Close to the softball fields and restaurants

Next morning, they found a 1 king, the correct bathroom, but no separate sitting room. I packed up my belongings, found a valet trolley, and rolled myself to the new room on 1st floor. I would have asked for help getting this done, but hotel maintains a slim staff. I am 78 years old with COPD, I rested a bit and went to eat. They stop providing breakfast at 10 am, I showed up about 10:15. Was able to buy a cup of fruit and Starbucks. FYI, limited menu; cheapest item was a $6.00 bagel. The price of food, snacks and sodas, was another tell that they cater to business clientele, who have expense accounts, not to people paying with their own dime. All staff were great: helpful and kind. The rooms and whole campus very clean. I felt welcome by staff, but I wish I had stayed somewhere else for my 7 day staycation.

Very clean, quiet property! Friendly staff and nice workout room. Only complaint is no complimentary breakfast or coffee. 10.20 for two cups of coffee!

This Courtyard gives the appearance of having been recently renovated. The room had a new feel about it and was very nicely appointed. Very conveniently located and reasonably priced, this is a good option in the Richardson area.

We always stay here visiting relatives in North Texas. Consistently very good.

Great service

Updated and clean. Nice location. Booking.com was misleading about “Breakfast” on their booking site. There is no complimentary breakfast. At check-in “what time is breakfast” was asked and staff only provided the time. There is a place in the lobby for a coffee pot but it was not there. Staff said they thought it was being cleaned. An hour later it was still not there and no staff available to ask.

Room smelled like mildew and the last day of stay the sink was full of tiny ants or some type of bugs crawling all over the counter. Told the staff but he didn't even address the issue. Other than that I would've given them 5stars.

Only stayed for one night. Was in and out. Beds were comfy, the water got hot and had good pressure.

the location The price that I had been quoted was not what I was charged. Called to complain and they said it was what I had agreed to which is not the case.

They charge 7 dollars a night to park in the parking lot. This is after you're paying about $150 a night

I was a little disappointed they charge for parking now. Parking is not hard to come by here so it’s simply another fee for customers. I have stayed here yearly for 6/7 years and will continue to but it is a little disappointing.

This was our 3rd time staying here. we stayed in July 2025, September 2025, and Now January 2026.. and we are already booked to come back March of 2026. We love the staff. we love the peaceful courtyard. we think the breakfast is yummy.

Hotel was clean, service was also good they were nice and friendly. The room looked very well taken care off. AC was good. The tv did turn on around 4AM. So it did startle us a bit. But apart from that it was good. 9.5/10 hotel, would come again.

Ricky was very nice. They were able to accommodate a late change to our reservation. Unfortunately the room was far too small for four adults. They only gave us 2 towels in our room, and only gave us two complimentary bottles of water. Which was ridiculous to me. There were no extra towels I the room and if we wanted the other two adults to have water we’d have to pay for it. When I expressed my dismay with the size of the accommodation for four people, granted there was 2 beds but there was no space to move about, there was no real solution given. So I had get another room because they were no bigger rooms available. The restrooms were not ventilated well but the rooms were very clean. I will not be going back to this hotel.

We felt welcome the moment we got there. The room was nice & clean.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Check in was at 3pm but our flight landed at 11:30am. They were able to get a cleaning staff to clean the room and said it would. E ready within an hour. They stored our luggage securely so we can go get breakfast across the street at a very delicious Turkish bakery. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind! The rooms were in very good condition, and the lobby was a fun place to hang out during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had requested an ADA compliant room with wheelchair access shower, and we got exactly what we asked for. When we arrived, we asked for extra towel because we didn't want room service during our short stay, and they were placed in our room before we arrived in our room a few minutes later. We were able to park close to the door closest to our room, which was convenient. Great staff and great service.

Front desk told us the pool was open but it was closed. We specifically picked this hotel because of the pool. They also overcharged my credit card by $15 after confirming and sending me my receipt

The bathroom is so small you can't hardly turn around in it with the shower. And you have to get into the shower at the back by the commode. Way too tight of an area.

The stay overall was nice, spacious, clean, and updated the only thing i disliked was there was no microwave in the rooms.....you have to walk to the lobby for one microwave.

Usually exemplary staff, cleanliness, comfort and more. All was good, minus the noisy, clattering ac all night and fridge. We used the pool, which was nice, but one of the pool handles was unattached to pull yourself out of the pool which could be dangerous for elderly or disabled.

The location allowed you to quickly access the highway instantly, as well their was a convenient grocery close by. There wasnt a fan in my bathroom for some reason. Instead an exhaust vent had been placed.

Hotel is quiet with good amenities, some areas about 3 miles out have questionable characters around.

We travel often and I rarely complain but this was a bad stay. TV on my husband’s side where I couldn’t really see and all the outlets and chargers were on his side. I used my portable charger.

The location is convenient because there are many restaurants and dining options nearby, only takes 10-15 minutes driving. The area is quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was nice, clean with friendly staff. Only negative I would say is that the walls appear to be very thin. My neighbors were very loud and I was able to hear shouting and entire conversations clearly, not muffled.

It was a great place

Very clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location for our need. Our only recommendation is to have at least 1 movie channel without commercials. We ended up using our phones to watch something because we can't stand commercials. Would have given a 4.5 if that had been an option.

The stay was great. The cafe wasn't the best. The staff was great, but the dunks weren't. I asked for a margarita and received what i think was a take on a cosmo. Otherwise, the stay was good

AC did not work in first room, moved us to another and when the Thermostat hot the setpoint the fan would blow Hot air. Just kept the thermostat on 65. Staff was very helpful though

Check in took forever. Systems were down so I understand however the lack of coordination between team members made check in chaotic and take longer than it should have especially given that I was the only one checking in at the time. My room was also almost unbearably hot. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Will make this my last option if needing to stay in the area again

The staff were exceptionally pleasant to deal with. They didn’t treat us like we were inconveniencing them whenever we needed anything. Also, the rooms were very nice better than most I have stayed in.

Great place to stay. We had a very quick turnaround and had to cut two days off of our stay. The management was accomodating and dropped our stay with no additional fees or issues. Great place, nice and quiet, pretty close to everything in the DFW area. We highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, was on the 1st floor with pool access right from our patio! The pool was very warm, super clear, & clean! Great shower setup, water was HOT! Absolutely loved the setup for the bed where the bed isn't against the wall to other hotel guests it's against the wall of the hallway very beneficial when you have a 1yr old! The only thing that could improve is the WiFi signal to the room, the signal was very weak to our room. Making it difficult to play Netflix consistently. My husband is a bodybuilder & used the fitness center, it was beneficial to his workout although he wished there were heavier free weights than just 50lbs. Overall the room was 10/10, the decor very modern & new! Oh and the best part was housekeeping did not keep consistently bothering us like some other hotels do! We weren't rushed leaving, it was so refreshing! One of my favorite hotel stays!!

The hotel's exterior and interior were impeccably clean, and the pool area was well-maintained and inviting. My room had a slight musky smell at first, but opening the patio door for a few minutes did the trick. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely make it my preferred choice when visiting the area again. I also got an excellent rate through Expedia!
