    The room did what was needed. There were roaches and other unidentifiable bugs in the room. The area was full of homelessness and weirdos walking all day and night. Did not feel safe.

    The first 3 stays with the Company. This time we checked in for the 5th time at this same location right away we were tagged with a $50 deposit that we have always been paid and returned but for some reason this stay was brought down by a member of the staff who said that I could not bring my belongings up to the room to sort through them and put the ones that were going to storage and take them to storage with my cart and she also said that I could not take my cart up to the room so I put the cart and some of my stuff that was going to storage. I made sure that I told 3 staff members were i was putting the cart and made sure that it was covered right outside the door of the laundry room on the first floor. 45 min later I was ready and I was surprised that my things were stolen from the spot I had put the cart after reporting to a unconcerned staff I put my stuff in storage for return to the hotel. The woman was rude and very disrespectful towards us. There is a bill for my tools and belongings that was stolen and I want my deposit back attached is the checkout video that showed the room clean and there is no problem or reason to not return our money.

    The front desk staff during the day was rude. On the day I was supposed to check out, i had gotten the timing wrong. Some man came and knocked on my door and demanded i go to the front office to n pay or give him my CC so he could pay for me! I told him absolutely not. 20 min later i received a phone call from the front desk demanding i go pay. When i went up there she told me i was supposed to check out that day. I told her i was mostaken and how much would it be? It was only noon at this time. She told me it would be $80 instead of offering a late check out. I work night shifts so i was tired and didnt think about it till later

    Nothing I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I encountered several issues during my visit that I feel should be addressed. First and foremost, I found the behavior of some staff members to be unprofessional. The front desk attendant seemed dismissive and unhelpful, which impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Once I entered my room, I was disheartened to discover that the bed had visible stains, and there were bugs present in several corners of the space. Additionally, the room had a persistent odor reminiscent of cigarettes, which was quite unpleasant. Moreover, the surrounding area did not feel safe, as there were individuals loitering outside the rooms, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere during my stay. I believe that these concerns are significant and warrant attention, as they significantly detracted from an enjoyable experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.

    There were roaches in the room. They were doing remodeling and woke us early in the morning to move our vehicles. Also, early on Sunday morning someone was using a blower right by our window and woke us up. I asked that the manager call me when we checked out. That was Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday, and I still have not received a call. Do not stay here.

    There was blood on the sheets and no spare sheets. Our room didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. We asked for a nonsmoking room and they didn’t have any. The property was loud until about 12 in the morning. There were large groups of teenagers just gathering all over the property, drinking, smoking, and just being loud.

    The security guard harassed my friend. He told my bf he couldn’t sit outside on his car but one night we made it back to the room it looked like they was having a block party. The room was nasty. The bathtub did not drain when we showered. It was ghetto. People living there. All the towels are stained. The bedding was stained.

Unfortunately, one very discerning issue occurred as it appears our privacy was violated and given to a third party without provided permission.Though a major problem, this was the single instance of dissatisfaction and haven't had any other issues before or since.

    The front desk attendant was very nice but my goodness this inn was terrible. couldnt sleep bc of the dirtiness of those sheets, and they didnt have handsoap. Clean towels though I guess, but my door was caver in so bugs came in. Really outdated room and my bed was unstable like the sprimgs were broken.

    The key card I was given was dirty, the sheets felt like cardboard, there was something black on the ceiling that was either an excessive amount of dust or was mold, you can hear everything happening in your neighbors room, and the highway is very noisy with no real sound barrier.

    We had called and asked if we made a reservation and checked in after midnight would we be able to check in. They told us yes on the phone and so we made the reservation. When we got there amd tried to check in they wouldnt let us check in until 2 pm. We specifically asked if this would happen and they told us no and then did exactly what we were trying to prevent. They were trying to get us to pay for the day before when we got there so we could check in now. 100% lied on the phone so now we are stuck in our car until 2 pm. Wont wver forget this and everyone should know how they treat their customers.

    I had reserved for a king smoking room then when i get there i waa put in a double bed smoking...when we waa trying to take a shower rhe head waa messed up ans it had water all ovee the floor so tje next day we had to switch to a king non smoking ans they only gave out 2 towels and couldn't get more until they get thw dirty ones and that's bs...will NEVER come back there

    Seemed really dirty and old. We could hear absolutely everything outside so we thought the window was open. I went and checked and it was closed. We noticed under the door, there was a good size crack where bugs, noise and rodants would be able to get in and could smell someone smoking outside from inside the room. Also, my son left one of his ear buds there. I called later on in the day and the guy said to come in. I told him i was 20 mins away and didnt want to come if someone took it. He told me to call back. I was like "When." He said 10 minutes. I called back in about 15 minutes and asked politly again. He said, "No," and immediately hung up on me. It was the weirdest thing.

    I chose this hotel because the ratings seemed to be fair for the price. But it turns out this was the wrong choice. One of our three rooms smelled like wet dog. The sheets appeared soiled. The shower drain did not work. In another room, there was glass on the floor. Sorry, I know it is cheap, but this is unaccepable. I would choose somewhere else.

    Staff lied and said to contact the booking website for a refund, which directs the responsibility for refunds back to the hotel owners. Obviously they knew this. Avoid, this place, it is a trap. If you do stay, guard your stuff and feel free to wipe down the dirty surfaces of your room yourself.

    Power was out, not the property’s fault that the power was out, but they wouldn’t allow me to check in, or cancel my reservation, or refund, or move me to another Red Roof Inn, or “walk” me to another hotel, or call for help, or apologize, or even speak to me about it. I was left stranded with no where to stay for the night and out the money I pre-paid. I feel robbed, violated and disrespected. My experience was unsafe and unkind.

    From day 1 the staff has been very rude. They have drug dealers and prostitutes doing business out of the rooms here. The staff did not understand that the aerosol spray they used made me sick and i asked them to not use it in my room they did it anyway. They do not know how to mop the floors. The shower curtain had mold growing on it. The walls had food splatters on it. There was a mystery spot under one of the beds that made the room smell so bad. The people in neighboring rooms smoked and it would come into our room. The staff said we were smoking when we do not. Do not stay here if you like clean and kind.

    I could not stay over night because it is so dirty, unsafety, no healthy. I paid but I had to left about 10:00 PM on Friday 5/26/23 (I booked stay one night from 5/26/23 to 5/27/23) and booked Double Tree Hilton to stay one night. I lost $93.00 dollars. My daughter so sad.

    Hotel was clean and management was helpful. This is not a good area of town but we just needed a place to rest before traveling on. Not many toiletries available in room or coffee pot but we managed anyway.
