Staff was wonderful, great room, exceptionally clean. Excellent complimentary breakfast. The location isn't the best possible, but the hotel makes up for this with excellent service and facilities.

The breakfast was quite complete, eggs, bread, fruits and juices. The building is quite old but the room was okay, if you want to stay just to sleep I would recommend it but if you’re looking for something fancy or to relax I would suggest another hotel. The staff was very nice in special Fabiane, the room has no view in the 4th floor but in the 8th floor you could see the Cristo Redentor from the window. The bed is okay but is not a queen bed, is one double next to a simple bed. The location is good, near to pharmacy, restaurants, club and Flamengo beach. The shower has hot water and it was a tub. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, the bed had some stains, the curtains in the shower had mold or were dirty, the mirror seemed rusty. The air conditioning is quite loud at times, so I would suggest some earplugs. The tub is quite high to get in so need to be extra cautious get in and out.

The team at the reception was always kind, professional, and ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they were attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options for both adults and children. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The rooftop pool was one of our favorite spots — clean, relaxing, and with an amazing view. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other families.

The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options for the whole family. The rooms were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day.? We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool — it’s clean, cozy, and offers a beautiful view. Overall, the hotel left our family with very positive and warm impressions. We would definitely stay here again.❤️❤️❤️

The staff at the reception were all very friendly. They checked in our group of seven earlier than the official time, which was a very pleasant surprise ❤️ The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were cleaned perfectly. We lost $100, and when we returned to the room, the housekeeper had placed the money on the bed. We were extremely grateful to her for her honesty. The rooftop pool is cozy and clean, with a stunning view. The hotel left us with very warm and pleasant impressions.???

I enjoyed the swimming pool area and the beds size. The shower was great too. It took a bit long to retrieve our vehicle, but it is not a deal breaker by any means.

Great location! Hard to figure out heating and a/c but managed. Staff was exceptional and the breakfast buffet was over the top. We had a view of Christo from our room which was beautiful too. N/A
