They have a great common area for plenty the gather and watch the FIFA games, we were there for our daughters soccer tournament and it was nice to have the common area for everyone to gather

The hotel was booked at capacity and we would have never known. From the front desk to the bartender, staff were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Exceeded expectations!

Had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel with plenty of space and great staff. Having a Starbucks on site was a nice added benefit. Met our needs for a one-night stay and would stay again if back in the area.

The shower leaked in a metal plate in the bottom of the shower most of the night.

The hotel is beautiful, unfortunately the stay was ruined by a huge group of kids staying for what I assume was a sports event.. They ran up and down hallways all night, clogged the elevators and left food in them. They were unattended and kicking a soccer ball around near the bar area as we tried to enjoy a glass of wine. It was a sleepless stay and I only wish staff could have addressed the adults with these kids so it could’ve been handled.

stayed here for a tournament only complain will be the bathroom door me and other friends that stayed there agree the door is no good you can see the person inside and it feels very weird it has no privacy at all other than that everyone was welcoming thanks

The room was large but essentially unfurnished with minimal storage or area to unpack. The room was clean (housekeeping was on-form & professional) but quite outdated. Elevators were out of commission several x during our 3-day stay. Restaurant / Bar Staff were top notch. I thought our reservation included breakfast coupons but it did not. We had coffee each morning (very nice Barista) but not breakfast.

Facility and amenities were excellent. The only drawback is charge for parking and there is a charge for breakfast.

I loved everything except for finding out that I have to pay $12 a day for having a vehicle on the property. This was something new and never paid before. Unfortunately I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay here when you can stay at other hotels without paying a daily fee for having your car on their property.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel is nice and modern. The bathrooms can use a little update.

I like the conveniences of having the gym, restaurant, bar, and Starbucks. We will be back!

Shampoo was empty on 2nd night, had to wait on towels, NO coffee available in the common area when Star Bucks was closed & taking no cash! Husband was not happy! No breakfast for guests and since when do your guests have to pay for parking just to stay there!? And there is no vent in bathroom and we could smell the sewer running through under the bathroom sink! Stinky! Guest Services were great!

We enjoyed the peaceful environment and the room was wonderful. The staff was very helpful especially the restaurant and GM whom we met at the restaurant on our last night.

The bar was great. The room was very clean and quiet. Pet friendly.The staff was great. But they changed me to a king room cause I needed a shower. I have problems getting out of a tub.The two queen bedrooms all had tubs and not a combo with a shower. Hated that because the sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable that my granddaughter just slept on the unopend couch and that was uncomfortable for her. I went through hotels.com and got a wonderful price but when I changed room which they assured me was no different but it was. My bill went from about 800.00 to 1050.00 which was a shock to me and my wallet. But we did stay 4 nighs.They charged 12.00 or 14.00 for parking everyday. Breakfast was expensive and so was dinner. Went to Cracker Barrel instead for breakfast. It was great and got In & Out burger instead for dinner. Was delicious. We were there for my youngest daughters wedding. Wedding was beautiful, hotel stay was just a place to sleep. Didn't enjoy the hotel at all. Which was a shame. They gave us vouchers for weekend meal but never used cause there was Saturday morning breakfast with the wedding party and wedding on Sunday. Won't go back there. We live decent but we are not rich. For those who are it is a wonderful place I'm sure.

The hotel was nice but older. Lota of things have been updated but also lots has been kinda patched together. This didnt bother me much. However the mattress was not great at all. I could feel everything. I feel like a topper or even a featherbed was a no brainer here. I didnt sleep well at all. Also the toilets flush ao powerfully you can hear when your neighbors flush. Also the doors to the rooms slam if you're not intentionally softly closing them. Which most dont. I hearf toilets and slammed doors all night. Because of that alone i wont stay here again. Stagf was friendly and nice. Parking was easy.

The handle in my shower was broken. Three requests later and it still hasn't been fixed. Thankfully I left this morning so the next person can complain, only for nothing to be done. Some benches around the property would be nice to sit on. Hotel itself is nice. Restaurant is great!

The gym was well-equipped, the room was super clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is fine but they now charge for parking which they never did before. I can understand if you are downtown in a big city but this location is not. Also the bathroom has a sliding glass door that mad so much noise when you opened and closed it it would wake the dead. Probably won’t stay here again

I expected more from breakfast

Not sure why the parking lot has a sign saying we need to pay for parking. The parking lot is huge and not many cars there, probably less than 10% occupied. Hotel did wave our parking fees. Just wondering why it has the sign in the first place. Staff are nice. The bathroom sink was clogged but still usable. Only one elevator was available. The other one was in maintenance or something. Probably better to check with hotel if it has been fixed before you book.

Sheets had a few questionable stains and pillows were not comfortable. Doors had a small crack at the bottom so not fully sound proof. Blackout curtains were too small so light peeked through at the sides after sunrise.

The night before Valentine’s Day, My girlfriend and I stayed at Marriott North in Round Rock, Texas. We took a shower and were getting ready for bed when she went to the restroom and grabbed the sliding door handle and the whole glass door shattered. The door cut her arm up pretty good to the point she bled, then of course we called the front desk as soon as we could get around all the glass so we don’t cut our feet. They asked what happened, wrote an incident report and told us not to worry about the accident that we wouldn’t have to pay for anything. The next day as we were headed back to the hotel after gathering some more supplies for my girlfriend’s arm, the hotel decided to charge my card on file $750 to cover damages ,without a call or a proper explanation and investigation after saying “Don’t worry you won’t be charged for anything”. We arrived back at the hotel the only explanation they gave was my girlfriend was at fault, that the door is apparently indestructible and would take a strong amount of force (which my girlfriend doesn’t have) to break this glass door. They also mentioned that they gave us a “discount” on the new glass door so instead of the original $1,500 cost they charged me half of what it cost. They claim that this door is indestructible yet my girlfriend touches the door handle and it shatters immediately in a freak accident yet the hotel blames us. 100% the worst experience, service and communication.

When checking in or needing anything during my stay the staff were very helpful/accommodating which was nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the room was great.

Courteous staff. Having the bar and grill in the hotel was very convenient. The room was large and the bed was extra comfy. Didn't try the included breakfast. Was a little surprised we had to pay for parking, but no too upset because the hotel rate was very competitive. Will stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting. Neither elevator worked so we had to lug our things down 5 flights of stairs. Rooms were disgusting. Flaking finish on mirrors in bathroom. Dust on lamps that had been there at least several months. Worst Marriott experience ever. I would never stay there again. You’d be better off at a competitor. They need to tear this dinosaur down.

I didn’t take part in the onsite restaurant, I have one complaint, why charge for parking when we’ve already paid for the hotel room?

Comfortable beds, convenient location, you have to pay for parking $12 per day, Our Ac did not work too well, you can hear the neighbors, older building but it’s been renovated. No room service the 3 days we were there. Room service came at 5 pm and we told her we were gonna leave in 15 minutes and she can come back but once we came back at night beds were still messy and room service never came back. Convenient deposit of $50 per day.

Everything was excellent — the staff, the welcome, and the hotel facilities. The only thing is they told me that breakfast wasn’t included, even though I thought it was.

Our room was not what we expected and paid for. The pictures of the rooms are not what they really are. Our room was clean but out dated. The restroom had a broken light, old shower head, old tile and ugly bath tub. Very disappointed!

Property was well maintained and nice. My kids were impressed! I wish there had been an outdoor pool, but we basically had it all to ourselves.

Room was near washer and dryer which wasn’t in its own room and someone kept running metal in it multiple times. Also room was near the staff only elevator and many times some of the staff would be cursing or talking loud right outside my room door.

My stay at the Austin Marriot North on Frontera was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and lovely amenities. Breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.

Basically stated there was nothing they could do but give me a roll away bed & breakfast coupons. My husband escalated the issue to the manager on duty & he made the stay a bit better but we ended up checking out early.

The property was nice but we had problems with our TV and after the maintenance man coming twice it still wasn't fixed. We weren't even asked if we wanted another room nor did we get a discount. That's our fourth or fifth time staying there this year butvwe probably won't be going back. Service the last two times has been poor.

Great hotel. My room was ready a bit earlier than check in and they called me to let me know. My only complaint is that the shower door didn’t not close all the way . Other than that great.

Expedia can you please tell me why when I checked in I was given a smaller room than what I had paid for? The lady at the front desk told me that since I purchased my room from a third party my room is not guaranteed even though I paid more to have a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. She told me to be aware of this which makes no sense. I told her if I knew I was going to get a smaller room then I would have just paid for a smaller room. The lady at front ended up changing it for me but it was like she didn't want to since I told her my party was only going to be two of us. Regardless of how many are in a party why am I not entitled to what I paid for?

To improve: They have an indoor pool, however the water was really cool even in summer. They need a heater for pool. Pipe lines sounds every time someone flush.

The hotel is beautiful. It's very clean and it smells so fresh. The only downside about the stay was our room had a sliding bathroom door. I do not like these doors there is no privacy. I don't like the coated glass. You can still see shadows through it.

The pillows were flat with zero softness. The mattress was okay. Sheets were not soft, possibly low thread count. Worse of all was everything felt damp. Not sure what kind of AC you have but everything was sticky and damp in the room. Slept very little for that reason and woke up congested. Would like to know what type of unit it was to ensure when booking we don't stay at another Marriott like that again.
