The smell inseide the room was not good. Out side the room, there was to match bad smells... IBIS, usualy is a good company, but in especific unit at Copacabana was not so good.

The key card was constantly not working, so we had to go to the reception several times.

Very thin and uncomfortable pillows on the bed. Some stains on the walls and mold on the bathroom.

Close to Copacabana Beach. The staff are very nice and helpful. Marlon went out of his way to see to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. Need mattress pad covers on the beds.

Overall it was good. Better than I thought.

Location and reception staff The bathroom is terrible, the shower curtain was old and dirty. They do not offer face towels. They did not replace the shampoo. The price is not worth, there are another hotels in the same area with same price better quality.

All OK but not in line with Ibis Dubai or any other Asian countries standards! Not very clean and well maintained. Need a lot of room for improvement

The property is well located, right in the corner of a metro station and good restaurant. Very comfy and clean. Many stores around the area. Staff was amazing. Breakfast had many options. This hotel was perfect for my stay

The location is really good, it’s close to restaurants, cafe and grocery store and a 5 minute walk to Copa Cabana beach. The one who checked us in is not really welcoming… he did his job as I approached him with a hello and a smile on my face.. so a little warm from him would be much appreciated especially coming from a 14 hr flight.
