Spend the extra money to get a better place. The rooms are tiny and give cell vibes. The pictures do a good job at hiding the reality of what the actual rooms and hotel looks like. The staff is helpful but when I tell you I feel like I was slightly scammed. I unfortunately do. I literally was in the room 15 minutes before I decided to leave and just take the loss. Carpets were stained, holes in the carpet corners. Its very dark in the rooms as well it just seemed depressing and haunting. Its also very obvious management cut corners in every possible way. Again the staff was great, this is no reflection of them. I felt bad checking out because the staff could tell I was disappointed. I didn't make a fuss to them, and I wasn't rude. I just made the decision to drive back home because it wasn't worth it to stay.

The pool wasn't available due to a lack of maintenance (green water), and many of the electrical outlets in the room were non-working "decoys." The hotel is older and a little shabby, but it was otherwise comfortable enough for a short stay.

The property is okay. Breakfast is fine but carpets, pool and other areas need maintenance. Staff is friendly and nice, Ned’s are not big enough, we were told we had king sides bed and we found small queen in our room where our feet were not fitting well. In general property was ok. Not luxury though.

The only thing I noticed was that carpets could be cleaner or replaced and tv and remote did not work properly. Also, pool looked dirty. But breakfast was A+ and everything else about the property and room was good.

Second, the smell of mold was so overpowering as soon as we entered the lobby. Third, the room was disgusting! Tiny hairs as though someone just shaved were in the sink, the carpet had multiple stains and I’m not talking a little stain, I mean huge spots. And what appeared to be gum imbedded into the carpet. We didn’t stay. I approached the front desk and I have to say, they were very understanding. They had no other rooms available so they cancelled our reservation.

I like almost everything, the food was good and the staff friendly. The only thing was the bed, it’s small for 2 people. Besides that, I will come back. For 2 days stay was pretty good.

It was at a good location I had the first room next to the ice machine so we heard it all night plus all the noise in the lobby from the people coming in. The bed had a dip that was uncomfortable. Then to shower we couldn’t get the shower to turn on.

Staff and breakfast top notch. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio. My TV screen was actually broken. Remote didnt work for the 1/2 of the screen that did work. The bathroom floor was also not cleaned properly. Pool was in rough condition. Would stay again even though I had a few issues I did not address them.

Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly. Air worked great. Tv didn’t work well. Fridge and microwave worked fine. Hot water was good restroom wasn’t too clean. Not even shampoo and conditioner but they had some. Bed sheets were a little dirty. Carpet was dirty. Mattress was comfy. Check out was easy I like the 12pm check out time.

We are not from this area, so when booking, I went off Hotels.com reviews and the photos provided which made this property look like an average hotel and since we knew we'd be getting in late we weren't looking for anything too fancy. Upon arrival, before we even made our way inside my husband noticed broken window glass in the parking lot where we parked. This made us feel very uneasy so we went inside and spoke with management. They ASSURED us they hadn't had any car break ins in over two years! To which I said "so you've left broken glass in your parking lot for 2 years?!" They again assured us if we parked in a better lit part of their lot, they had 24hr cameras running that they monitor. After our 6+ hours of sleep, husband goes outside to check our vehicles only to find not one but FOUR vehicles(not ours) had been broken into! One of the vehicle owners told my husband that after speaking with management he was told the cameras were not even working that night! Therefore management blatantly lied to us upon our check in! Cops were called, we communicated all of this information to the responding officer. Overall, the room was very small compared to other hotels we've stayed, breakfast was decent, the usual options at most places, the pool was green with algae and the patio furniture, all but 1 of the chairs were ripped! I would HIGHLY not recommend anyone stay at this hotel in future, and would definitely recommend they hire a 24hour security guard!!!

Nothing, trucks get broken into in the middle of the night not a safe hotel. Cameras outside are fake and just for looks they don’t work.

The lights didn't work in the first room they gave and the AC didn't work in the second room they gave. I booked the hotel so that I could get extra sleep since I had to be at work at 6:30 am. I thought the AC would eventually kick on but it didn't.

I checked in and did not stay. Immediately left, First let me say that this is not a Radisson property as advertised, all the furniture and carpets were covered in all kinds of stains, the chair was torn and ripped, the air conditioner had pieces falling off of it. There were no blankets on the bed the couch pillows were dirty and stained as well. I couldn't even bring myself to stay after seeing the one bedroom suite I booked just from how dirty and stained covered everything in the room was and falling apart ceiling, bathroom tiles and everything else.

I had never stayed here before and I never will again. The room had filthy carpet, there was mold in the shower stall and there was hair on the drain. There was a hole in the bathroom wall over the door that was patched with toilet paper. When we got back from dinner there was a terrible sewer smell in the lobby and it smelled just as bad in our room on the second floor. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in our room and from the cell phone and no one ever answered. By this time it was almost 11 and we were too tired to try to find another place to go. The outside was littered with soft drink bottles and paper. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible, wish I could give it 0 stars, hotel lobby was very stinky, staff was unpleasant. I was checked in and key card didn’t work. Had to go down twice to get it fixed. Rooms smelled like a stinky boys locker room. Bedding was filthy and so was chair. The entire hotel is outdated and needs to be closed or renovated. Do not recommend staying here if you like cleanliness

We were in town for a quick trip. As a part of my daily routine, I carry a 40lb machine that helps me live. Upon arrival, my wife unloaded the truck & asked for a luggage cart. Unfortunately, there were none. Luckily, we were on the first floor - - but still had a load to carry (luggage, medical accessories, and the heavy machine. The bed was comfortable - this was our 2nd. stay at this location. The hotel is clean, and quite adequate for couples or family. It is located off the interstate, on the frontage. Keep an eye out, it is a quick turn into the property. Overall a good place to stay, with the exception of the luggage cart. Thank you.

The breakfast was great, staff friendly and room was clean..the WiFi and TV were the worst …never got any clarification on the WiFi and you couldn’t watch certain channels but you could hear the show.

Breakfast was the only positive thing about the stay at this particular location. Hallway carpet had outside debris and small pieces of cut up paper from check in to check out so obviously it was never vacuumed during our stay. One room was musty and the bathroom smelled. Curtains in our rooms didn’t fully close so the bright light in the parking lot shone through. Have a hair clip or something to secure the curtains for privacy as well as darkening the room to sleep comfortably. One of our rooms had a dead roach as soon as we walked in the room. Very poor room lighting, it was too dark to see in the closet. No place to put your clothes while you shower; the only hook in the bathroom was for the towel. The elevator had a sticky spilled substance that led out to an area that had several dried sticky spots on the tile, which remained that way until our check out. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful as was the woman working the front desk. The young man working his shift was not quite as welcoming. We arrived about 20 minutes before check in, and were prepared to sit and wait as we had a long drive. His first response was a stern “you just have to wait”. Pool does not appear to be maintained as it was filled with leaves and particles throughout our stay. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed for my family members as I made the reservations but won’t visit this location again.

One room had no ac (broken) and there were mold spots in the shower. The carpet had crumbs in certain areas/could be replaced with new carpet. The pool was unavailable. Some pictures were a bit deceiving.

The pictures online are definitely not what the property looks like. I had my assistant call and make a reservation and confirm the reservation requesting a room in the 3rd floor. That wasn’t granted, the room was in the first floor; the hallway stuck so badly if wet carpet and trash; the clerk blamed it on sun light coming in which didn’t make any sense. The room. Was just as dingy and rub down, carpet had all kinds of stains in it. The drain in the sink was missing so it was letting bad air into the room. The stay was beyond horrible and not what I planned or paid for. When I complained about the condition of the smell in the hallway the clerk was very dismissive

The location is amazing! Not too far from anything we had wanted to do!! The power outlets need a serious upgrade. Almost every plug in our room was so loose that our charger fell out, the tv didn’t turn on, the mini fridge wouldn’t get cold.

Upon walking in the room we were greeted with multiple stains on the floor ranging from 1 inch to 1 foot. The bathroom had mildew in the grout, not just one random spot but lines of it. We did not try the breakfast for fear of the cleanliness or lack of.

The property was right off the highway. You have to wait for the gate to open from the entrance bad location The hotel was disgusting. Showerhead was broken cigarette burning the chair. The sheets were dirty and worn very thin. The carpet smelled really bad like it had mold and mildew in it. I will never stay here. I wish I would’ve never looked online and took the online reviews I didn’t get my money back for anything and plus I was overcharged. All the hotels in San Antonio are scammers.

The staff was nice and the location is very convenient. It’s close to the airport, there are many food options, and it’s close to SeaWorld. The smell in the hallways was awful and even the entrance to the hotel smelled really bad. The tv doesn’t work. The remote was also broken and didn’t work. The pool was not clean and it appeared no maintenance is performed on a regular basis. There were bugs and debris in the water. The vent in the bathroom sounds like a helicopter. The towels provided to us were really harsh materials. They would only provide 1 soft towel, and the rest were really hard on the body. Not enough towels were provided so we always had to go to the front desk to request more.

Lastly I did not like how they stacked others about me which kept waking me because of their bed squeezing while they had sec all night. After talking to the front desk about it all I got was oh man that’s horrible, hope you have a blessed day. Bye.

This was a terrible stay. We booked 3 rooms for my entire family and I can only say that I am so disappointed. Our rooms got cockroaches, insects, spiders and the carpet was so dirty. I took pictures of the insects before we flushed them in the toilet. The fridge was not cooling up enough, the place was humid and smelly bad, we had to go ask for air freshener at he front desk cause it was unbearable. Maybe the hotel could do better by specifying that the fridge is small and doesn’t have a freezing compartment because we stayed there for a week and would have appreciated a freezer to keep some food . This was a disappointment for us .

Not like: 1: No strainer in the sink; any ring or small item could easily be lost. We told the front desk, but nothing was done. 2: Power sockets were terrible. All were so old that 2-prong plugs would fall out and not make contact! 3. Large towels were of poor quality.

When you walk in your immediately infused with urinal smell and sewer. We left to do a family outing and once we returned the smell got worse, carpet in the room had a strong odor of urine. About 4:53am I felt a bite, thought it was a mosquito and as soon as I was going back to sleep I felt another bite. I immediately got up and checked the bed and there was a bed bug. I checked the other bed in the room and saw another bug on the pillow case. I notified front desk, Aaron was working, he was willing to move us, but my husband did not want to stay till check out. I did ask for a refund for the room. He said he would notify management. I did take pictures of the bugs and the bite marks I have. I have 4 bite marks and also one on my right eyelid. It swelled up immediately.

Half the tv channels didn’t work… had to watch the damn history channel every evening.. my kids were pissed the other channels didn’t work

Room are old and dirty, lights and plugs are not working , beds are not that great condition, bathroom door lock broken etc. Totally dissatisfied and never stay in Country inn and Radisson chain.

This was a basic room for the night. Very small room. Cramped. Good for 1 to 2 people. Breakfast was a treat. With eggs and meats along woth usial. Location was good since this was a medical visit. Overall i would say this was ok for a 1 to 2 night stay.

Real quiet room even though it’s off of I-10. I value my sleep and able to sleep just fine here. I haven’t stayed here since June 2024. I’m glad that in that time they’ve added a fence and gate to the property.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. There were plenty of towrls. The room temperature upon walking in was just right. Please, please give your housekeepers and kitchen stuff a BIG thank you for me!

Breakfast was cool. Staff was decent. Room was alright. A few stains on carpet and on a pillow. Heat and cold air worked wonderfully. Entering and exiting the property was unique. Didn’t realize the gate opens at you approach it. Then there’s a code needed to exit, which was something I’ve never seen before. Overall a B-

I didn’t get a refund

There is nowhere in the instructions of arrival of how to get through the metal gate and we spent close to an hour looking and on the phone before we finally got the instructions. It was very frustrating

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast is good. You had to use a code for the gate to get out, but to come in you didn't need a code! 🤔 Also the staff was helpful and courteous

Poor WiFi coverage and mostly down. Could not work at all since I was on a business trip!

Friendly staffs, easy check-in, clean

The staff was not friendly, they weren’t rude or mean just not friendly. On one occasion the desk clerk was hanging out with friends in the lobby. On a separate occasion I was trying to get a drink from the tiny store thing by the desk and the desk clerk was sitting in his chair hiding behind a podium, and I had to look behind the desk before he even acknowledged me. The floors were stained and there was a baby roach one night when I went to shower. Housekeeping came and took care of the room every day and the sheets always looked clean. They even used my kids blankets to make the beds look cute and organized their animals.

The breakfast was really good and all the staff were so nice!!

The experience of this stay was terrible!! There were fights every night. I have no idea if it was the guests or from outside. My trucks passenger side window was broken !!

Front desk person was rude

The lady at the front desk screamed and yelled at me, immediately deactivated the keys, and threatened to call the police… I remained calm because I’m a nurse and I experience irate patients often and she continued. As I was on my way out I calmly told her what she was doing was wrong and then she apologized and said it was my face. Finally she reactivated my keys and allowed me to continue my stay… I emailed the manager and still no response

Room was clean, decent sized shower, breakfast was okay. Only complaint is that there was broken glass in the parking lot, which made me worry about the safety of my vehicle.

The only thing i appreciate is the staff from breakfast. Lupita was welcoming and very attentive. The rest of the experience was bad. First i reserved a roll in shower for wheelchair purpose. It was not honored. 2nd the room i was provided was not even cleaned. It was not serviced. 3rd the hotel smelled like sewer. 4th the hotel asked me on my experience, was told someone would get back with me and no one reached out. 5th the employees parked in the front, so we had to walk a big distance with walkers because we could not drive up to the front door.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and could smell the stench as soon as we got into the elevator. The floor wreaked of urine and the smell of dirty socks. We held our breaths to get to our room. Check in was unprofessional. The clerk was wearing street clothes..I would not have known he worked there. We will not stay here again.

This place had a bad smell just as you walked in. The whole place had a bad odor and the rooms too. Not a good place to stay at.

Convenient location right next to I -10. Clean and quiet. Breakfast included was a plus.

The lobby and downstairs were nicely renovated and clean, breakfast was good. But the room and upstairs were absolutely disgusting. There was a literal huge bloodstain by the door of my room that looked like they barely tried to clean it, plus it was splattered all over the trim. Really gross. The carpets upstairs are very stained and nasty and it smells so funky. All of the surfaces in the room were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Shower had a bunch of hair on the ground.

The hotel was alright, but the staff either stole my friend's heartfelt gift bag from his girlfriend or they didnt check the contents of the bag properly before disposing of it. Either way it's unacceptable and i would not recommend anyone to come here. If you do stay here don't leave anything behind if you step out.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast. For some reason after 11 the room we were in had no water, so that made it difficult for a while. The 3rd floor needs some TLC the corridor the room was perfect for the 2 of us. The room overall was clean.

First, the positive: I loved the secured auto gate. The elevator was dirty and smelly. The room was average; the carpet could be shampooed—overall average hotel.

Have always had a great selection on hot teas, breakfast, front desk is friendly. The quality did go down some. Maybe it was the timing since it was during the summer time. Rooms have always been clean and up to date.

I didn't like how the pictures of the room were deceiving. I had a few other issues with some things not working properly and it was too small for a family of 4

The hotel was very nice and a good value. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, sparkling pool and large outdoor lounging area. Free wi-fi, swim towels, all rooms accessible from inside hotel. The rugs needed cleaning and the bathrooms were dated (grout and fixtures). All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Lack of attention to customer whil r at front desk

This locatiin is in a greta location. This property requires lots of maintenance, dirty carpets, 2nd floor hallway ac ceiling shredding sheetrock pieces. Weird smell. My last time staying here. Big decline since this past june 2024.

Convenient and nice price!

Check in was easy, the front desk clerk was courteous. The room was clean and decent. The bed was a little on the hard side, felt like it was a super old mattress but served it's purpose. Appreciated that they cleaned the room even though I was only staying two nights. Perfect place to stay for a weekend.

My truck had a window busted out and ransacked my truck.

Had to wait 15 minutes to check , tv only had like 5 channels and a yellow line running through the middle . The bathroom door did not close because it was crooked. Carpet leading to room was dirty . I stayed here just 2 weeks ago and had a way better experience.

Got my car stolen and got no help from the hotel

This was a horrible stay. It was so bad I ended up leaving a day early. The property is extremely unsafe, two cars were broken into the one night I was there. The staff was very impolite and unhelpful. There was no question or attempt as to why I was leaving or how they could get me to stay! I will never stay at a country inn&suit again.

Do not recommend ,during our 2 day stay 15 cars were vandalized. The management was aware that this has been an ongoing issue for months and have done nothing to remediate the issue.

Had the feel of a much more expensive hotel with super nice staff!

One of the most perplexing aspects is that while the hotel does have security cameras, they are only installed inside the building. The parking lot, where these break-ins occurred, is not monitored at all. It's troubling to see the front desk staff's vehicles parked under the awning, protected and in view, while guests' vehicles are left vulnerable. Additionally, the hotel'shotel's cash deposit policy adds to the frustration. Guests with a San Antonio address are required to pay a $100 cash deposit, regardless of their circumstances. As a military member stationed out of town, this seemed particularly unfair, especially when out-of-town guests face a much lower deposit requirement. In summary, if you're concerned about vehicle security and find such deposit policies unreasonable, I would advise looking for alternative accommodations. This hotel must address its security issues and reassess its deposit policies to offer guests a more secure and equitable experience.

Good place for a good price

Stuffy in the room. The a/c unit was not adjustable. The hotel had a rotten food smell. Other than that the bed was comfortable. It was clean. Friendly staff.
