Clean room, pleasant, helpful front desk, hot breakfast. I stay there often.

Great location, quiet, and comfortable.

Stay in Round Rock frequently. This is my favorite place to stay there. Nothing fancy. It will need updated paint and carpet in a year or two. But it’s very well maintained and the lobby is nice. The front desk staff is friendly and competent. The multiple items on the breakfast menu don’t vary much from day to day but the consistent high quality of the cooked food is amazing. So is the Texas shaped waffle maker with two types of waffle mix that included cinnamon roll. Maid service was thorough and showed a thoughtfulness we really appreciated. The king bed was comfy and made up perfectly each night. Again, good staff matters. Traffic noise on interstate side of hotel will wake you in the morning. Get on the other side of the hotel if you can. Be careful getting in and out of entrances and exit. Entry sign is hard to see from the frontage road. Exit to side road dips so low, my rental sedan bottomed out the first time.

Room was very clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast wasn't bad but it got the job done. I liked it. The staff are very nice and considerate. Pools and amenities were clean and comfortable. I recommend this place :)

When you don't break the bank to stay at a clean property with great staff, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a large delicious breakfast spread...it's a nice feeling.

This was a great find! The bang for the buck is definitely worth it here. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and had plenty of room. The weight room was a great for a light gym day. Although I did not use either, the pool and hot tub were indoors and both were operable. The icing on the cake was the breakfast spread. While there were small changes to what was served each day, there was a nice assortment to choose from. The eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, bacon and biscuits were the best I've had out of the last 5 hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend staying a few nights at The Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock!

Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces was all over the place and in the ice machine. The cookies they put out was way under cooked and they see people coughing over them and would not change them out. Light in the bathroom kept flickering needed a new bulb asked for one and never got one. Over all it was not worth’s money and Expedia you need to stop with the half pictures show the details of the room show the bathroom . I won’t be staying there again thanks for the piss poor stay.

Horrible pillows and very firm beds. The pillows were basically old pillows that had all the stuffing stuffed to one side of the pillow and folded over to form a square brick like pillow. The staff was kind and informed they didn't have any other pillows

This is the cleanest hotel u been to. Austin was so sweet and attentive even it being 4 am in the morning. The breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend. The only thing was the elevator made a creaking noise everytime.

Breakfast was good and cleaned up frequently. Staff was nice. Ac was cold. I ordered late checkout and asked to not have anyone knock on my door because I am night shift and needed sleep. I have the marker on the door and of course they woke me up at 1130.

The front desk was super friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom lighting wasn't great for getting ready in front of the mirror, but it was clean with plenty of linens and soap, shampoo, etc. The whole place was clean and well maintained, even the stair well (which we used to get our steps every day).

I had low expectations coming in, but I was a bit surprised about the property. It was clean and didn’t have foul smells; the breakfast was as good as any normal hotel breakfast. The indoor pool was extremely warm, which was great, and the hot tub was working perfectly. It's definitely being maintained; I saw them mopping the floors and consistently taking out the trash.

The breakfast was good but some were complaining this morning about there weren’t scrambled eggs. The chicken was very tender but a little too much salt on the potatoes. The coffee was awesome

Indoor pool was warm and hot tub was working. One of the reasons we booked this hotel. Breakfast was very good, happy with both choices of bacon and sausage. All staff that we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

The wall air conditioner has dials that are broken and fall out when used… we complained and were told that there was a separate wall control for the unit The bed pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable On the other hand everyone was very nice and breakfast was great

Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be tomorrow. We were leaving for an outing. I had to demand that I needed my room cleaned. I will never stay here again and will be contacting the manager.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time! It’s clean the staff is friendly and adaptable to your needs. Rooms are spacious clean, and you can control the AC without it resetting. Breakfast was top-notch.

We only stayed overnight and it was a great visit. The room was very clean, comfortable, and staff was great too. Although it was a great visit the a/c unit and mini fridge were a little noisy and seemed outdated.

The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great the price was gokd for the kind of hotel it is. The towels were nice and fluffy. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Apparently it is one of only two remodeled rooms in the hotel and it was perfect for me. Clean. Quiet. Convenient. And I caught the most beautiful sunset. After a very treacherous drive through Austin, I was so happy to be in a quiet, clean, beautiful setting.

AC worked great. Bed was just OK. I slept good but wife said mattress was too firm for her. Pillows were awful. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Typical hotel breakfast. When we left 4 cop cars pulled up to the front door so not sure what that was all about but we didn’t hang around to find out.

"Night auditor" barged into room at 8am while half dressed! Had to be pushed out...when management was notified, they said check out was done the night before BUT IT WAS NOT. No text, no email, nothing about a check-out! GM DID NOT CARE, SAID WOULD GIVE "DISCOUNT" then said we'd have to go through 3rd party to get that. BEWARE-COULD BE S$X TRAFFICKING GOING ON HERE. Occupant said they were being watched the night before (had child with her at that time).

Convenient location for our trip down from Dallas to attend UT game. We have stayed several times over the years and always experience friendly service, clean and comfortable room, and a substantial breakfast all for a great price. Will recommend and stay again in the future.

Check in was good, staff very friendly. Pool seemed dirty. Hotel smelled clean. Pillows were tiny, shower smelled bad, Controls on AC did not work so I froze the first night and was too warm the second night.

The pool was so cloudy and the hot tub didn't work. I have stayed numerous of times but this was the worst. Left and booked another hotel.... didnt get my money back so far. Didnt get insurance because this place had always been great

Comfortable bed. I felt safe traveling and staying alone. The motel is only 1 mile from my sister's house. The price was reasonable with indoor pool and workout room. Free cookies at check in was great. Will definitely book again. I try to visit my sister once a month who is a caregiver for a family member.

Best 2 Star Hotel Experience. I love this place, which should be a 3 Star Hotel instead of 2 Star Hotel. You get what you paid for, but staff is professional, food is decent, and rooms are clean. I would stay here again.

Indoor jacuzzi was not working(one of main reasons for booking here). The bed was very firm. AC would make weird noises when not running. Ice machines not working. Breakfast- cold eggs. No waffle mix. Underwhelming. Other times breakfast was great. Not sure what has changed for this hotel as previous stays were great but this time around not so good.

Absolutely loved the heated indoor pool (altho jacuzzi was not working). ONLY 2 complaints: daily breakfast eggs were always cold and last day I saw a water-roach in my bathroom (cornered him and covered him with garbage container!).....I'm squeamish about those, even tho I understand with TX rains.

This place smelled and looked clean when I walked in, but when I got to my room it smelled like smoke. The receptionist was really nice and changed me rooms but it was the one right next door to the room I just left and smelled the same. I ended up just sucking it up and spraying lots of perfume 😅. The breakfast was decent.

It was a nice, inexpensive place to stay. However, the TV remote didn't work. To turn it off I had to unplug it. No volume or station control. I reported it 3 times in a 3 day stay. No one seemed interested in fixing it. We got a different remote that didn't work either. For sleeping it was great, but no relaxing with TV in the room.

It is not the first time we stayed here and won't be the last. It is our go to when we come to Austin. The staff is friendly hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.

It was great. Pillows were hard. A cabnet was already broken so I informed them I better not get charged for an already broken door. Other than all of that. It was very nice

The hotel was very clean and the people were very polite and professional. The location was ideal for my needs. The only issue was the shower that never got hot water, only warm. The sink had plenty of hot water but not the shower. Not a big deal but thought you'd like to know.

I expected no frills. There was a large desk and a nice chair so I could spread out and get some work done. Ample lighting at night - both in the parking lot and the room. Plenty of places to plug in. And even an ironing board and nice wooden hangers in the closet. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillow types. And you get a bar of soap! So much nicer than having a goofy body wash dispenser in the shower! Plus a microwave and refrigerator in the room. So glad I chose this hotel!

Some random man tried to open out room with a key at 12 am during our stay. Then I got a call from the front desk saying the room was suppose to be vacant!! Somehow they couldn’t find my name but gave me a room key and took charged my card. I was asleep with my two teenage kids and this scared them so much!! I am LIVID! I would never book this hotel again in my life! Room was not clean, people trying to walk in my room late at night. Loud noise and banging all through the night! What kinda hotel is this???? I want my money back and I would never sleep here another day in my life! No thanks!

Exceptional experience

My night was ok overall. I saw a tiny bug on the bed. I sprayed everything down with alcohol which made me feel/sleep better. For one night, I just didn’t feel like the hassle. Overall it was average. The breakfast was nice and convenient. I’m not sure I’d stay here again because of the bug though!

No First Aid kit was available at the property. The jacuzzi inoperable. Staff friendly. Room was comfy.

My only 2 dislikes about this hotel was couple of the lights in our room needed to be changed, because it kept flickering whenever we turned it on. Secondly, they need to fix the temperature on the jacuzzi it was way too hot, almost felt like it was boiling hot. Other than that I would stay in this hotel again. The location is safe and easy access to the freeway, super close to stores and food places.

There were bugs in the shower, the floor tiles in the shower were cracked with mold. The woman at the front desk changed my room which was much better. The breakfast was yummy

Staff was friendly, toilet and shower both leaked. Beds were comfortable.

Bed was a smidge on the firm side but everything else was clean and in good order. Comfy stay. Pool was nice and warm, breakfast was tasty and kept clean. Could use a second waffle iron to cut down on wait times. Popcorn and chocolate chip cookies in the adternoon is a nice snack!

Nice property was friendly staff however the hot tub does not work and when you're staying at a hotel for a hot tub it kind of sucks

The property was great. It was expedia that dropped the ball and i will never its services again.

The staff at this hotel are very kind and were helpful anytime we had a request. The breakfast was ok, eggs and bacon tasted good, coffee was decent. They also have a small workout room with a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. The heated pool was a nice bonus as well. Beds were ok. Overall, it worked well for our 5 night stay. The fridge and microwave in the room were great. The AC in the room worked great, if a little noisy at times.

When I walked it to the first room, there was a mildew smell, the bed did not have any sheets and someone had clearly used the toilet. Then they chanced me to another room and the cards wouldn’t work. The walls are too thin so I heard snoring coming from the next room. Will not be a returning customer.

Loved the hotel and the room the breakfast the indoor pool. Only issue my wife was upset because we stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned and new towels and toilet paper not replaced, after she advised the cleaning man that she wanted the room serviced.

Loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Great hot breakfast too!

We were told the wrong times for breakfast and we constantly got locked out of our room because our key would stop working.

The hot tub was not hot… the pool was:/ mold growing in the bath tub…. Sheets and towels worn down…bad smell. Didn’t care for the place.,, pretty old.

The absolute best place to stay for the money, great service, clean, quiet, great breakfast offerings, cookies and popcorn free in lobby. Room was spacious and very well stocked. Bed very comfortable. I will stay here everytime in Austin area. Highly recommend this Sleep Inn

Very neat and clean

First time using this brand. Really liked the convenience of laundry services, room options, price, breakfast options included, and enough parking spaces also included. Although the facility is a bit outdated it always smelled good, room cleaning service is provided every day, and had all ammenities and essentials you need for your stay. The only thing that did affect is that you can hear the conversations from the rooms next to you, what helped was the noice of the fan!blower of the air conditioner and I made sure the fan was left on all night. Will definitely evaluate staying again.

Loved the hot chocolate and coffee they had available all day/night. They even had some teas which is very nice. Quiet area close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Walls are a little thin but nothing too crazy that will keep you up. Overall great stay.

Very clean and modern, nice large bathroom vanity, comfortable beds, breakfast was fantastic.

There were roaches in the bathroom. Ice machine on level 4 not working. No paper towels at first floor men’s restroom and no way to dry hands.

I’ve stayed here several times and for whatever reason, they refuse to fix the hot tub to where the waters actually hot

It was all good . Many different stores around. Also a good thing.

You can smell the place was clean. Staff was very helpful and room was perfect for us. Will stay here again

Roaches

Had to book short notice. They had rooms available for a very fair rate. For a lower to mid priced room. I was very satisfied with the size of the room. the room itself was modern and updated. Breakfast was good. Will be staying at this location again as my HQ is just down the road.
