Great location and very welcoming staff

The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean. The rooms was very tiny and the breakfast was mostly sweet, we would prefer more variety and savory dishes.

Excellent , friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel design and located right in front of the beach.

Location WiFi needs work not dependable

The rooms are quite worn, and on the smaller side. The elevators are tiny making the rides cramped. The breakfast was ok but had better in another hotel in the same area for a lower cost. I borrowed two different irons which were both broken in different ways. One of the iron trays had a stain which stained my shirt.

Close to mall and restaurants

I loved the colourfulness of the interior decor - there are so many beige hotels around which don't reflect their location. The staff were fantastic. Mariana on the Front Desk is exceptional. I arrived rather stressed after a harrowing time at GIG with taxi drivers and she immediately made me feel at ease. She is an huge asset to the hotel and should be treasured. Rafael , also on the Front Desk should also get a mention as a friendly, helpful member of staff. The hotel location is , of course, fantastic. It is right on the sea front and l enjoyed a partial view of the sea from my room. Breakfast was pretty good. I always found something to enjoy. The cleanliness in the rooms could be improved. It's the small details , the corners, tops of skirting boards etc , but the bed was clean and comfortable. My room was on the small side so not much room for my large suitcase but thankfully l was travelling alone. It may be an issue for two people sharing a room.

The staff! All of them, but specially a girl in the check in when I arrived Sunday evening red hair! She was amazing! She went her way back to make me feel welcome and to make my experience even though short, the best possible. I wish so much I remembered her name! But besides her all of the other young staff brilliant

Best to book a room with a balcony from 5th floor and higher to have a clear view over the trees of the beach! Wifi simply terrible, I had to use my mobile as a hotspot.

Towels were a bit worn and we got extra pillows, but couldn't get firmer ones.

Breakfast, location Rooms need updating. And mold and other broken things are starting to be the norm. Security guards could be a bit nicer, smile.

The staff is remarkably awesome!! The breakfast is phenomenal. Location is perfect. Loved the beach barraca included. This hotel is aging and our room definitely needs a remodel. Several mold spots, bed and pillows are old, towels seemed dirty, sheets had some stains. Exercise room is dated and several broken or missing items. Until we see this updated, my groups won’t be back. Security guards could show more of the Brazilian hospitality.
