’d find feeling bed bugs. Terrible experience late at night with my kids just to have to run out in the middle of the night. Had to find the next hotel available. Customer service was the worse when I tried telling them about the issue. I guess it happens all the time bc “Gary” seemed pretty calm about it!

    The room should not have been given out considering its condition. i.e. the window shade was broken, no iron or ironing board, a knob missing off thr closet door, loose/missing slats in the flooring, a hole in the wall where the door had been pushed open. Also the night male staff member was very rude to my daughter. I eill not stay here again or recommend this property. Cannot believe La Quints or Wyndham have their brands associated with it.

    It's an older motel. The rain gutter had fallen and just left on the ground, looking broken and dilapidated. At night there were guys hanging around outside, cursing and smoking. Will not be staying at another La Quinta again. My husband was also very disappointed.

    Adequate parking. Room and bathroom are clean but dated. Wood floor, no carpet. Refrigerator was working but listed to the left. No iron and no hangers. Clean sheets and towels. Tried to take a dip in the pool, but pool was so cloudy. For one night to rest while on the road it served its purpose.

    They say they are pet friendly, which they are. They say ADA animals - support animals are free from deposits - THEY ARE NOT! After providing proof that my dog was a service animal they said he was not and charged me a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities here in Texas and Bexar County. And if necessary I will file civil actions against this La Quinta

    The hotel was fine, decently located in a good area. One concern of mine was that I left a very expensive item in the room and called them 2 hours and 30 minutes after I checked out at 11am. They responded saying there was no item that was turned in to the front desk and the cleaning staff had just cleaned the room after I left.

    Upon arrival things seemed fine. The person at the desk was very cordial. When we got to our room we noticed quite a bit of water leaking from the refrigerator after I almost slipped. We cleaned it up but a short time later it was leaking again. We called the front desk to let them know. The guy came and removed the tray from the freezer section and dumped the water out. He then grabbed extra towels and handed them to me to clean up the water, then left. We also noticed there was mold on the ceiling in the restroom/shower. Another thing we noticed there were two hand/palm prints on the headboard of the bed. In the morning we went to the “Continental Breakfast. When I poured the creamer pod into my coffee it immediately curdled. I have stayed at La Quinta hotels in the past but this was the worst place I have ever stayed. I do not recommend it. I tried to add photos but it says my photos are invalid. That might be by design.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad, I have to warn others. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled like straight-up poop. I had my one-year-old son with me, and I was genuinely worried for his health. No child—or adult—should be exposed to conditions like this. There was a wet, nasty washcloth lying next to the refrigerator, which looked like it had been sitting there for who knows how long. When I opened the fridge, I was hit with a horrible smell—it reeked like someone left food in there for days. On top of that, there was old food residue inside. Clearly, no one had cleaned it. The floors were sticky, the walls had gross stains all over them, and it honestly felt like all housekeeping did was throw new bedding on the bed and call it a day. This room was beyond filthy and completely unacceptable, especially for families with young children. I will never stay here again, and I highly recommend others steer clear of this place. It’s a health hazard, not a hotel.

    I was traveling for my mother being halo flight to SA for a TBI and I needed a room with my 7rold daughter. If i was alone i might have tolerated it for the price but it would have still been wrong. You can tell they really try to keep up, but the floor was damaged and wet, the door had been busted many times before and was on the ground by a highway overpass and two convenient stores with 30 homeless people when i got there at 5 am i tried to get in early by getting the reservation before midnight but i missed it and they were kind telling me to come at 10am and then again noon to check in early because we were up all night. But i got in and had to nap for an hour before i just couldnt let us stay there. There was also dirtyness on the bathroom door and the shower had beed beaten by people before. It was obviously a seedy place that like i said i wouldnt mind by myself for the price, but it still would have been dangerous just for me. The staff was great and i understand working hotels before. But it isn't ok really. There was blood on the ceiling too. They also said they already refunded me and that i need to have Hotels.com finish the refund to me.     The area is pretty shady and the building shows like it as well, the room was in horrible state of repair/upkeep, mold on the walls, poor maintenance/repair from what looks like previous water damage, the main door had a 1" gap under it, bed was horrible, pillows were worse, walls are paper thin, you could hear everyone else in the building and when the room beside you were smoking the most stanky weed it just wafted into the other rooms......I've been to some bad hotels in 3rd world countries, wouldn't have expected this from La Quinta.

    This place was poorly kept up. There was mold in the bathroom, the smoke detector in the room had been dismantled and was inoperative, the tv could not get any of the major networks. The breakfast consisted of some slices of white bread, some plain bagels, and mini donuts. Also available were Fruit Loop cereal and a waffle maker. No healthy choices. Very limited. Not worth the cost.

    Experience was exactly what I expected. Self parking was free as well. Clean room was air conditioned and had fresh towels. I had a good night sleep as the area was quiet. It is also in the same lot as Starbucks so I walked over and grabbed a coffee. Would stay again.

    This hotel was horrible! Super dirty like hairs, boogers, dried blood. Floor was coming up, no hot water, water pressure was horrible as well. The trimming was falling it was just purely disgusting!!!! Told the manager and they did not care or seemed bothered like they knew their hotel rooms are gross. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have never stayed at a la Quinta in this shape.

    Upon driving into the property off the bat we knew it was going to be a bad experience. The property looks nothing like the pictures there was graffiti and homeless hanging around, so traveling with our children we felt unsafe. Once we checked in ,the front desk clerk did not greet us in a friendly manner so we felt unwelcome. When we got to our room it was dirty and smelly. The property says no smoking allowed but it definitely smelled like smoke and mold. We turned on the AC and it smelled like dead fish and we had a horrible time sleeping and breathing. The headboard was dirty with what appered to look like a semen smear or snot. Blankets where dirty and stained and had hair. Breakfast was horrible they only serve you bread and waffles with 1 waffle maker. Front desk was absolutely horrible when we'd ask for more plates or napkins he was absolutely rude and looked like he just hated his job, other guests were complaining as well so i know this is not just us overreacting. Overall we ended up checking out early and took the loss for our money because we just couldnt stay there. Horrible place and horrible staff DO NOT STAY HERE.     The whole experience was horrible. Had to change rooms because the shower wasn’t working . The rooms were not very clean and there was the telephone that didn’t work and the alarm wasn’t working .overall experience was horrible. Never had such a bad one .

    It was the worst hotel I have ever been in we checked out immediatly the next day. Nothing was attached to the wall the tub faucet and electrical outlet all came out of the wall. The floor was lifting and gross causing a trip hazard. The walls were filthy and the grounds were worn down and needing much repair. Do not stay here not worth any money.

    The lock on our door did not work. The latch was not what I would consider safe. It looked like the one you can buy when you go to Lowe’s or Home Depot instead of the commercial grade that you’d typically see at other hotels. Straight black hair all over the room. Towels had stains on them as well as the covers on the bed.

    Rooms where small but clean, pool was dirty and water was green. Pool area was dirty and seriously needs maintenance. The whole property is seriously outdated and is in need of a major makeover to be honest. It was only a night stay so it was ok but definitely would not stay for more days if needed and definitely not staying there again. Internet photos are not really what it is sorry
