Excellent location so close to the Arpoador Brach in Rio. There was only one reading light on a twin bedroom. What were they thinking!?

Location. There wasn’t actually a view and the rooftop pool is much smaller than it looks and always too crowded to go to. We were unable to use the bar up top.

The location and the friendly staff. One of the Elevator didn’t work, upstairs pool disappointing. The breakfast set up was very poor.

Location is nice very close to Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. We were not advised nor were there any indications that small water bottles in the refrigerator were being charged. Essentially 2usd per 8 oz bottle of water. The elevator buttons required a great deal of effort to register your input and the shower leaked out into the bathroom. You also have to be 100% vigilant we saw people have necklaces stolen off their neck in broad daylight along Ipanema.

Restaurant downstairs was very good Breakfasts were included and also very good It was very expensive (week of carnaval) so probably would not pay that much to stay there again, only if the pricing was better Would consider this a 3-star hotel per USA standards Had some drainage issues in bathroom consistently during stay

Location was excellent, beach access close by, many small eateries and shops nearby, helpful and pleasant staff, very good breakfast buffet, restaurant for dinner was very good and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the property and have no dislikes to mention.

Closeness to beach No coffee in the room or ability to get before 6 am. Very late for early risers The smell in this hotel literally made me sick. I now have a sinus infection I had window open all the time and air conditioners running at high swing. Still bad

Room was functional and clean, with a quiet AC unit. Excellent location a block from the beach, in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of food and shopping options. Rooftop bar and pool with a great sunset view. Nice breakfast. Staff very professional and friendly.

Location was fantastic. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good! Room was always cleaned. Bathroom was small and a little dated. Felt a little uncomfortable at times. Toilet sanitary hose didn't work.
