Modern updated room. Great hotel vibe, even the quirky squirrel. Great location. Comfortable room and bed. Nice shower.

The hotel is quiet and very conveniently located (20 mins walk from convention center and a stones throw from several breweries). The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and have good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a.nice bar area and dining section that looked nice. The only limitations is that the rooms are small and don't come with a chair or space to work/eat. The gym is in the basement oddly located past the housekeeping work space and is relatively minimally equipped.

After a very disappointing start to our trip, this hotel completely turned things around for us. We arrived late at night without a reservation after having to walk out of an apartment rental due to its condition, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The gentleman at the front desk could not have been kinder. He was incredibly understanding and even upgraded us to a larger bed, which was so appreciated after such a stressful evening. One thing I have to mention is how amazing the hotel smelled. Every single time we walked in or out, I would stop for a second just to take it in. The staff at the front desk noticed how much I loved it, and by the end of our stay they were actually waiting for me with the brand name and scent information they use throughout the hotel. Such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was also excellent — honestly some of the best meals we had during our stay in Raleigh. The staff there were equally wonderful. One of the servers was so kind and even offered to help us with a later checkout because she knew we had time to kill before leaving town. Overall, this hotel gave us exactly the comfort and hospitality we needed after a rough start to our trip. Every employee we interacted with was genuinely warm and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here, and we will absolutely return the next time we visit Raleigh

+ My room had a pleasant, unique character with different textures and styles. Everything was clean and functioned properly. - I was told that the parking fee to the adjoining garage would be covered, but a $40 fee was charged to my card and never reimbursed.

We came in late after a concert at the Walnut Creek ampitheater. The staff were friendly, everything was clean and the parking garage was right next door. A bar across the street. Beds were not very comfy and very small rooms but fine for one night

The hotel was perfectly located for a night on the town. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff all treated us well during our stay. There were no complaints about the room; it was pretty clean and mostly quiet. We enjoyed the live music during brunch before we checked out.
