Staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Location is good to discover the landing marks while taking uber 10 and you are there. Very small rooms, we took a twin room for one night and we changed it twice first time sink is leaking, second time mattress very uncomfortable. Superior twin was barely acceptable, but again mattresses very uncomfortable.

Everything. Manuel is an exceptional employee, friendly, polite, and always very smiling. With all due respect to the other employees, Manuel truly stands out for his excellent customer service. I didn't like leaving the hotel.

Location for carnival is wonderful. Room has everything you need. Nice staff, who speaks basic english. You can request room to ve cleaned regularly. Water pressure is good. If you need anything they are fast to respond. Breakfast is amazing. Eggs, bread, sausage, variety of fruits and sweets. Good coffee! This holds you up for a whole day of carnival. Hotel is quiet even during carnival. AC works good and it is quiet. Safe area with good local bars and food. Bad wifi, disconnected all the time. Only physical SIM cards work inside. And you can’t do nothing about it.

Close to the subway. God breakfast. Slow service. The shower had a slippery floor and no suitable mat or handle bar for older persons.
