It had great value price wise it was very clean and did smell like some hotels. The staff was friendly and location was great We waited around at the previous town so that we could check in at 3, because early check in had an additional charge and upon getting there and the staff on duty had to pick up their kid so we were not able to check in until closer to 4. When he did return he was friendly and accommodating. The pool was being serviced. There were not any blankets and the air kept it nice and cold. We would stay again though because they would be a 8 out of 10 otherwise

I was not impressed They were not very welcoming. The front desk customer service was very unappreciated. There was a little disagreement lent to a police call on me and my car. I’m worrying about it right now, but I gotta go find out before I even shoot them.

Had great heater. Decent location. Friendly staff. No continental breakfast. No shampoo.

This “Budget Hotel” charges $100 deposit, which I still have not gotten back after a week and numerous phone calls.

We really love the location and the price-point can't be beat! Always enough parking. Usually the staff is very accommodating. USUALLY! We've stayed at this hotel several times, the first time was shaky, but they made huge improvements and the staff is usually great. This one particular incident was the LINE!!! The guest service person was sort-of helpful until it came time for the requests we had placed days before!!! He said housekeeping is gone for the day and there ARE NO MORE PILLOWS AVAILABLE AND NO TOILETRIES!!! That's it NOTHING! Completely USELESS AND RUDE!!!!! Good luck M-6 this this "treasure" working your front desk!!!!!

Received a double queen room arrived they told me they didn’t have any available and I had to stay in a king with 7 people including my one year old and my one month old
