The staff were nice and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. Housecleaning is advertised as being included, however it is by request only. Requests for what you want done in your room (i.e. trash can emptied, bed made, bathroom cleaned) must be checked and turned in before 8 am for the room to be serviced. The onsite restaurant looked nice but it is only open for lunch and dinner. The workout room was nice for the type of hotel. I would not return because I found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable.

Wonderful location in downtown Rochester. It feels swank but is affordable. It is a treat to have Crave bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Very clean and quiet hotel. A little different as the lobby is on second floor but can access it easily from parking garage.

Great stay at Hotel Indigo! Room was spotless, beds were comfy, and friendly staff.

My booking started we were traveling with a dog and they had to change room upon arrival. The pet fee was a ridiculous $125.00 while the room charge was almost the same fee.
