Up stairs pool and bar very nice but very limited space. The breakfast is terrible but other food was ok. Service wasnt great, they kept forgetting to clean the room, the price is so expensive the Marrimar Windsor was so much better at the same price.

The hotel is pretty dated and didn't meet the quality I'd expect for a JW specifically with facilities and room quality. I've stayed at lower priced hotels with better quality. It needs a major renovation.

Location and the staff were simply Amazing! My room had bed bugs, I requested a refund for three of the seven night’s accommodation. I was moved to a different room that had moisture damage and I declined the offer to was my clothes very disappointed being my first time in Brazil.

Amazing staff. From front desk to the ladies at breakfast to Tony and the luggage. They will know your name and truly care for you. It’s excellence with a smile on the face. Will come back!

The location, the roof top, the so professional staff with always a smile, the breakfast is excellent. The furniture in the room was little “tired” and old fashion.

Staff and location were excellent, Many employees could not speak English. Room had no usable view of the outdoors and beach without going directly to the window and looking at an extreme angle.
