Sleep Inn & Suites West-Near Medical Center

Will definitely stay here everytime we come to town. Very convenient. Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. The place was clean and safe. I'm close to everything we needed, including the mayo Clinic.

Costco was right behind them and we had to get new tires for our car!

The hotel was very clean but pool was closed and breakfast was very lacking.

The location and the services. The floors in our room we’re very sticky- maybe it was the chemicals you used for cleaning?? You should extend the hrs for breakfast for those who need extra sleep or who take longer to get around cause of medical reasons! Also, we were down in Plenty of time to eat and the milk was gone already and they said they were out- you need to have plenty of everything at the price we paid for one night!!!!

I didn't like anything. They wouldn't let me stay there even though I had a reservation. When we got there, they claimed to not have a reservation from Booking.com. later we would find out it was because they were Under New Management and they should have known to call Booking themselves because Booking was sending the reservation to an old code. But they told me I had to call Booking and have Booking call them. So I did. But Booking wasn't helpful at all and said they couldn't reach the hotel but I got the hotel right away every time I called so I think Booking wasn't being honest with me. My wife wanted to wait in the lobby till we could get it straightened out, but the lady at the desk told her she couldn't even sit in the lobby because she wasn't a paying guest. She tried to book a room just outright and they wouldn't let her because we lived in town. Problem was, we had sold our house and just moved out of the house and needed a place to stay. All that was told to her and she had no compassion and no interest in helping us at all. I did complain to the management. He was sympathetic but really didn't do anything to compensate us for our trouble.

Nice room, clean and comfortable bed. Nice having a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and the basics you need to stay a few days.

Nice new hotel; clean and rooms were very nice.

Breakfast has everything to start the day. Oatmeal, boiled and scrambled eggs, yogurt and waffles

No care from regular maintenance to mold in bathroom to cracked chipped tile to indifferent staff

The lobby was full of people still at 10 - and they were all still waiting to be checker into their rooms. Some has been waiting hours! Check in times are at 3- so these people had reservations and were still waiting for a room at 10 pm. We were there for 3 nights and asked for garbages to be taken out and that never happened.

Never enough towels at the pool or in your room. Always has to go to the front desk and ask

The staff was very friendly, they do have a shuttle to Mayo. The room was clean and yhe breakfast was good.

Location Dirty. Smelled like sewage. Bathroom was not clean. Bed was broken. I refused to stay and we rebooked at another Hotel.

The room was clean but missing some items that we needed. Which is fine, but no one was at the front desk any time we went up there after 7pm. It was pretty frustrating.
