Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. While the staff is frequently praised for being friendly and helpful, the property itself is often criticized for being old, dirty, and in need of updates.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Spacious rooms and suites
- Old and outdated property
- Dirty and unkempt conditions

It was ok At one point, only 1 elevator worked. Parking garage was gross. Room AC did not cool the room. It was set on 60 the whole time and probably didn’t get above 76 in the room.

I like that we can text the property. It was super dirty. Found hair in the shower. Let them know twice and they didn’t clean it. Also microwave wa dirty and it had trash under the curtains and next to the sofas.

The front desk staff lady was very rude and nonchalant unhelpful. The parking was horrible and they had bugs in the hallway like water, bugs, or roaches.

The location of property was great. Hotel was well kept and didn’t smell of revolving customers which was a plus for me. Thanks for having great customer service etiquette to those which displayed it. The air wasn’t working as it needed to with the fact of the weather being in the 90’s
- 4/5
Room was comfortable, and spacious. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Most definitely enjoyed my stay very beautiful and breakfast was good. Happy Hour did not last long and bartender was rude. Limited of towels to use. Temperature was kind of humid in the entryway. Parking I was it was free the other location on the other side of North Central on 35 parking is free.

The night clerk was not friendly at all, she seem to have a attitude. It didn't say nothing about having to pay to park. Was not impressed with the area with all the drug people walking around the area. The parking garage had water dripping. It did feel safe

Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was not the quality you typically find at Embassy Suites but it was still decent. Room was clean, not perfect but had comfy beds. Parking was a little strange, pipes were leaking from overhead but it wasn’t full of cars so no big deal to have a dry spot.

This hotel is very nice and you can tell they keep up with it. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. My only complaint is the fire alarm kept malfunctioning and woke us up multiple times throughout the night. They seemed to have gotten it fixed but it was frustrating. However, I would definitely stay here again because the positives outweighs the negatives!

The property is beautiful and clean! Staff : one was super low voice couldn’t understand and didn’t really know how to answer questions, second one was rude she was to busy to help and give us full attention there was a 3rd gentleman super helpful sweet. Communication: booking does not say anything about being prepared to pay for parking $20 dollars a day. POOL: a sign said out of order but turns out they just opening at 5 , my kid started a pissy party when they saw people coming out the pool when we tried to go it said out of service for maintenance

The location is great. Price was good. We stayed in early May and the central boiler was already turned off. There were some chilly nights in the 40-50s. Brrrr Breakfast was great. Happy Hour was weird as the bartender said he was not allowed to give one person more than one drink. I had to go to the bar to get my own because he would not give it to my husband. Snacks were good. I would probably not stay here again.

We did a quick 2 day visit to Dallas....I booked the hotel before looking at reviews and was a little scared to go after reading them. But it wasn't as bad as the reviews said.....now the hotel IS OLD and in need of an upkeep! It smells like old carpet in some spots....but that was my only complaint. The room was nice and clean and the Happy Hour they give everyday from 530-7pm was so nice. Its in a good area and honestly I would stay there again.

Everything awesome but paying $20 for parking did not like that
- 2/5
bathroom sink was clogged, shower head was fithy. I called front desk, asked to be moved to a different room, I was told they were sold out. This proved not to be true. That parking garage is a would be murder scene. how can they honestly charge you to park in that eyesore? Rusr everywhere, some elevators work, some don't. This is the WORST Embassy Suites I have visited, and I travel ALOT.

The staff was nice enough. Loved the pillows! No extra blankets for the “guest bed” though. This facility seemed much older and is in dire need of some upgrades. We’ve stayed at Embassy Suites at other locations before and this one felt very *musty* at best and that’s putting it nicely. Also, there no way to take a bath, (no plug or mechanism to plug) which is very inconvenient having a toddler. The tv had like 20 channels and the WiFi was a pain. We wanted to like it here, and while my kid definitely loved it, we won’t be returning to this location.

Pretty rough stay overall. Parking garage is rough and gross. Elevator had broken tiles on the floor. Roof was leaking when we got to lobby. One of our rooms has ants and non-functional AC. Workout room only had one functional treadmill. Hot tub had been filled in with cement and no longer exists. Chlorine smell is pretty overwhelming even outside the pool area. Staff did a decent job of trying to help rectify the room situation but not a hotel we'd come back to.
- 4/5
Also my room didn’t get cool enough.
- 4/5
Older but nice, $20 per night parking was a surprise
- 2/5
The tv was crooked and I couldn’t get any local channels and we weren’t given our free drink passes
- 0.5/5
The breakfast was good. The air-conditioning did not work in the first room and the second room was only slightly cooler. There were 4 elevators for a 9 story hotel and only 2 were operational and were used by occupants and cleaning staff. It took 10 minutes for the elevator to reach my floor each time I used it. The only other option was walking up and down nine floors. On top of that there was not a hair dryer in my room so I borrowed the one from my daughters room. It had blue painter's tape over the cool button (picture) but didn't work. My daughter flagged down a hotel cleaner and borrowed one from another room. The carpets were stained and smelled. The phone in our room didn't work so I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the elevator to contact the front desk.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Layout and space is good. Hotel is in need of repairs and upgrades. Fitness center needs significant attention. AC in lobby was poor.
- 5/5
Room was clean , staff was friendly, breakfast was great !
- 2/5
This property is very run down, it’s cheap for a reason. The parking situation is questionable at best. Lots of unhoused individuals just wondering through the lot on the surface, there were a lot of people just hanging out in the parking garage and it smelled like cigarettes and “herbs”. Had to have a key card for literally everything, including using the elevator. The property looked exactly like it did in the 90’s with no updates and little upkeep, just a sad shell of what was once nice. The room itself was clean and felt safe, just outdated. I can say the AC worked great, which is important in Texas and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was almost worth the price of the room since there were five of us, including teenagers.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful for the most part. I hope the gentleman working the bar during the two days I was there was just filling in, as he might not be the best fit for that role. I am not complaining about the drinks, but his condescending attitude really rubbed people the wrong way.
- 3/5
I have stayed here in the past and the cleanliness level has decreased there was even bug or two in my bathroom. How do you spell off the top of the building that I was parked next to the building and crashed into my windshield and I had to call you to repair and when I wanted to stay an extra night they didn't even comp it they just gave me up discounted rate
- 2.5/5
Parking is $20 a night, dont remember that being mentioned anywhere during booking. Parking garage is tiny, messy and creepy. Cant see the lines, cant fit a bigger truck or tall vehicle. Pillars make it difficult to maneuver. Elevators took 20 min to get to you, very long waits.
- 2/5
By the bed was cheese sticks and pizza crust from previous guests, the toilet was broken and sitting with a lean, the mini fridge was broken so wouldn't turn on, the ac was also not working so the room was marking 80 degrees from when we walked in and left so we were sweating through our entire stay. Advised the staff didn't act surprised or have intention of fixing problem like calling a maintenance or something to fix the issue or provide another room but I'm guessing the whole building had no ac issues because when went to complain another guest was saying they were also with no air. The best part or only thing that was as advertised was the breakfast very clean and delicious I have them their props on that but it looked to nice to have so many issues in the suites.

The breakfast was great The room ac didn't work and the toilet was messed up. They didnt have a pack n play like they said for my cousins baby we asked 4 times that day they kept telling us they would get us one but nope I had to go the next day and bitch and then we had one. They ran out of towels and extra blankets they said and the manager guy was so rude to me on the first day when we got there even other staff was kinda rude as well. The hotel smelt of weed and stank moldy water everywhere you went. You expect better for the price you pay. I was very disappointed.
- 3/5
I was not pleased to know that there was a parking charge of $20. Not happy about surprise charges.
- 5/5
Good job I like that
- 4/5
I would recommend Embassy Suites Park Central to all that i come in contact with.
- 1/5
Do NOT book this hotel. This hotel is not in the same shape as the pictures portray. Property is old and not maintained to Embassy standards. Parking garage was nasty and honestly scary. I would not go to the car without my husband close. My kids tried to swim and pool was filthy and had hair on the bottom and throughout. Other guests were very disruptive and disrespectful. We stayed for maybe five minutes at the pool and left. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed. I was so uncomfortable here. I would not let my children leave my side. Our linens were dirty. Mascara on the pillowcase. Obviously had not been changed from the guests before us. The entire hotel was simply sketchy. Was so happy to finally check out.
- 2/5
Needs to be updated. Sheets were dirty on pull out couch. Attempted to go swimming but someone was hosting a birthday party and there was no room for guest to enjoy the pool.

Only one set of elevators worked. The stairs only led outside and the doors on the back of the hotel would not open from the outside (the key scanner was broken). The breakfast and happy hour were great. All of the staff were patient, professional, and friendly

The staff was great. Yolanda at the front was holding the fort. I dont know if management did not schedule enough people to help her considering Spring Break took effect, but she was very patient and very sweet while having a check in line of 10 or more. She needs to be paid accordingly. The kitchen staff is what made everyone happy in the morning after going through a horrible restroom experience. The staff was kind, friendly, worked fast, and I over heard many many people talk about how horrible this place was over breakfast. Love the staff. I understand the building is old, so the plumbing is old too, but come on Hilton - HILTON, my tub water would not drain, we had to take quick showers otherwise the tub would fill and over flow. They knew we had 6 people in my room but had 2 towels, I did get an exact 4 more when I went down stairs to request more, but come on, they act like they hoarding these cardboard towels. Why nobody answer the phone during midnight hours? Night shift if just lazy as hell. I used the pull out sofa and was told there was no sheets and no blankets or comforters, there were so many visibly empty rooms on my way back, yall need night shift to think critically and maybe take one from that empty room. The plumbing, the no blankets, the parking - lord jesus get some security. Is not ok to let your employees and ppl smoke weed in the parking lot, like... move around with that shit. Nah, parking was OK, no one messed with my car, so it was OK.
- 3/5
The bar service was especially disappointing. I was the only person sitting at the bar waiting on my husband and was never acknowledged or offered a drink. After about 30 minutes, I finally asked if I could order, and the bartender responded with a sarcastic comment: “Well, this is a bar.” He then instructed us to get up and walk over to get our drinks he wouldn’t serve us at our chairs (mind you we were the ONLY people at the bar top). Said he didn’t want to be expected to serve others, which was both confusing and unprofessional. He spent most of the time sitting down and showed little interest in providing service. To make matters worse, I witnessed concerning food handling. A staff member brought out a bowl of ranch dressing, had the bartender and another employee smell it as if it might be spoiled, then returned it to the serving area and wiped a film off the top with a napkin using her bare hands before putting it back out for guests. Between the lack of hospitality, poor service, and questionable cleanliness standards, this was a very disappointing stay.Would Never book here again.

We booked here for an anniversary trip. We were greeted on arrival and got checked in. We were disappointed to be given a room with the elevator directly outside our door. Despite being there Tues-Fri, it was a high traffic area and we listened to the elevator ding well into the evening while trying to sleep. It was a spacious room with separate bedroom and sitting area which was nice. The bed was quite comfortable but the outlets in the room didn’t work, particularly the bedside ones which meant we couldn’t use the lamp or charge phones on the nightstand. Other elements of the hotel were visibly worn including badly water damaged bathroom door and walls. Water pressure was too poor to wash hair. By far the most notable element of our stay was that our 7th floor room had an abundance of roaches. When we shared this with the staff they said they would let their manager know but we received no follow up. When we checked out, we reiterated this issue and did not receive so much as an apology and they barely acknowledged we had said anything. Because of the roach issue, we declined to take advantage of the breakfast beyond a cup of coffee. There was ample parking in the underground garage and that was convenient.
- 2/5
Room had old bed sheets on it with stains… entire hotel needs to be updated BADLY. The pictures look amazing, hotel looks ran down in person.
- 3/5
Only one elevator out of 4 worked.. the man working behind the bar was very rude… overall stay was decent

the staff when i first checked in and thought my stay was gone be relaxing offered to clean my own room but didnt get any help the food at the hotel was okay the bartender wasnt welcoming i have costumer service experience for more than 15+ years and none of that was given i most definitely would not bring my family back

The building needs fundamental renovation. It is dirty and old! Not like other Embassy ones!
- 5/5
Yes plenty b nice breakfast buffet!!
- 2/5
Seriously outdated hotel. Bathroom door appeared to be rotting at the bottom, a closet door fell off, and we found ourselves standing in ankle-deep water in the shower. The elevator floors were consistently dirty. Breakfast this morning - watery oatmeal, no cut up fruit, and cold eggs. Other mornings had better breakfasts. Won’t be staying here again.
- 1/5
It was just ok. Same menu every day.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the breakfast. The view was good as well, however, the amenities are old overall, we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
This was an amazing stay! We arrived in the middle of happy hour which we received 2 complimentary drinks from the bar! And there was a chip and salsa bar from 5-7. Check in went super smooth and the room was spacious and spotless!!

At one time this was most likely an upscale hotel, but time and possible economic conditions has taken its toll on this once prosperous area. Advertising photos aren’t representative of current conditions by far.
- 0.5/5
Location it was right off the highway They were over booked and didn't have to means to accommodate us
- 5/5
Ms. Flo the bartender was AMAZING! She was friendly and after our second time of seeing her she made us feel like we were family! JD, the server was friendly and made sure that our food came out just the way we asked! (I recommend the wings) We will definitely be coming back!

The power outlets didn’t work so couldn’t charge our phones. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom at all and only 2 towels when we had 4 of us. The bedding had a stench to it not sure how to describe other than maybe didn’t dry all the way before putting it on the beds. The staff was very kind and made it where I didn’t want to complain because of how welcoming and sweet they were. The pool was gross I took the net and scooped out what seemed to be a years worth of people’s hair which was just floating in the pool. Along with 3 plastic bottles and some other trash that was in the pool but hard to see because it was so chlorinated.
- 1/5
Parking is dangerous, dirty and elevators are very slow and hard to get to rooms or underground parking. Our room was cold, no heat and they would not address it even though they said it would be fixed. Very noisy on 2nd floor or any room near elevators.
- 5/5
The breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Everything was clean, staff was great and breakfast was amazing! The parking garage and elevator availability was not the best.
- 4/5
The property was impressive although it is showing its age. Breakfast was good especially the fresh made omelets but the line was not moving very fast because of the amount of guests rushing in all at once. Staff was courteous but seemed short staffed and very busy. Hair dryer in my room was not working and asked for one that worked couple of times but never got one, again because the short staff issue I think. For the price and location, I will definitely stay there again if I was coming back to Dallas.
- 4/5
Overall a good, convenient stay for Spring Break. Some things could have been better considering its a Hilton property. Amentites were lacking, the pool and breakfast closed earlier than listed. To have fresh towels everyday we had to go downstairs to the front desk. Staff was great and did try to accomodate us for the mishaps.
- 4/5
All things fine including clean rooms and good breakfast. However... elevator wait times were very bad -- multiple minutes each time --, digital door locks were found by several guests to be very difficult to work, and only cooling (no heating) was available in our room.
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet had an omelet station! There was so much food and it was complimentary.
- 5/5
Mix up during check-in however was fixed
- 1/5
breakfast was awsome when i check in the staff was very concern but check out staff can care less i extended my stay to 12pm but i left at 10 am because we where not satisified at all
- 1.5/5
I enjoyed the room and the bar and free breakfast Ervin front desk had an earphone in didn’t talk loud enough and didn’t tell us anything except what was written down. (nothing about ice or laundry rooms or how to park or where to park). although he was busy. And please get the front desk some help lines formed so fast because there’s ONE person! I’d hate to work like that. Parking was very different under the hotel and honestly confusing and smelt like Marijuana over half the time elevators took forever with there being four but i’m sure only two were operating during breakfast which was peak time for active guest. I had to give my ID to use a cart for luggage ridiculous. There was “security” just a car parked in front from Sunday to Friday didn’t once see a “security guard”. There was no plastic silverware at the front either for a suite you would think it was provided and the lights flickered off and non and times
- 1/5
First, the pool was closed when we were there despite being advertised on Hotels.com. We would have booked a different option from the start had this hotel been advertised properly. But more importantly, we ran into a number of accessibility issues with our stay. I had broken my foot earlier that week, so we called the hotel to receive an accessibility room which the hotel confirmed. Upon arrival, we did not receive an accessibility room and had to walk down to the front desk on a broken foot to change rooms. We also booked this hotel because its rooms had two beds to sleep alone with a broken foot. When we asked for blankets for the second bed, the front desk said housekeeping could bring some in the morning. In the morning, housekeeping didn't provide anything, so we followed up again during the day. Again, we didn't receive blankets, so we followed up with the evening front desk staff who said they didn't even know where they kept the blankets and aren't allowed to leave the front desk anyways so we're out of luck. This went on day-after-day throughout our stay. Part way through our stay, we contacted Hilton's corporate office to advise about our accessibility issues and they said they'd contact the hotel, but this did not result in any change in our experience during our stay. Near the end, we spoke with the Manager about our experience who was not sympathetic. This was our worst hotel experience yet...

They were overbooked when i arrived so i had to wait an hour for a room to open up, even though I booked the room 1 month in advance. Staff was nice, room was ok, not great, not bad. Parking garage was hard to navigate and had people hanging out smoking pot by thier cars. It was nice to have access to elevators in the garage though. I was surprised by the how low class some of the guests were. Several people had visible guns on them, although there were kids everywhere. Lots of people walking down the halls barefoot dripping wet from the pool. Breakfast was decent, but had people pushing and shoving to get to the buffet, and lots of unsupervised kids touching stuff. I'm sure it was a top notch hotel back in the day, but it's past it's prime now.
- 3/5
the parking lot is not well lit and a bit sketchy at night.
- 4/5
The stay was good for it's price.

Not the typical Embassy Suites. This property is old and in need of updating. The walls and carpet are dirty, there’s also no towels in the pool area. When I asked for extra towels, I was told “we don’t have any at the moment”. Breakfast was interesting, I was glad they had paper plates because the dishes I pick up were dirty. The hide the bacon behind the counter in the omelette line too, which was pretty interesting. I experienced a plumbing issue inside my room. The tub filled when I showered and the toilet started to fill as well and stopped flushing. They did come to fix it but overall the property felt ran down. I guess can can’t really complain for the price right? I will say, my son left his phone in the room when we checked out and hours later I called back to see if someone found it. An employee by the name of Yolonda was so kind to go check for me and retrieved it for me. That was literally the best highlight of my stay! I appreciate her so much! <3

The staff were all so friendly and great to chat with. Breakfast was best hotel breakfast I have had in long time. Room was huge
- 5/5
Breakfast wasn’t a good value
- 1/5
Parking lot was dark and scary
- 4/5
Pool was always overcrowded and never had towels to dry off, had to bring ours from the room. Restaurant and bar staff was super nice but everyone else seemed to act bothered if we had questions or from how I seen them interact with other people.

I booked this hotel months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the hotel was full and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. After about 1.5 hours, they finally gave me a room — but when I went inside, it was already occupied by two other guests. This was extremely embarrassing and a serious safety and privacy issue. After going back to the front desk, they admitted the mistake and made me wait even longer. Eventually, after more than two hours total, they “resolved” the situation by splitting us into two separate rooms instead of honoring the original booking properly. The issues didn’t stop there. The next day, my room keys stopped working. They fixed it once, but later that night around midnight, the keys failed again. This time, they refused to help and claimed I was “checked out,” even though my reservation was still active until the next morning. I was essentially locked out of my room late at night because of their system error, and the staff showed no urgency to fix it. Overall, this hotel: Overbooked and mishandled reservations Assigned an already occupied room (major security issue) Took over 2 hours to check me in Failed to manage the reservation correctly (splitting rooms last minute) Locked me out of my room at midnight and refused to fix it This experience was stressful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
- 2.5/5
The beds Wasn't any water in fountains. All the plug inside were wore out around the bed in our room. Breakfast was mid unless you waited for a omelet. Bathroom had footprints in the shower and make up on the wall. Only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths in bathroom.
- 1/5
The heating/air unit only blew cold air regardless of temperature I selected. I was freezing most of the time. If you name it, I feel it went wrong during this stay! The parking garage is terrible and does not feel safe. The breakfast was subpar- the omelettes were just thrown together. Besides the front desk customer service, the staff have horrible attitudes, they were not friendly or welcoming- especially the bartenders. I’m in total shock that this is Embassy. NOBODY SEEMS TO LIKE WORKING HERE OR HOW TO FAKE IT! I have high expectations for Embassy and this location went below the bar. I do not foresee staying at this location again in the future.
- 1/5
On top of that, the hotel was overbooked and I did not receive the room I had originally reserved. The staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation and were unable to offer a clear solution. When I requested a refund, they directed me to Expedia and shifted the responsibility instead of resolving the issue themselves. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor organization, and unhelpful customer service made for a frustrating stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
- 5/5
Complimentary drinks upon arrival, a clean suite, made for a very comfortable stay. It was a great value. I skipped the breakfast but it smelled delicious.
- 3/5
It was ants in our room
- 3/5
I still have not received my deposit
- 3/5
This property was too close to busy street. It was dirty. The first room smelled musty and mildewy. TV was out in bedroom and one elevator was down. Checkout was a nightmare.
- 3/5
The hotel seems to be in disrepair, our room was, at least. The room smelled barely ok, the main window hasn’t been cleaned in years, grime on ceiling, mold growing in bathroom, bathroom walls in need of repair. The basement parking is a mess, garbage on floor, smells of beer, and visible plumbing looks old and dirty.
- 3/5
This location has so much potential. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was great every morning. The location had you literally within a 30 minute drive from most attractions. However, when you needed anything for your room, you were not able to get anything restocked, and I mean anything. We booked our stay from Tuesday until Friday, and in order for us to receive clean towels and wash clothes, they literally had to move us into another room! We get into the new room, and there were no washcloths. So the move was pointless. The hotel seems to not have enough towels, wash clothes, or linens; for the amount of guests, staying at the hotel. It’s either this, or they are understaffed and cannot keep up with the demand. Either way, that was a first for me. I’ve never had to move to a new room just to get clean towels. So we basically just limited what we did, like avoiding the pool. Which means we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities offered by the hotel. Lastly, they will not clean your room upon request. We asked that our room be cleaned, and after being at Six Flags all day, we returned to a unclean room with nothing restocked and this is when we also learned about, the hotel being out of everything. So like I said a lot of potential, but there are certainly areas of improvement. If you’ve ever stayed at an Embassy Hotel, this is not typical. Somehow we still enjoyed our stay, but won’t be staying at this location in the future.
- 3/5
Stay was okay felt like maybe Hotel needed more staff. No extra towels available.
- 4/5
yes
- 5/5
Traveled with the Grandkids and we had a great time, hotel staff was friendly and made sure we had plenty of towels, Breakfast was really good, grandson a little disappointed they had no Bacon, but other than that all was good!!!
- 1/5
Didn’t want to provide fresh towels. Ants in room. Key card stopped working and didn’t want to help us due to only 1 staff on site. Had to call cops as our service dog was in the room. Horrible experience
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel, need to remodel, dirty carpets, small bathrooms, overpacked and short staff. We were for more tan 3 days and I had to go downstairs a request services phone from the room it didn’t work. The pool was cold… it’s supposed to be heated.
- 3/5
The hotel did the best they could with the staff on site. It was crazy busy and looked a neglected. Not normally what an Embassy Suites looks like.
- 3/5
over all a little outdated and some cleaning wouldnt hurt.
- 4/5
The room needs some updates. The breakfast buffet section is too dark.
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 1/5
The rooms smelled and had blood stains very unclean how is the world did they get the embassy name?????
- 1/5
Vents and room unkept
- 4/5
Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there.
- 5/5
Didnt use the amenities

This occurred shortly after the same employee had returned from what appeared to be a “smoke” break, and he seemed somewhat disoriented when helping me. Later that Saturday night, I again saw the same employee outside the front lobby doors “smoking” with a friend. The hotel itself is clearly in need of renovations. The rooms have a noticeable unpleasant odor, the bathrooms are extremely small, and the showers oddly have no full door or curtain. During my stay, I heard numerous guests at the front desk complaining about a variety of issues. When we checked out, we had to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator to reach the 9th floor so we could bring our belongings down. The elevator floors had food all over them, and the entire hotel—especially the elevators—had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Additionally, the photos online were very misleading and do not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel. Many guests I observed that evening were clearly frustrated and voicing complaints. Additionally the parking was very sketch and you had people parking in no parking spots. I am personally disabled as well.
- 1/5
Roaches
- 1/5
The parking is underground with no security. So there were people down there that shouldn’t be. The were several spots near the parking elevators that had pee puddles. Our bed was made but sheets were not changed (smelled of perfume and cologne). No bueno
- 4/5
Was a good place considering the area it was in.
- 2/5
horrible
- 3/5
Room was not completely ready. There was no working TV or telephone in the sleeping area. When I asked about it, no one ever came to address the non-working phone and was told the TV remote in the living area would also work in the bedroom area (it did not). When I went to take a shower, there was no shower gel, no shampoo, no conditioner. The breakfast was great, the staff very kind, but the room could’ve been better.
- 1/5
No it was awful. I booked a double bedroom. We got a pull-out. We will never book there again. You can look at my history and know that I have stayed there several times. NEVER AGAIN. I slept on the worst pull-out couch, also we couldn't check in till like 12:00am because of our drive. Then had to not only make the pull out, had to go back downstairs to ask for a blanket because the phones didn't connect to anyone. I couldn't even request a wake-up call. Also, there was a group of ladies in the inside seating area and we could hear them yelling till 2:40 in the morning.
- 1/5
We stayed there February 1 -2 of this year and we were charged $100 deposit for incidentals and as of this date a month later they have still not refunded our deposit although we had no additional charges. We have spoken to management over five times and still have not received our money back. !
- 5/5
Room was amazing, AC worked efficiently and the beds were more than comfortable
- 5/5
Very satisfied
- 3/5
Luke warm shower. Minimal shower pressure and the heater did not work
- 1/5
Charged me a extra $100 and at check in the guy was just wanting to eat so he didnt say anything to us or answer any questions or tell us about parking
- 5/5
A great property with large areas in the lobby area to sit and relax. A great room with plenty of space to spread out.
- 1/5
Not safe
- 5/5
Clean room!! Staff was awesome!!
- 5/5
Everything was excellent!
- 3/5
Room was comfotable, but furniture is not well kept. Lots of scuffs, nicks and just wear and tear. Heater did not work so it got pretty cold overnight. Elevators had funky smells and were constantly messy. Hallways had lingering smoke stench. In my opinion, it did not live up to the reputation of Embassy Suites by Hilton & other locations I have stayed at.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, great amenities, staff was good, breakfast was great.
- 2/5
Older and a lot broke in! Staff is friendly though
- 5/5
Staff was great property was clean. Breakfast was great.
- 2/5
Pool out of service. No made to order breakfast. Poor interface between checkin staff with the Expedia reservation. Not sure where the fault lies. One of the two rooms was not ready at 3 pm. Long wait to gain access and electronic key had not been activated necessitating another trip to the front desk. This is not what I expected from an Embassy Suites property.
- 2/5
Hotel is very outdated. The room was clean, but so much was worn out. Every staff member was “blah,” & made it very obvious that they didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was good. We did book this hotel, because it had a pool, but when we got there it was not open. I won’t book here again.
- 4/5
Staff were very sweet
- 2/5
Pool was empty and under construction with nothing noted on website. I purposely reserved this hotel for the pool. The room smelt like marijuana and I was traveling my 3 children all under age of 15. The toilet plugged up even without toilet paper. The phone system doesn’t work. I tried calling the front desk but it just rang and rang. I had to go down to front desk to to ask for a plunger. I have stayed at many embassy suites and this was the worse one.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, Staff, and Area was amazing!
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff especially Yolanda was pleasant and kind. Five stars
- 1/5
Initially I booked for one night. I liked the hotel and booked it for the remainder of the weekend. I went to front desk to let them know that I was gonna continue my stay there and tried to check in since my things were still in room. The lady at the desk told me that she took care of it and just to come back when I got off work. I did come back and they told me I was good. After my stay was over I just happened to check my account and noticed they had taken 400 dollars from my account. I called them and tried to get to the bottom of it. They tried to say because I had booked it thru Expedia twice that was the reason I was charged the money but I told them Expedia hadn’t charged me. Embassy Suites had. Luckily I called customer service and was told that they had just extended my initial stay. So not only did they not book me in thru my reservation I made thru Expedia, they were very rude and not understanding. I had to explain you guys took my money. You took the money I put to the side for my hotels for the workweek. After hours of arguing they finally saw the mistake and refunded my money. Because I only keep in that account what I’m gonna use, they made my account go negative after taking my money. The customer service was terrible. Especially for the Hilton name on it. I was supposed to hear from someone about possibly comping rooms for the inconvenience they caused me. Still haven’t heard a word. No matter how much I liked the hotel I won’t stay there again
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff from the main desk to the eatery was very pleasant.
- 5/5
Very nice helpful customer service - especially the nice new lady in the bar at happy hour. It was only her second day.
- 4/5
The room was excellent.
- 5/5
M encanta este hotel por sus desayunos
- 5/5
A great value hotel for the price, free breakfast nice bar and sitting area in the lobby. The rooms are very spacious. Some of them are kind of dated but not bad. I would stay here again. The parking lot is free however it’s a little spooky overall good hotel, right off the highway in central location.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Everything was great until fire alarm was going off at 5:45 am. The free breakfast was unavailable when I needed it between 6:00 am and 6:30 am. No one has even apologized.
- 4/5
Room was clean and was a good room overall. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. The only issue was the shower in my room. I stayed in room 510, the shower in this room didnt work properly. When i pulled the level to switch from bath to shower half the water still came out the bath spout and half came out the shower head making the water pressure bad.
- 4/5
Staff, hot water,food, and cleanliness
- 1/5
Heater broken in room for two days until maintenance repaired it. Microwave door jammed while cooking food and we couldn't get our food ouycouldn't get our food Explosion at hotel had to evacuate at 5,:30 am stand outside in the cold until fire department arrived. Took over an hour to get back into room Hotel said they could not give credit for the inconvenience because I paid through hotels.com so take it up with them
- 4/5
Room very clean, staff very nice. Food terrible. We went at 8:30 so I guess it was leftovers. Not like the Embassy spread of years past.
- 3/5
It was okay could have been better but the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. Staff was friendly for the most part.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch! Will be back soon
- 1/5
Never got my room clean , when to get it they said there’s nobody to clean it , they said we give the supplies for you to clean it your self, no manager to speak , never will stay there , rude people
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our time. The staff’s customer service and hospitality was top-tier. Breakfast was satisfying and our room felt like a home away from home. The only downside was that the pool was very unsightly. My partner and I specifically looked for a hotel with the pool so that I could teach him how to swim since we don’t have a pool where we live. However, because the pool was so unsightly we ended up not swimming at all during our vacation. That was the only unfortunate thing. Other than that, we really liked our stay there and would definitely go again if the pool got fixed.
- 5/5
Todo excelente
- 5/5
Nice, clean room, and great customer service.
- 5/5
Love the service and staff
- 5/5
Breakfast fresh. Sausage quality lacks. Omelette bar was great
- 2/5
The pool was absolutely filthy and brown around sides and bottom and there was leak from ceiling in pool area. Fire alarm went off in morning for 30 minutes.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I love Embassy Suites but they do not have a Hot Jacuzzi. We couldn't go in the water and my son loves the water.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Hotel was clean but needed some updates. Little sketchy area around hotel.
- 1/5
The staff that we did interact with were nice. However this location is in need of a remodel. A lot was out of order. I've stayed at embassy in Chicago and Atlanta both were amazing. Everything was dusty and dirty. The staff again did the best they could. The location had a lot of unsavory guest as well. They were making noise well into the night.
- 1/5
The property is very old and poorly maintained. More importantly, the room was dirty and appeared to have bugs. I woke up with bites on my chin, and my child also had visible bites on his face. We are unsure whether the bites came from the bed or the couch where my child had rested, but either possibility is completely unacceptable. When I brought this serious issue to the manager’s attention, I was met with little to no concern or empathy. Because I booked through a third-party site, I was told only one night would be accommodated even though I had already stayed two nights and had three remaining. There was no real effort to address the situation or ensure our safety and comfort. I ultimately had no choice but to leave the property immediately. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and accommodated me, ensuring I did not incur additional fees. Expedias customer service was the only positive part of this experience. I would not recommend this hotel to professionals, families, or anyone visiting Dallas. Cleanliness, safety, and basic customer care were severely lacking. This stay caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for both me and my child.
- 3/5
The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but the carpet was pulled away from the corner, nail polish was spilled, the bathroom ceiling looked like they'd painted over rust
- 2/5
the breakfast was not fresh. I didnt use the bar
- 5/5
Had a sleepover for my daughter and we had a blast. The rooms were clean, breakfast and coffee was good, and the complimentary drinks was the best part.
- 2/5
Staff. Wife just wanted some creamer for her tea.
- 3/5
Everyone was pretty nice. BUT the room was hot, regardless of what the thermostat was set in. Also run down for the price. We got to breakfast 40m before the end and it was wiped out. There was no refilling of the breakfast and the little that was left was picked up at least 15m before the end of breakfast. Thats the entire point of Embassy Suites, IMO.
- 4/5
Good option if you are looking for a well located hotel
- 5/5
I absolutely love embassy suites and I'm very grateful to get to stay there. The breakfast is amazing, however, me and several other people who believe like I do do not eat pork. So it would be amazing if there was something other than pork available as far as meats are concerned. However, that's not a huge deal. It was still wonderful
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
Good experience over all
- 3/5
The hotel was nice, but you can definitely tell that it’s an older embassy suites. My room bed was not made up after asking because I was still asleep when the cleaning crew came. But overall, it was a great day and the staff was really friendly.

I really enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was great, I just wish there were more options. The rooms could be cleaner.
- 5/5
Although the room was a bit dated the hotel itself was very nice. The staff was very nice & helpful. I loved the face that each guess got 2 free compl
- 1/5
The staff when I arrived was not helpful and the credit card machine was malfunctioning. The room AC didnt work. The room had ants and we saw cockroaches on the ceiling on the last night 9f our stay. My eude made a complaint and the only thing hotel manager said was dont have food in the room. My wufe and I both got bitten by the ants in room.
- 1/5
This hotel will double charge and not give you back your deposit.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
Disgusting and filthy rooms. Room was very humid! And smelly never will I ever stay here. I had to request room but that room was worst. I had to cancel my reservation to go to a better hotel. Pictures are not the same as the hotel
- 5/5
Great place we enjoy it
- 5/5
Oh so many many nice things to say! I only wish med they’d had some turkey or chicken sausage or bacon at the breakfast. Also, the room had a blinking flasher at night. What was that?
- 2/5
All Embassy Suites aren’t good Embassy suites. This one is on need of a MAJOR MAJOR UPGRADE. Made me feel like I had downgraded my stay. Water was dripping from another room. The key didn’t work to the back door and they didn’t tell us so we had to walk to the front. The ironing board was broken, and I don’t know what kind of shower has an open face.
- 5/5
No complaints on anything.
- 1/5
Horrible staff When I made the complaint about a shampoo and conditioner the deaf person said he doesn't work in the day so he doesn't know anything about it very negative
- 1/5
My husband was in a wheelchair and the ONLY wheelchair ramp to the main area is ALWAYS closed. Its literally Locked. They called Maintance to open it.. took 30 min...apparently no one has the key. So if there was a emergency. He wouldnt be able to get out, the bed was super uncomfortable. So much more was wrong
- 1/5
To start with check-in: we were told there was no early check-in available, yet three people standing behind me were immediately checked in. The front desk staff is unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I needed to use a business center for work and was directed to an empty room filled with trash and a table—no computer, no printer, nothing. Our room itself was dirty. The sheets were visibly soiled, and the “clean” towels had hair in them. The phone in the room didn’t work. I went to the front desk to request replacements, and five hours later nothing had been delivered. I had to stand in a long line at the front desk just to get basic necessities. We are still here on night two and have already called maintenance four times because the toilet does not flush properly. The pool is absolutely disgusting. It smells, the surface is broken and chipped, and the brick at the bottom is scraped and damaged. My son cut his foot in the pool, and when we notified the front desk, we were told to “put a Band-Aid on it.” They said they don’t even have basic medical supplies. Breakfast was another disappointment—very limited options, and we watched staff pick up tongs off the floor and put them right back into use. This Embassy Suites is an embarrassment to the brand.
- 3/5
The food at breakfast wasn’t pleasant.
- 2/5
Breakfast wasnt good, room wasn't up standard.
- 2/5
coffee. After a hour
- 1/5
The room was not good. There were not enough towels or toiletries. The service was poor. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!😒😒😒
- 1/5
If I could give this a negative rating I would. Our room was dirty, the air didn’t work, the bed was hard, the staff was incredibly rude and anytime you asked for help they made it seem like you were a problem. We booked our room for two nights and left a night early it was so bad.
- 4/5
Hotel is not what it used to be. Furniture is dated. The hotel is very clean and organized. Parking was a big issue, parking garage entrance was too low. I had to park my truck in the back where door was not functioning to get back in.
- 5/5
The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous.

- 1/5
the filthiest hotel i have EVER been to. there were cockroaches in my room and my parents’ room. absolutely no heat in the entire building. good luck trying to get a blanket, they’re ALWAYS out. the ceiling was leaking water throughout our entire stay. sometimes in the parking garage, sometimes in the lobby, but mostly in the breakfast area. also, me and my husband got trapped in the elevator and they did absolutely nothing about it. save your coin and stay ANYWHERE else
- 1/5
The first night there we saw one large cockroach on the counter coming out of the sink and then while my daughter (6y) was in the showers there was a huge cockroach in the folds of the shower curtain the second night we found so much mold behind the beds I told them and they moved me rooms they asked for me to prop the door open with an item so I could come back into my room since I would be locked out since my room key would be dectivated for the new ones we moved rooms to the room right below our original room I checked and there was still mold present they moved us a third time and this room was warm but no mold so we took management is not available at the property at night besides the calling and no one picking up through this whole ordeal when I went to check out they informed me management would be out of a meeting by noon I called at noon and she had left for the day and was off so now I have to wait for the following day at 11 to reach her this is completely outrageous and poor customer service I cannot believe I booked here and my kids spent the night in a mold infested room.
- 5/5
The only thing I didnt like is the staff knocking on my door at 9:30am 3 different times when check out is 11am
- 5/5
all was well, clean and friendly
- 3/5
All of the above especially the room & the breakfast
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Only problem I had was the AC in the room couldn’t seem to keep the room cool until the temperature outside dropped from 60° to 30°
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 1/5
This isn’t the embassy suits I know. Front desk service coming in wasn’t the best. Couldn’t get a blanket for the pull out couch in the room. The parking garage looks like something out of a horror movie. I hope my car is still there. This one needs work. I will not stay here again
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
clean room and quiet
- 2/5
Dirty, old, smelly and terribly unprofessional staff.
- 3/5
Area looks very ran down the place looks nothing like the pictures. Definitely will never stay here ever again
- 5/5
Good selection of breakfast
- 3/5
Check-in staff was busy on his cell phone and barely acknowledged I was there. Had to ask for where my room was, where elevators were. Facility was ok but not a regular quality of an Embassy I would have expected. Would not stay here again.
- 2/5
The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation
- 3/5
AC did not work properly and pillows were very hard to sleep on. Hotel room smells old. Staff was friendly and its nice that they have 2 tvs in the room. The price was good

It wasn’t specified on the website that I had to be 21 so it let me book but I could not check in and had nowhere to stay.

Check and out was fast. Breakfast was fresh made to order and delious. Lots of healthy options not just carbs.
- 5/5
Everything was cool parking at night gets crazy tho lol
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was efficient, security outside, pool, made-to/order breakfast, happy hour daily, exercise room, large suites, quiet.
- 4/5
The room was clean but kinda old. The breakfast was good but skimpy. No sausage left by 8am, seltzer or carbonated water under the water label of the Sprite dispenser. No brown sugar by oatmeal. These sound petty but everytime I turned around to get something, I was disappointed. Omelette was amazing! Front desk friendly but when I requested linens for couch, I was told the maids were gone and I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get them. Attendant was nice and gave me an extra blanket. Okay for one night though.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
I really liked staying here. My fiancé and I we just stayed one night but the staff were very nice and the hotel it’s cute I love it.
- 3/5
Only eggs and potatoes, no meat.
- 1/5
Called to let them know that our room was extremely hot and the a/c was not working. And they told yeah the entire hotel had no a/c because it was not working and that it would be fixed till the next day . Lady in front also told us breakfast was at till 10:00 am and we went at 9:30 to closed because it was only till 9:00
- 2/5
Parking was terrible..
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
The staff was courteous and helpful. However the room had a lingering smell. And had ants in the bathroom. Aside from that it wasn't a bad stay
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the rooms were nice and spacious. My only complaint is the parking garage was terrible and not easy to get around in.
- 4/5
The breakfast was pretty tasty. The room was pretty clean. We like this stay.
- 3/5
Very fresh and good selection

Was no heat available in room. Immediately checked out. Clerk was very courteous.

Clean Room and breakfast was very convenient. Very happy with my stay, definitely would stay here again.
- 1/5
This was an awful experience! I recently stayed at another Embassy Suite and it was clean, staff was amazing, food was great and bar was wonderful! This Embassy Suite was NONE of these things! Room was dirty, stains on furniture, security lock on the door was broken, no drinking glasses, no blow dryer, no tray to hold bar soap, counter in bathroom was so small there was no room to hold any toiletries. Facility is so old and needs a major overhaul. Went to the bar for a drink around 10:30, bartender was inconvenienced saying he was closing so didn't provide much selection of liquor or wine for us to order, yet some customers that spoke his language came about 15-20 mins after us and he had no problem accomodating them! Only 1 cook making omelets, order was incorrect, no bacon altho I was told I could get it there. Food on the buffet was cold. Difficult to maneuver around and access stations due to it not layed out to accomodate multiple customers.
- 3/5
This was probably the most tired hotels out there and in need of some renovations. Overpriced for the quality of the stay.
- 1/5
The receptionist judged me that we was late at our check in because of flight lateness no matter that I booked my room in advance. Second of all , my room smelled like old but it looked as much possible clean and organized with all needs included ! My kid had pets allergy and she waked up with eye redness , staffy nose and bites on her skin ( in December ). THAT WAS BED BUGS. We was itching like crazy and checked out next day to find a new resort ! Never get back !!!!
- 1/5
Room heater did not work, front desk service whenever I checked in was terrible, she sat in a chair the whole time and never offer me my Hilton Honor rewards (complementary bottle of water) and when I asked to add my Honors # to the reservation she refused and claimed because I went through a 3rd party it wouldn’t work. (I have also never had this problem before now) Room was not clean we found a cigarette butt in the room in our sheets, and it’s a Non Smoking room. Wont stay at this embassy suites again!! I won’t recommend it to anyone.
- 3/5
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly & breakfast was wonderful. The parking garage and back parking lot could use some security. Lots of loitering by people smoking in the garage and homeless asking for money in the back lot. The room heat was not working & had a stuffy feeling. The lobby area had a mildew smell & the hotel overall could use an update.

Yes
- 5/5
Staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was nice and spacious.
- 4/5
Everything was good except breakfast ended too early
- 4/5
Pool needs updating/water was cold. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Older building but with updates. Room smelled like paint when first arrived but clean. 2 Free complimentary adult drinks a night are a plus at the bar. Would stay here again but not for the price due to it being an older building. Brittney was ALWAYS helpful to our needs.
- 4/5
It’s a nice property, lovely rooms and pool, the only issue on my stay was no enough towels for the pool, and when you ask for towels always was a delay or laundry time to wait
- 4/5
The room was clean, but the shower nozzle was loose. The space was nice with a separate living area. Didn't like that I was told breakfast was until 10:00 and then really wasn't on Friday. So, I miss breakfast with no empathy.
- 4/5
GOOD BUT RESTROOM IS VERY SMALL
- 4/5
The room was clean & quiet.
- 5/5
great staff
- 1/5
It’s an OK although a few were not right to an actual
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was great, came for the chiefs game
- 5/5
The courtesy of all the staff. Very appreciative of the woman who checked us in early. All the staff are very friendly.
- 3/5
Room beyond cold the a/c heater does not work
- 3/5
Rooms wasnt ready at check in
- 1/5
No heat in entire building. and room temperature was 65 degrees. Kids were freezing.
- 5/5
Great thank you
- 1/5
There was no heat in the room. The temperature had got down to 34°F was very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Seamless check in, daily cleaning and prompt reaponses from the front desk
- 3/5
Older property with wear and tear, definitely needs a face life inside the rooms. Parking was ATROCIOUS. 10 parking spots out front and if you can’t find one, you have to park is this creepy underground parking garage that does not feel safe and has almost no visible arrows to guide you through. Also the entrance/exit is the same with the most steep incline. Breakfast was okay but I have seen them close it early at 9 when it’s supposed to be until 10. Housekeeping only came once for us in the 4 days staying there and our room did not come with a do not disturb door sign. Overall, if you need to stay someone reasonably priced in a pinch, this is a fine hotel. The room itself is very spacious and the inside of the hotel is very pretty but I would not personally stay at this location again.
- 5/5
Ease of checking in
- 5/5
We felt very safe and so pleased with this hotel.
- 4/5
Amenities
- 5/5
The room and facilities were in great condition and very pleasing. The breakfast is solid. The cost is affordable while providing excellent service.
- 5/5
There is a lot of space in the room, quiet and feeling safe
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Good variety of food. Great price.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, giod breakfast
- 5/5
I got up too late to get breakfast.
- 3/5
It was an older Embassy Suites hotel.
- 3/5
Front desk receptionist indifferent, overpowering odor of cleaning solvent in room. Not a great first impression, certainly not the Embassy Suites we have experienced in other locations.
- 4/5
Great Customer Service
- 2/5
Breakfast was bad. Bad customer service. There’s not enough staff to clean the tables. Plates, cups left on tables. Customers had to clear the tables for themselves.
- 5/5
That checked me in she was amazing 10/10 Customer service just made my stay amazing from just being so compassionate
- 1/5
I was charged $245 and that was not the price Expedia stated!
- 1/5
I was there for two hours and lied to that the alarm that was blaring evacuating. Everybody was a false alarm and to sit tight because it was about to turn off. I ended up leaving to a different hotel, and I wasn’t reimbursed by Hotels.com or by Embassy. Both are embarrassment. I am deleting my accounts.
- 5/5
Yes the room and the Hotel was acceptable .
- 3/5
The hotel is very old desperately needs to be updated. The bathroom was horrible in the room and the AC was not blowing very cold air so the room stayed hot. The breakfast, however, was good plenty of options and the staff was very very nice especially at check-in.
- 5/5
Loved the room. It was very quiet, clean and I loved the privacy ☺️ Easy 10/10
- 5/5
Yes.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast
- 5/5

- 5/5
The staff is always amazing .. they have the very best breakfast - the whole family loves it
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Staying here is always a wonderful experience!!
- 1/5
And the room still smelled of smoke. My kids slept in the bed but I was go sleep on the let pint couch. Due to my ocd I decided to sleep in my car overnight. WORST experience of my life.
- 1/5
The QR code next to the bed that directs you to the hotel’s website, as well as the email we received the day of checkin said breakfast was from 6-10am….but they shut it down at 9 with their response being “we changed the time.” They didn’t care. Since I don’t read minds, I didn’t know it was changed. Very disappointing considering Embassy’s breakfast is the only reason why we booked there to begin with. If you’re gonna change your amenities, I suggest reflecting that on the WEBSITE YOU DIRECT PEOPLE TO. Btw, I checked like 3 times to make sure I wasn’t imagining that the breakfast lasted until 10am. I guess you can’t trust their website. Also there was no blow dryer which was annoying. And to top it all off, my husband got stuck on 4 elevators because his key card wasn't working.
- 2/5
Phone in room didn't work. They cut the free breakfast an hour early. The front desk staff was rude and very unhelpful.
- 1/5
The heat did not work in my room. It blew out cold air.
- 4/5
Motel, so no hallway, people were outside smoking cigarettes.
- 1/5
Workers were extremely rude.
- 3/5
The food is very good, parking is alright, room is clean, the receptionist( the guy) is not “approachable…”.
- 1/5
the receptions was very arrogant and unhelpful
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
Room was really clean , parking was convenient, hotel was right off the freeway so that was convenient. Breakfast was ok, housekeeping staff wonderful. We stayed there from Friday -Tuesday the pool was not open everyday , no heat the whole stay but other than that it was cool. I’ll give this property a 6/10.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and the breakfast had a lot of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh omelette each morning. We enjoyed our stay
- 1/5
We ordered a king and got two doubles. When I asked about parking the front desk girl said to park on the side or back. There was no room so I ended up parking in the dirt. Found out the next day that there is a parking garage she didn't mention. The hotel looked nice, but is in a sketchy area. The worst part was that around 11:45 PM the fire alarms when off in the entire hotel because someone did something they shouldn't have in their room. After about an hour three firemen showed up but apparently couldn't do much. we could not go into our room because the sound of the smoke detectors was deafening. It was less bad in the atrium so we stayed there until about 1:10 AM when the alarms finally turned off. Shame because it looked nice inside. I will never stay here again. This hotel is now on my blacklist and I will dispute the charge on the credit card for the room.
- 2/5
The service was poor. Hotel was understaff. The alarm went off and we were outside the room for an hour. Parking space was not convenient.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Service and amenities were excellent. Water pressure was pretty awful.
- 5/5
Room was clean and neat
- 2/5
The room didn’t look like the picture. And it’s very old hotel, furniture was old and in very bad shape. Very disappointed because the app gave it an 8 star and I chose it over the Hampton because of the high rating. Also the room was freezing even though the air was on. Sketchy parking, I was always wondering if my rental was going to get stolen.
- 5/5
Great service clean rooms
- 3/5
Embassy Suites is usually consistent - the staff was good, but it was in the 40's in Dallas and the admin would not turn on the heat. The entire building was freezing (it was warmer outside in the sun) and the only response was "we can give you extra blankets". It was October 30th!
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was great the room the phone and heater did not work
- 5/5
Staff was nice at check in, room clean and stocked with expected amenities.
- 1/5
Food was cold
- 5/5
Very clean friendly staff and very good front desk
- 5/5
Very Nice this is my go to hotel in Dallas.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. Check-in was a breeze. Love the complementary beverage hours. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is nice and clean. Parking was easy- they do have a parking garage under the hotel My only complaint was that we only had one trash can in our suite and we were only provided 2 bathing towels for two guests. Usually we are provided 4 per room. Will definitely stay again though.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the reception and food. Looking forward to being back soon.
- 5/5
Clean friendly staff I loved the indoor pool and breakfast was off da chain will be back to visit
- 1/5
Would not stay again.
- 3/5
Dark wet basement parking
- 4/5
Hotel & room were clean. The shower faucet needed repair. The shower soap, shampoo & conditioner were empty. When we requested for them to be refilled & more towels...we got two small tubes of shampoo and no towels. The bartender was inattentive during Manager's cocktail hour. And the front desk gave us the incorrect time for breakfast service, making us miss one morning of our stay. Even with the few faults that we found of this Embassy...overall it was a decent experience, and we would stay again.
- 3/5
This hotel way different in California and Arizona I think it should be the same Very dirty parking
- 3/5
It has plenty of food options but could use more . The parking is a bit scary but ok overall.
- 5/5
Complimentary cocktails at the bar and complimentary breakfast.
- 2/5
The building is about 40 years old. It’s very run down don’t be fools by the pictures like I was
- 3/5
The hotel itself is clean and nice but the rooms are dated and also killed a roach. The ice machine on the 3rd floor has mild on top and a the machine. Looks like someone was attempting to fix it and left it exposed so the mold is visible.
- 1/5
Stayed in the presidential suite, one of the beds was broken, they didn’t fix it during our stay and didn’t give us no refund was offered 10k points which is worth like $50, horrible service by the manager
- 5/5
Everything was nice.
- 3/5
Exhaust fan is too loud. The cleaning guy entered and cleaned the room despite of the “do not disturb” card hanging at the door. The carpet looks filthy, and whole place need some updating. On the brightside, they breakfast ang happy hour are great!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Everything is great
- 3/5
Our room was nice, but the hotel aesthetic felt trashy. Every single lampshade across the commons was bent or broken.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing. Room was pretty clean. Clearly an older property -- needs a good coat of paint, better lighting and new plants.
- 5/5
Clean room and cool A/C! Nice breakfast buffet!
- 5/5
It was a nice room and everything worked but the toilet need to be look at when we flushed we had hold the handle down and tub didnt have a plug for the bath we had to use a towel! The rest of the room was great maybe needs a bit of an update but it fit our needs for what we need which a bed to sleep in and place to clean up change during our visit in dallas.
- 5/5
We enjoy our stay
- 3/5
Several things. First there was a cockroach in our room the first night. Second the spout in the bathtub/ shower was not working properly. There was one single trash can in the room. A small one in the bathroom. Last of all, just about all your staff were totally unfriendly starting with the front desk.
- 5/5
It was so extremely pleasant, we got a taste if a very nice hotel that fit our lower budget. Very satisfied, we will be back for sure.
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff
- 5/5
The besd are comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Clean carpet and furniture. The breakfast is well stocked.
- 3/5
Room was not clean, panhandlers in parking lot asking for money
- 1/5
As soon as we got to the area where the hotel was, I notice a lot of unsavory people. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The pool was freezing; I chose this hotel so my grandkids could have good time in it. I open the bed and the sheets were stained (I have pictures) and my grandson notices aunts on the nightstand, also I have pictures. We all shower but I kept my towel for this morning so I put it on top of a lamp. When I went to us it, it was black with dust from the lamp plus the clean ones smell really bad. Breakfast was mediocre, the carpet in the main atrium was so stain that it look like they have not been clean in ages. I will not recommend staying in this Embassy Suites. I stayed in other ones but this location is horrible. This is a Hilton property, you should expect better.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice when we needed things
- 5/5
Very hospitable and warm The room was pristine and overall very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast with chef fried eggs upon request, sausages, plus French Toast, etc... The usual complimentary manager’s happy hour is always enjoyable. The gym was perfect for a super workout.
- 5/5
A very nice and comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff, wonderful atmosphere
- 5/5
Enjoyed quiet and comfortable stay
- 5/5
Nice comfortable stay, staff was accommodating. Jesse mgr of evening dining was very helpful. I have difficulty getting around using rollator, he made it less difficult, thanks.
- 4/5
Staff at Happy hour were all good except bar tender. He couldn’t understand us.
- 5/5
Muy bien todo
- 5/5
Embassy Suites always is a clean and friendly place to stay
- 2/5
The first room was not clean the bathtub had dirt in it, they moved me to a cleaner one once I called to complain and the first room smelled with an odor.
- 5/5
I loved stay here, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful. Beautiful hotel and great breakfast. Clean room, great staff, damily friendly, I will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Rooms were good/large with all the required amenities. Courteous staff. Unable to walk around the neighborhood since area around the property didn't seem to be safe. There were no restaurants in walking distance/nearby.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the size of the room.
- 5/5
As well as quality service. Embassy suites is the best. I recommend to anyone. You won't regret it.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Carpet was dirty in the hallways. Ice machines need to be cleaned and updated.
- 3/5
I was disappointed in how rough the property looked. In particular, the underground parking lot had standing water everywhere, was poorly lit and very difficult to navigate. Also, the AC ran all night no matter how much I tried to adjust it. But it was really just a sleep over location.
- 5/5
Smoke alarms were going off
- 5/5
Parking in the rear. Need valet parking after dark.
- 5/5
Ray at the frint desk was so friendly and accommodating. He was constantly busy and had a smile the whole time. The only reason for theb3 oj the area around the property was the homeless population nearby who kept walking through the hotel property all night. Other than that it was an amazing hotel. I think. The bartenders name was sam...he was new but he was amazing and had a great personality. Breakfast was hot and eggs and omletes made to order were awesome. Pancakes werent so great. Would totally recommend to stay here. Clean and pool area and fitness area were kept nice and clean as well.
- 3/5
Certainly not up to Embassy Suite standards! Not a good neighborhood. Parking garage very poorly lit. Breakfast out of many items and the cook would only speak Spanish to you. Could not get wheelchair or walker into the bathroom yet told handicapped accessible. No handrails anywhere.
- 5/5
I liked it definitely coming back
- 5/5
The place was Family-friendly and the pool was excellent
- 5/5
We were at the Hotel on Thursday night which happened to be opening day for the Cowboys. The restaurant was running amazing deals and specials for the game. We were planning on leaving to go out, but we were having to much fun at the Hotel
- 3/5
The aesthetics of the property was good I just had a hard time staying cool inside the room
- 5/5
Great location, and staff!!
- 3/5
The roof was leaking during the rain. There were no lights in the pool area so you could hardly see in there. There was only one car in the whole hotel room to carry your luggage.
- 1/5
Hotel is in horrible condition. The carpet is filthy, water damage throughout the entire hotel. It rained during our stay, building was leaking water, hotel staff place towels to soak up the rain water. Staff is not friendly. Breakfast tables were not cleaned properly. Bar staff horrible. Hotel is severely outdated and damaged. I would not recommended this hotel.
- 5/5
We love this hotel so much. We stay here every time we are in the Dallas area. The openness of the hotel lobby and foyer make this hotel very inviting. The delicious free breakfast buffet along with the complimentary social hour during the week are a few reasons for our stay at this hotel.
- 3/5
The bartender was rude, the roof leaked in the lobby area, the whole inside and outside needs upkeep
- 4/5
“My stay had several challenges that impacted the overall experience. None of the ice machines were working on any of the floors, and parking was very limited. During a rainstorm, the glass ceiling in the lounge area leaked, creating wet floors that posed a potential slip hazard. Additionally, the sheets were stained, which detracted from the comfort and cleanliness I had expected. While the property has potential, these issues made the stay feel average rather than exceptional. I hope management addresses these concerns, as improvements in these areas could make a big difference for future guests.”
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Great place in dallas to spend with family, outside a lot of people asking for money
- 5/5

- 5/5
Perfect in every way!
- 5/5

- 1/5
Worst hotel ever with rude staff. Hotel was Extremely hot. Rooms are outdated. Tables are sticky.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay, the rooms and lobby was still warm even with the AC on fill blast. The parking garage was so bad the entrance was scary I was almost thought I couldn’t go through since it was so low and I was driving a full size truck
- 5/5
Amazing! Stayed here for one night. I love how secure this hotel is you can only go in if you have your keycard and go up to your room with it. Free parking and free breakfast! Couldn’t ask for more! My family really enjoyed it and would’ve def stay here again!
- 2/5
There were many issues that were not indusive to this hotel brand. I won't give up on them but I will not stay at this location again.
- 1/5
I didn't like how hot the room was I had to go out and purchase a fan just to sleep. I should have checked out early but had family on the way to see me there. I have stayed at another Embassy and my experience was awesome.
- 1/5
The parking is horrible, no parking for bigger trucks and sketchy at night. The room was average for an embassy but the AC was horrible, we were so hot sleeping we couldn’t even use covers. The hallway ceiling had Sheetrock missing/falling off due to what looked like water damage. The front desk staff apparently were hot as well because they had box fans plugged in and blowing on them. Super disappointed in paying for this room, especially considering Embassy is known for being a nice hotel. Will not be back to this location.
- 3/5
The room was perfect beds are comfy only bad part the room was a little hot even after adjusting the thermostat other then that it was great…we did go to the pool it was a good size but it really does need a good cleaning other the. That it’s was a good stay!
- 4/5
Food was excellent, but customer service was lacking. Carpet is in bad need of clean cleaning or replacing wheelchair. Accessibility could be improved upon in some areas such as carpet in a wheelchair accessible room made it difficult to move around, but bathroom was fairly accessible with exception of a tub Facilities were not very accommodating for wheelchair users had to go through staff entrance to get into the ramp to gain access to dining area
- 4/5
The breakfast and happy hour were top notch.
- 4/5
The property it self was good, but the surrounding area lots of homeless camped and walking around making it feel unsafe!
- 3/5
My room had bugs and had to move to another room
- 1/5
I booked two nights in the beginning after those two days where over I booked a additional day however I shouldn’t have done that added that extra day… I don’t know what it is but the staff is entirely tooo freaking nosie..::
- 3/5
Happy hour certainly lacked luster, food was bla and boring along with the drinks that were weak and tasteless
- 5/5
Staff was great, water upon checking in was a nice treat!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 1/5
Everything about this hotel was terrible. They moved me to 3 different rooms with the same issues .If I had paid the hotel directly I would have
- 5/5
Excellent service overall!! Keep it up!
- 1/5
Spacious but their TV service did not work so we didn’t stay.
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
The staff was not friendly. The hotel clean but when we arrive tv did not work. The breakfast theie was nothing to shout about. Overall the stay was good for the price.
- 3/5
The common areas were very hot as were the rooms. The sleeper sofa was thin, worn and extremely uncomfortable.
- 1/5
There were unseen bugs in our room. My wife woke up in the morning with itchy bug bites on her legs. There were also some areas in our room that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
- 2/5
It would’ve been nice if we were able to get tv or at least one channel… no tv. The dinning room tables were soo sticky my Styrofoam plate stuck to it. There seemed to be only one cart to transport luggage in and out on so you had to lift for yourself.
- 1/5
When we arrived, we were notified at 10:30 at night that the TVs do not work. We travel a few hours to get there. So who has time to go look for another room with their disabled parents. Come to
- 2/5
The pool was dirty, with hair, murky water, and even dead coach bugs. The basement parking garage smells of trash, and the facility in general has a musty odor.
- 2/5
Always try to stay at Embassy Suites, but this property was a disappointment. While front desk staff and housekeeping were accommodating, hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Learned upon arrival that TV cable/satellite was out and remained out our entire 3 day stay. AC did not cool very well, shower leaked due to not being fully enclosed and ice maker out of order on our floor. Overall condition of property was below Hilton and Embassy Suite standards.
- 5/5
This hotel was recommended by a friend and im glad she recommended it, it was one of the best hotels i stayed in, its unique, comfy, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful, it was kind of hot in there but only cause of texas heat but my room was cool i just left curtains closed and lights off and room stayed cool, i did not want to leave lol i will be staying again!
- 4/5
I enjoyed the room layout of this property. It is located near the highway, but up the road are lots of places to eat and shop, and it's not too far from downtown. It is convenient to get on and off the highway. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast and pool area.
- 4/5
You really gotta watch out in the parking garage at this location. It was built in a far away time where there was no standard on height clearances or number of vehicle-destroying concrete pillars. It was $100 for a room and $1000 for a collision deductible :-/
- 2/5

One of the elevators had one door, the rest had two.

OLD ROOMS OUTDATED
- 3/5
Was very nervous about leaving my car. Went to front desk to get extra shampoo and conditioner. The guy took the guy behind me first. Even though I had been standing there way longer. He didn’t have conditioner. But had it delivered to my room on a timely manner. Upon checking out I asked for receipt. And the guy basically refused to give me one. I asked multiple times. For people who are on a business trip. A receipt is a must! It’s almost as though he didn’t have a printer to print my receipt.
- 1/5
This hotel is a mess. The AC in thr common areas is either broken or doesn't work well. There are obvious leaks in the atrium cieling. The back door key card pad doesnt work but they encourage you to park back there. We had a brown gooey leak from the in-room bar sink and found a roach. We didnt even stay the whole night it was so bad. The only bright side is that the staff was understanding and super helpful allowing us to cancel our stay. I honestly felt bad for them because they were very professional and dont deserve that working environment. We love Embassy Suites but this was a huge letdown.
- 3/5
Very large hotel located in an unattractive area. The pool water was cold and the overall atmosphere felt a bit run-down. On the plus side, the room was spacious.

Quick unexpected trip to Dallas needed a hotel specifically in this area. Photos looked nice - real place is old, dingy, dirty. Breakfast tables are all gross and sticky due to some paint issues. Carpets in room are gross. Bathrooms have dirty corners, tiles broken. Curtains in the room are brown when the morning sunlight hits. Lamps in the room are slanted loose and toppling. I could probably think of more but I so was worried my kids would get bed bugs and just grateful we didn't. Also if you park in the back the door doesn't work so you have to walk around the hotel...not great if you have lots of luggage or kids. Or it's late and the whole area smells like trash and weed.
- 1/5
Upon arriving to our room, we found hair and dirt in the bathtub. It was addressed and they did come and clean it. The air conditioner, then proceeded to not work correctly as well as the refrigerator. They were able to get the refrigerator, but every night was extremely hot, Hott and muggy in our room. The tables for the common area where you eat the complementary breakfast were disgustingly dirty to the point that my purse and both of our plates stuck to the table. When walking on the upper floors and looking down, you could visibly see that the tables had not been cleaned properly and that there were rings and stickiness and grime all over them. There were not enough staff present to even address this or to ask them to clean the tables. There was no manager on duty during our stay there as well. Overall, I would say this place is not worth staying at.
- 1/5
Management rude had to ask for towels four times
- 1/5
Evening drink with snacks
- 1/5
Do not recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Hotel was hit soon as you walk in. It didn’t look like most Embassy Suites.
- 1/5
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Very dirty and house kepwe did not clean my room dor entire two days. When i went to front desk to ask, staff told me rooms are not required to be cleaned everyday and I was in shock. Inside room was unkept with old furniture, toilet tank was broken as you can see in the picture. Neighborhood is bad with people in close ny motel loitering . I was in a hury and didn't read review before book.
- 3/5

DO NOT STAY HERE. came to town for my husbands back surgery….. spent one night here with little to no air conditioning my feet sticking to the floor the elevator smelled like urine. The tables at breakfast were sticky….. the night of his surgery we were at hospital and came back to the sewer backing up and blowing up through the drain in the sink of the kitchenette. GROSS I did not stay there after that even though I COULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK.

I went to the front desk trying to book two additional nights and the lady told me to get in the back of the line (after I already waited patiently). Waited

Dont stay here, breakfast was terrible, room phone didnt work, no shower water pressure, no internet, no parking, entry doors didnt work, bed smelled like B.O. no attendant at check in. Evening staff was rude. Restaurant food was lacking selection, pool was dirty. Ill never stay at another Embassy Suites. Motel 6 would have beat it for half the price.
