Location I did like that the breakfast bar was set up early. My husband was in the hospital. It was nice to have hot coffee & grab something quick to take with me. Very noisy all night long. Didn’t sleep at all.

Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great.

There were no disposable cups in the room for water. We were only allotted two towels (1/guest), and my husband and I showered the evening of our stay as we got caught in a rain storm, and we typically shower each morning. So the limits on towels is an issue for me.

The floors seem to be not insulated or thick, can hear every step that the person above you makes. The people above us were so loud or had kids jumping around. Even after called front office they still did it!!

It was a great stay overall

Very large room, great bed, clean. Close to many points of interest (we went to the Round Rock Express game).

Loved the location close to the highway and near a lot of restaurants and attractions. No hot breakfast available even though it was advertised as having it. Stains found on top cover but was given a new one after going to the front desk.

Our check in was simple and location was good for where we needed to be close to the Sports Complex. The staff was not rude just not overly friendly the morning desk female was the first one to greet us during our 3 day stay. Room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was prompt. Two complaints would be the beds are rock hard and you can hear everything from the people above you to the ones below you. It’s and older hotel with not very many frills but it was affordable and clean and that’s what I was looking for. So don’t expect a full breakfast but there are plenty of places around you if thats an issue. Parking was ample and well lit we would stay again if we needed to.

a/c put out air that smelled really bad. carpet seemed old and dirty. b-fast was really bad with almost nothing to eat. yogurt, sweet cerel, dry old bagles.

Person staying directly across from us tried to fight us because the door slammed shut. We went to the front desk and they did nothing about it. I honestly don’t know if they understood what we were saying as English wasn’t the first language from either front desk person. Also had just washed my car and came back out to first stacked all over due to the mowers. I know that’s not the hotels fault but just my experience with this stay.

Room was fairly clean but slightly falling apart. Shower looked a bit run down. Toilet seat kept coming off and felt too small for the toilet. The ac didn’t work very good and the room was warmer than expected but tolerable. Over all it was quiet and comfortable.

Loved having the washer & dryer -- thank you for the quarters! The staff were excellent -- I liked the location, so close to the Old Downtown area. Thank you for such a clean pool!

The building itself was clean. The pool was disgusting and unusable. There were men in the hallway talking loudly and woke me up at 4 am.

The hotel was fine. We stayed a total of 3 days and our room was never cleaned, the trash wasn’t even thrown for us. We were only given 2 towels initially so we had to ask for more. The breakfast was exactly the same every day and the lobby restrooms were locked to guests even with a room key.

The power was out when we arrived but was resolved quickly. The building looks old but appears to have been renovated. Not the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in but it was fine for the night.

I had a good stay at Sparks Hilton. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough although I did get up with my back hurting. The bed may have been too soft. I like that the TV was on and said welcome Twana. That was sweet. I was disappointed in the breakfast though. There was not a hot breakfast only bagels and muffins and bruised apples along with cold cereal. There was instant oatmeal and cold yogurt. There was not even a Belgian waffle maker.

Quick overnight stay had me looking for an affordable hotel. This place was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the check-in process easy. A good experience, I will look for this brand for a budget overnight stay when I travel.

We enjoyed our stay, nice, clean, quiet hotel. Only complaint would be a better breakfast selection, not a deal breaker. Will probably choose this hotel in the future.

The location is convenient, and it’s close to I35 Freeway. The breakfast was great ?. The room was clean and nice.

The Hotel is freshly redone. The room was very clean and roomy. They even have a shower mat in the shower which never happens and you always slip. So they have thought abought safety. Check in was easy. The room was quiet from outside noice even being close to the freeway.

Large room, comfy bed and pillows. There was a big dark hair on the shampoo bottle (we have gray hair) and this was seen when we first checked out the shower. Hard to navigate the tv control. No instructions. Never found but one light switch and a switch on one lamp. Breakfast was advertised hot - just coffee, heated bagels and tea was “hot”. Only orange juice and water - no other juices. No eggs, no pancakes or waffles, no meats.

I would highly recommend. I don't know my stay at Hilton chain because I'm not a fan of the sort of austerity that I normally find, but this was a nice surprise. Everything was very comfortable, good quality linens, plenty of towels and lots of room. I will definitely stay again.

First off trip was prepaid and hotel checked someone else into our room so he had to hunt us a room. We got one of 3 of the last rooms that were clearly meant to be empty as they were remodeling. Night clerk was very helpful and apologetic and all we needed the room for was sleep so were were satisfied with their hotel. I would give them another try

Beware the hotel tacks on a $100 contingency fee when you check in. Not sure why hotel offers nothing extra except movies on tv. No restaurant or bar. Think it’s just a way for cheap unskilled manager to cause travelers more headache.

I can't believe what a horrible job they did on paint and hanging pictures etc the toilet paper dispenser had one end the wrong way🙄 and the bathrm tile which didn't look fresh is actually loose and if it isn't fixed properly the tile will break. I took pictures of someone wants to see. I really can't believe that room "passed" inspection. Other than that it was a decent stay. The doors slam a bit too hard and I'm quite certain it was disturbing others..

Horrible, it was under construction. When we hit back from our tournament, we got our floor and immediately was overwhelmed by fumes like goof off or paint thinner. Family was coughing. No way we were staying there with that. We decided to leave and was still charged full price. Never again.

Perfect room for us . A sink in the bathroom and the small kitchen. Plenty of space to lounge and exercise indoors. Breakfast was plentyful. Friendly staff and good cleaning staff.

I didn’t like that the the woman serving breakfast was very rude and acted like they didn’t want to work. They also had a Oder problem in the rooms it was really bad . I wish I would get refunded for how terrible everything was but that will be my last time booking that hotel .

We had to move rooms which was disappointing, because the air conditioner made the whole room smell musty. I like the fact that it was easy access to the highway. I didn’t like so much the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. There wasn’t very much signage letting you know directions you could park or get into the parking lot being that I’m not from the Austin area I’m actually from West Texas, we took a six hour ride, but overall my state was good .

You can tell this is an older property that they have given a face-lift to. The room I had was big so definitely nice for the space but didn't necessarily need it but good for the price. Wifi worked great. They had a complimentary breakfast that was ok. I probably would not stay here again just because I felt there were some sketchy people.

Was there for a soccer tournament. This is our second time staying there. Overall a good experience and reasonable cost for the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.

It was an alright place to stay. Property and room just needs alittle TLC. Alot of small things. The construction on the road makes the entrance difficult to see.

There was construction all around and a highway separated the hotel from the nearest store. Unless you had a car you were stuck behind the construction with no way to get anywhere. Rugs in the room were filthy and smelly.

Would have liked the water to be hotter in shower. Main concern, as we were leaving the hotel, noticed a Tahoe looked broken in to. Driver window was shattered so I was worried about my car but it was fine. I saw a sign not responsible for brake in's and there was graffiti writings all over the parking area. Maybe this will get cleaned up and get better security. Probably won't stay here again.

Our hotel room smelled terrible when we got in there. The refrigerator smelled like mold, and the room was very musty. There was rust on the mattress of the pullout couch from the metal frame.

Room was dirty, sink was clogged, shower was a trickle, and no mirror in the room. Staff was nice, but so many better options in the area.

Property is old, the curtains in our room had holes on them. Bed were confortable. Breakfast was ok considering is “free”. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Just current road construction is the only problem

This property was a little difficult to get to because of road construction. No fault to them I understand. It seemed to be a little older property, no frills. Breakfast didn’t look great, so headed out to find something else. I found 1 bug on my bed when I sat down on it after arriving, I didn’t report it because it was just 1. If I had found others definitely would had reported it. This is was 1 night stay for a Open House I was doing for a client in the area. This is a clean, no frills type property and it served it’s purpose for the occasion.

Just okay. It was IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to access this hotel. Seeing as the construction is a mess, the rooms are extremely dated, and it is nearly impossible to figure out that the road to access this hotel is in fact, a road, making it not worth the price. Just spend the extra $20 bucks to stay at the Aloft down the road.

Overall our stay was good, staff was super friendly the warm breakfast was good but the pool had bees/ wasps around it so we couldn’t use it and it was spit in the pool and because there was no filtration motion there was no way to get that out the pool. The outlets next our bed there was 2 of them and they did not work

The hotel was a good value, the breakfast could be better with better coffee and more creamer options and more space in the area. It was crowded.
