The 1st room the heater was not working, then we got moved to another room and the heater was producing a strong odor and the sink was clogged

The staff were nice and helpful. The window seals need to be replaced and updated. It was hard to sleep due to being able to hear all the road noises and cars. The microwave and mini fridge had mold and mildew. The rooms’s door looked like it had been previously broken into. Although we brought our own toiletries, the one in the showers were sad. The mount was about to come off. The conditioner was nonexistent and the shampoo was completely empty. I booked this placed based on the great reviews, but was very disappointed. Thankfully the staff was nice though.

The property is due for some minimum type updating. The comforter was stained and ripped up. Every time I walked in the room I got hit with a funky smell. and there were roaches. Needs an exterminator, new linen, fresh paint and either new carpet or a heavy heavy steam clean. The place just needs to be maintained.

The shower head took a lil getting used to but I managed to figure it out

This was a great experience the staff was amazing. Customer service was awesome they make you feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and beds felt great. I visited for my son’s military graduation. They have a lot of military families who visit this establishment. Xavier also gave superb customer service.

If you get the side of the building with the pool then your going to have a lot of humidity at night in your room.

Ursula the receptionist was very prejudice and harassed my family for being outside in the parking lot and taking a picture while on the way to OUR car because she ASSUMED they were messing with one of the owners cars outside. There was also urine on the bathroom floor soon as we checked into our hotel room. Very disgusting

It was close to shopping nearby which was very convenient! The pricing was pretty good and the staff were very pleasant. They also made sure that vehicles were secured on the property. The only minor issues that I had were that for each night I stayed, there was a small roach that would crawl out of the outlet near my sink. Also I found that there were stains in the bedding when I first arrived, but the staff was kind enough to replace it with no issue.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, cereal, fruits, waffles, etc. The room was clean and the price is incredibly affordable. This hotel is close to Walmart; it has a good size fridge and microwave inside the room.

I was a bit surprised, the conditions of the hotel are a lot better than the reviews make it to be. The rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet, halls were clean. We were traveling in two separate vehicles, no issues for parking. Overall great stay.

Also they kept telling all the new guest that it was the first time the elevator got stuck when it wasnt one of the employees told me "dont use the elevator they keep fixing it every other day". Also we found trash under the beds with mold. Over all a really bad place to stay

All shifts but especially the Night shift staff are wonderful! We had issues with the vending machines and elevator and the sole night shift worker rushed to the occasion and helped resolve the issues quickly! So friendly and even opened the breakfast bar early since we had to leave before the regular breakfast opening times!

It is completely renovated inside and outside, and looks brand new. Very close to SeaWorld and Lackland. Stayed here for the graduation. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and very clean. Would recommend staying here.

When my family first entered the room, there was a dark stain in the center of the bed sheets. The television was broken and not functioning properly as it should. When going into the bathroom there was used toilet paper on the floor including dark long hair along the lining of the bathtub. Completely disgusting. I would like to request a refund if possible.

Overall our stay was good. However, the room had an off-putting odor and housekeeping forgot to restock our towels one day causing me to ask the front desk for the towels. The location is ideal for visiting San Antonio, TX locations like Sea World, the River Walk, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas while traveling on a budget.

Well, getting checked in was very difficult with this older lady that worked there. All She wanted to do was argue with us and then it was very difficult to understand her accent. They would come and take our towels, but they never replaced them or if they did they were very few. Also, we were there for six nights and my granddaughter was there three nights and the staff never changed any of our sheets the whole time we were there. Then they serve a breakfast, but no matter what we did the waffle maker never cooked the waffle completely and then I wanted to put my granddaughter in the highchair, but it was filthy dirty and then when I asked the older lady at the desk, if there was something I could wash it off with she gave me a dry washcloth and then told me I had to go into the breakfast area and get water from the orange juice dispenser and clean it myself. Well, that is one motel I will not be staying at ever again. And I don’t feel like that older lady with the glasses should be behind the desk because she is super rude. I also had the AARP card and military and I never got those discounts either. They told me I would get them and it was just a lie. Shame on the people that work there.

The check was easy the guy was very professional very friendly very kind so was checking out the lady was very nice professional the only thing I did not like about this hotel is on Saturday night I stepped out of my room and I smell of someone smoking marijuana in the hotel I told the front desk and the guy jumped on it. People that do this needs to be kick out and try to spray something to get rid of the smell. I have lung issues so that's why I didn't like that. Other than that the hotel it's a great hotel

The elevator was broken the entire two days I was there, and the front desk was no help at all. Customer service was terrible. The hotel is old and definitely not worth $160 a night—it feels more like a $50 place. My room key didn’t work, and I had to ask for help more than twice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is located right off the expressway which is very convenient. However we were given a room with a lamp shining right into the window and no black out curtains in the room. You can hear any and all hallway noise which isn't the best but it could have been worse. The free breakfast was almost non-existent, it included bananas, tiny bagels and powdered donuts, a few yogurts, Texas waffles, water and coffee. No juice, no other fruit options and no hot food besides the waffles, it was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. Quite honestly, it would be better to just not have any thing or at least not advertise as having free breakfast. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfy. All in all it wasn't a horrible stay, I would stay again but avoid that breakfast area.

They take your towels everyday to wash it but do not replace with new ones, we had to go to the lobby and request new towels everyday, they said they did not have towels to replace it in the meantime and we had to wait. This was unacceptable. They did not have do not disturb message to put in your door, and also offered a fresh, healthy and hot breakfast and there was only bread and packages, nothing healthy.

The stay was horrible. I put my parents at this hotel due to a last minute stay in San Antonio. I attempted to contact my elderly parents after leaving their via the phone on their room and no one answered the phone . When someone finally answered the phone they couldn’t transfer the call and hung up on me. The placed smelled and the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Now for the 2 negatives and 1 kinda not so negative. Let’s start with the one. The two small blue chairs in lobby arm rails were visibly dirty and need to be cleaned. Not a huge issue but something I noticed. The other was day of check out on Sunday May 12th. The lady working the front desk was not in the same line as all the other employees of this place. All of them were awesome and very pleasant to speak and work with top notch service. But that lady needs to be retrained in the world of hospitality or find another job. To top it off you have to make a 100 dollar cash deposit, so upon check out I intentionally didn’t ask for it back to see what would happen, then stood there for about 30 seconds to a minute after she said all was done for check out to see if she would offer my deposit back. Ya no I had to ask for it , knowing they make everyone pay this deposit why we should not ask for my receipt of deposit 🤔🤔. It should be 100% part of her check out process to ask for receipt. Not be shady and wait to see if I asked for my cash back.

Buen cuarto a buen precio, esta en remodelacion👍 definitivamente regresaria aqui otra vez.

Staff was awesome. We had a little issue at check in and they fixed it and had us in a room right away. They are remodeling but we never heard any noise from it in our room. Our door had already been done and it looked great. Our grandkids loved the pool and went every night of our stay. Breakfast was well stocked and was great. All staff we came in contact with was really nice.

Very convenient location and walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. I would stay at this property again.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Only thing 1st floor was under remodeling but other than that really liked the location so many stores and restaurants near and not noisy at all. Will definitely book again.

I stayed for one night. It was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and heat was good. They do require a cash deposit and don’t accept card.

My husband booked a last minute hotel for my birthday since we had a kid free night and it was so cozy and nice to just relax and watch some tv and have quality time alone. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were so sweet! Thanks a bunch.

I recommend staying in this hotel 💯 percent. They are very clean, it's comfortable good size and very polite and friendly people. Their breakfast was amazing. Loved our stay.
