Loved that it was a suite, not just a room. Bad bug in first room we were assigned. 2nd room had a bit of a water issue with bathtub shower getting beyond the curtain and running on the floor.

Good The general manager, Chris Owen should have responded to a request for a call when I had come out of my bathroom after a morning shower on the 5th floor to see a man on a crane in the window. He never called me when requested. I had to call him when leaving. He was not apologetic or even interested. He said he’d give me some Hilton points. Not necessary. I moved to a Marriott in Cary. How would he feel if his 70 year old mother was subjected to that. Additionally, the curtains needed to be open because there was hardly any lighting in the room. When I asked for a desk lamp I was told they didn’t have any. I’d have to buy one myself. After the above described shock the housekeeper found a lamp for me. Not impressive performance. I’ve been in many Hilton’s. This one didn’t measure up.

Suite was perfect for my family. Hotel was clean staff were friendly and helpful breakfast was included (I would change a few things on the menu) patio outside for sitting smoking area small outdoor pool I would definitely stay here again

The was amazing and pleasant. Ms Key was very helpful at check in. The room had a for of old cigarette smoke and we weee traveling with a newborn infant. Also, not directly the hotels issue, but customers we consistently out in the parking lot smoking marajuana and there was strong stench in the air our entire stay. It seems like staff should have made contact with the other customers and asked them to refrain. One individual was in a red Jeep and there were different people smoking marajuana in it every time I went outside. I found it offensive, especially since they were always occupying a handicap spot and I had to walk through their smoke with my baby every time we went outside.

The room that we had was very clean, but small. Difficult to get in and out of very small shower/toilet area. Several outlets did not work well. Light switches were at strange places. No built in closet- had a freestanding one. Was not long enough for my maxi dresses. Thank you for your very friendly and helpful staff.

The only complaint I have is that my television kept losing signal therefore going black. It was very frustrating when trying to watch a game 7 NBA playoff game but overall, its a nice place to stay. If do it again.

Kitchen staff was very nice, Grits were excellent. room was clean but found things in the floor from previous guess like hair pens and hair in shower etc. TV in bedroom did not work. Tech. never came but was compensated by front desk. over all I will stay again and advise friends and family.

Whoe ever heard of a hotel room without a full-length mirror? or a hotel breakfast with no fruit of any kind?
