Amazing! Includes breakfast and shuttle to hotels. Great for patients who are being seen at Mayo. Staff is very friendly and understanding. I made a couple mistakes and the staff had no issue helping me

Location across street from hospital. Paid over 170.00 for one night stay. Left the hospital and didn't feel well enough to travel 5 hours home. They said I could get the hospital rate?

Breakfast was great!!!! Location worked well with my daughter's appointments. The patio. No one could figure out the fire pit and the hanging lights had no bulbs and wires were hanging out.

We were very pleased with our stay during Graduation Weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, and it was an easy walk to the Civic Center in Rochester. We appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and found the parking fee to be quite reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect location for our visit.

Room was clean. A musty smell in room. Feather pillows that the helpful staff swapped out for us. Nice kitchen area in room with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Did not try the breakfast but seemed to be a good variety. Nice fitness room and pool. Very nice staff and main area.

The hotel was excellent, great staff, amenities, location, food, and cleanliness. If you took a shuttle during your stay and did not have a private car at the hotel, make sure the final bill and your credit card statement do not include an additional charge for parking.

Great breakfast. Had the smallest ironing board and on top of that the iron leaked. Got a better one. Lucked out that another family member was staying at the hotel and they had a normal size ironing board.

He had some great ideas of what to do after the wedding we came from Shrine at the Grotto was as amazing as he described and worked out to be on our way home Breakfast was also good with a variety to choose from

Breakfast was good, location excellent, room was decent and clean. The initial cost wasn’t too bad. The biggest issue I have is that booking.com was showing this room with free parking for the price I paid and the hotel still charged me for it and when I called them they claimed it was Booking.com’s fault. No one has reimbursed me for the $33 that was deducted from my bank account. This is false advertising and whether it is the fault of the hotel or booking.com, I should be refunded that money. I bought the room BECAUSE it advertised breakfast, parking and location to Mayo. I only received 2 out of those things. The advertisement for the free parking…YOU WILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF IT STATES IT’S FREE!
