The location is super good, close to the beach Sheets had blood stains, old apartment, there was no shower towel (only face towels), the breakfast did not have pão de queijo.

We had to change rooms because the first room was extremely dirty, the AC didn’t work- the vent was black and it smelled like mold- The second room had a fingernail or toenail and dirt on the floor, we found a roach on the fridge and the fridge was very dirty. I Stubbs my toe on the wall that came apart. Absolutely disgusting. Never again Dirty, smelly, and rodents

Good value for money. Reception staff proficient and breakfast was good for the price. Nothing to complain about really. Could have had a second person on reception to avoid long wait when busy.

Staff was nice, didn’t go “out of their way” to help or please anyone, but nice. The hotel is old and the rooms aren’t super clean. At first I got a very big nice room, but as I entered it looked like solem just left and they didn’t clean it, even a wet towel on the floor. So I went back to the reception and they gave e a smaller room. Sheets, bathroom and night stand were clean, but the floor and closet was super shaft, as well as under the bed, which made me sneeze quite a bit.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was just okay—nothing special. The photos online looks nice, but in reality- The hotel itself is quite dated and could really use some renovation. The cleanliness also left a bit to be desired.

Great location, near to the beach and therefore is very busy. Try to avoid the 3pm check-in time. Breakfast is good. Try to avoid the 3pm check-in time and the gym is sad. Why don't some of these hotels have toasters for the bread at breakfast?

Location was good The Room was fine But Lacked Simple Complimentary Essentials Like atleast Drinking Water and Small Beverages. So unfortunate comapred to the Pricing.

Great hotel on Copacabana. Nice and clean room and bathroom with all you need. A place to return Nothing to complain about
