Excellent location, good breakfast with a lot of variety, luggage storage The bathroom had a lot of mildew on the ceiling and wall (no ventilation in the bathroom at all) and the pillows were horrible. There were 4 pillows in our room and all were lumpy and old. They definitely need to be changed!

Great location on a quieter side street where Ipanema is becoming Copacabana, but still super close to transit, beach, markets. Super view from my room. Nice lobby and efficient staff, what little I interacted. Nice little minibar with reasonable prices and a good variety. Good sized bathroom for Brazil. It just needs to be better maintained. The whole room needs a refresh, paint, new linens etc. It was clean and *not yucky* but it’s tired. The price reflected this - I would stay again for a night or two but don’t use this expecting anything other than minimum.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean, room felt very cold and sterile. There was only a sheet on the bed and decorative blanket.

Early check-in without extra cost. Very good location. Towels, bed sheets and other stuff were not clean. Breakfast was ok-ish.

It was a very old facility that felt dirty, even though it was clean. The rooms simply do not look as advertised. You can tell they havent renovated in years.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always doing their best to assist with any request. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. The location was decent as well. The hotel is quite outdated and needs serious maintenance. My room was on the ground floor and felt very depressing. The shower was leaking, and there were no proper quilts provided — only a thin sheet, which was uncomfortable to sleep with. The air conditioner was extremely cold, and for some reason I couldn’t lower the temperature, so I eventually had to switch it off completely.? In the morning, the dining area was also freezing, with no moderate or comfortable temperature. There was also a lot of humidity on the walls in the hotel’s interior corridors, which didn’t give a good impression. The location was okay, but overall the stay was not comfortable.

The location is perfect to be close to Ipanema and Copacabana. The personal was not as empathetic as one would expect. Nothing really important, but it didn´t make a worm experience.

Some staff was particularly unhelpful. Hotel was under construction which should be communicated before booking.

Great location for beaches. Hotel room was clean, well furnished and had amazing views. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was spot on. No kettle in the room
