The facility and the staff were excellent. I thought it was very overpriced but we needed to be downtown so that seemed to be the best available option. But that doesn't diminish the quality of the facility and the courtesy of the staff. The price

I like how it’s walking distance to everything, especially when we went to the concert. It was just two blocks over. Can’t say anything I didn’t like about it. I thought it was a nice place .

We had a disappointing start to our trip. The room we were given had stains on the carpet, a bathtub that was peeling and chipping, and a bathroom door that was so difficult to slide open my husband had to help me get in and out. We went back down to the front desk looking for a resolution, and explained that we had booked a room with a shower not tub, and explained the other issues. Brie on front desk said she could not help, hotel is over booked and we booked this room through a third party. Went back upstairs, we felt deflated that this is were we would have to stay. I wanted to leave, my husband and i went back down and requested again is there a way to change tomorrow, the answer, no. Went a third time, spoke with different person Megan, who tried to offer hope and said she could move us the next day ,which they did, to the room i had originally booked, much better condition. The next day when we got back to our room at 5pm after asking for room cleaning that morning, it still had not been cleaned. We went down and spoke with manager Juan Martinez, he was excellent. Listened to all the issues we had since arrival, identified the problems, offered solutions and apologized. Finally felt seen and heard after a rough start. The rest of our stay was comfortable and well run. Jon at Moonsong restaurant was friendly and helpful, Jamie at Urban Oak roof bar was excellent.

Just a quick overnight stay in a one bedroom suite. Great central downtown raleigh location. Close to local events and concert venues. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Both property and room were very well maintained. Bustling rooftop bar and delicious breakfast (my favorite part). Only thing we were missing was room service.

The rooms were so big and spacious. The beds were sooooo comfortable. I slept so go. I never moved, I never tossed & turned. I rested so well in this bed. That was the highlight. The ambiance of the hotel was also top tier. The shower could have had better water pressure. They did not have a ironing board or iron in the rooms. They do however have a powerful steamer. They supplied a iron and ironing board upon request.

I had an amazing stay! The ladies at the reception desk were warm and helpful and the bar staff were so nice! Our room was beautiful and clean! I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were really clean, but the breakfast was pretty awful

All great except air conditioning was antique design. Controls were terrible, very late responding and low mount caused direct air blowing on bed

Be prepared to pay for parking. Fantastic location and stay!

the hotel is situated in a very quiet but central area and the stay was very good
