Worst hotel in the world, understaffed, chaos, slow elevator.. I've travelled constantly for 6 years and this hotel is by FAR the worst ever.

Location and Breakfast Staff and treatment received. They tried to charge me for products I did not consume in my room and were extremely arrogant. I also asked to split my bill in two stallments and they agreed to it and and charged me full price in only 1 stallment. Won’t stay there again unless absolutely necessary

The only good thing about the property was the location. The room was extremely dirty and under kept!

Nothing The elevator doesn't work, the pool was dirty and doesn't look like the one in the photo, the room had no window and smelled of mould and was located at -1 of the building where the employees work, the toilet flush didn't work, the attendants were slow, The food and breakfast were bad.

Breakfast was ok The beds were in poor conditions, also the bed sheets. A wall had humidity. We had to wait to check in.

Bad service. At least a ten-minute queue for the elevators every hour of the day. No hot water in the shower. Every problem, even the simplest, takes hours to resolve. In short, not recommended.
