    Information said there was a free breakfast but there was not. The room was as pictured in the photos. The kitchen area was old and fridge freezer didn't really freeze well. There is nothing provided in the kitchen beyond appliances and all the cabinets are empty. The bathroom was very nice and recently remodeled except the shower was not very strong.

    The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked where the smoke was coming from. There were no staff around for this- apparently the front desk closed at night and doesn’t open until 9 am. It was pet friendly from what I saw ( I have no pets) but that had its trade offs- another guest refused their stay after getting a room that was not in great shape after a long term resident with pets had occupied. And apparently the fire alarm thing had just happened about a week ago as well. I just packed up my stuff and left after those 5am alarm since sleep was out of the question after that. It is highly unlikely I would ever return to this hotel and I would not recommend unless you need a long term, bare minimum place to rent. But not for a weekend stay.

    Dirty room, zero house keeping, charge for towels, linen for sofa bed, calls to front desk, fire alarm kept going off at 5am and it was very loud. No coffee or anything offered go somewhere else if you can.

    I was very surprised. The facility was very run down. The room had a kitchenette absolutely no items to use in the kitchen. No mugs no glasses no plates no silverware. Nothing to make coffee or tea not even a roll a paper towels. The best thing about my room was the bed. I will never book there again.

    Arrived for a pre-booked room, was told it was the last room, tried to charge me more, was a handicapped room complete with the seat in the shower, but the hand-held shower just dangled from the wall. There was a residue of duct tape on the shower wall where prior attempts to hold the shower head were made, the base was filthy complete with hair, dirt, and an empty paper from the soap. The sink also had hair. The carpet was disgusting. With socks on, I could feel the crud in the carpet. Bed was clean..I think. No night manager at 11pm and gated closed front desk. No one available at 6 am either. Couldn't shower for an event. Had to go gross for a business event. Embarrassing. No one has returned call or email regarding refund.

    The second floor smelled like cigarette smoke or marijuana as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. The room smelled like it had been smoked in recently. There were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink and I found a half-smoked cigarette butt lying in the hallway floor. The rooms really need a good cleaning. I found hair on the sheets and under the blankets, and several areas in the floor which let me know it had not been mopped recently. The beds were comfortable, which for what I wanted was good enough. Cleanliness and the all-around smell of cigarette smoke everywhere I went were The areas which need the most attention.

    We got there at 9pm for a one night stay, got given a room, and when we went to said room some guy was just furiously masterbating in said room, go back down, get new room, new room had no towels, rags, ok go to desk, desk is closed called the line for the hotel service, absolutely rude service from them blaming us for not having the hotel room ready, got towels and rags from the wonderful manager there, no soap, shampoo or anything go through that whole process again, but the person on the phone was even worse honestly wouldn’t stay here again .

    We checked in, the room was missing bedding for the sofa bed. Called front desk, they took care of it right away. The hallways had an odd nasty smell to them. The GFI outlet in the bathroom was broken and we forgot to notify the front desk, so if you read this, the outlet buttons were cracked and not functioning. Otherwise the room was clean, and did not smell. We only spent time in the room to sleep as we were attending a family function in the area. It was satisfactory for our visit. Thank you

    Too far from business retreat. Could have at least one knife, fork and spoon to handle takeout. I was not in House enough to warrant purchasing plate/utensil package. Had good bed and good TV. Wireless was sketchy within the apartment.

    If you enjoy having to do everything yourself to get any service in a hotel, and like a hotel that has zero amenities, then this hotel is for you. This is our second time here, because of its convenient location and cheap price. During this stay, they have taken away the primitive " grab and go breakfast" they served last time. There is no more coffee in the lobby. The in-room kitchen has nothing - no water kettle, coffee maker, cups or glasses. There is no tissue box. Rely on toilet rolls if you need. The television was not working. I approached the front desk and they couldn't do anything, apart from giving the phone number of the service provider. I had to call them myself to trouble shoot. I spent 10 minutes talking to them, finally discovering that the cable connector in the wall has come loose. Isn't this the job of the hotel staff? When it comes to toiletries, the only item present was a single soap. No shampoo or body wash. There is no hair dryer, I had to walk over to the front desk to get one. I understand the hotel is seriously under staffed, but none of this is excusable. I would never stay here again.

    Our bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to ask for a trash can and reservations was made for 3. But they only wanted to gave us 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. When asking for a towel and wash cloth for the third person we were told they may have to charge. I had to explain that we had a reservation for 3 and they even copied our drivers license. He ended up giving us the towel and bath cloth but I felt like l should not have had to explain.

    I book a non-smoking room but was given a room filled with weed smoking odor and the carpet is moldy and smelly. I requested to change room and was told all the rooms are the same condition. I called Expedia and was told to call back in an hour. I called back several time and the answers are the same "call back in an hour". I had to go to another hotel.

    The service was bad from the start. I was charged again for a room that was already paid for online so I had to get that charge reversed. We dropped off our stuff and went to an event we had planned. We saw that the trash can still have a couple items in it. Then we opened up a cabinet drawer to find trash left inside of it. When we came back in for the the night and turned down our bed we found dirty laundry stuffed under the bed. Disgusting!!! Then when we approached the staff about the issues, they acted like it was no big deal and just moved us to another room. I feel like we should be entitled a full refund because it was very uncomfortable to stay after that and no one in our party got a good night of sleep!

    I had to wait at the front desk to check in for a good bit but i was alerted to why by a fellow guest so that didnt bother me much. The staff was friendly. But this place definitely needs upgrades and repair. The elevator sounds horrible. The room looked presentable until i went to turn the shower on which displaced hair on the shower floor that i didn't see originally. Because of that, i skipped the shower. I didn't complain to the front desk because I just wanted to go to sleep. The bed was okay. Price was economical.

    First arriving I was greeted in a professional way and didn’t take long for me to get checked in at the hotel. Upon finding my room both key cards wasn’t working properly so I had to go back to the front lobby to get another set but once I was able to get into my room I noticed brown markings on the toilet lid. Reported it to the front lobby and they apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to correct the problem right then. Leaving in the morning I was greeted properly and felt the positive energy amongst the workers.

    This hotel was booked to stay overnight for basketball game 2hrs away from home. Got to hotel about 11:30pm to check in. First room we walked in hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping, trash and sheets all over floor. Second room we went to was in use (door locked from inside). Third room only had one bed not the two we booked and finally we got to fourth room which was okay. Traveling with 3 kids and all they was ready to do was eat and lay down at midnight we just stayed. Sink water hotter than the shower water. Checked out about 10am and front desk what room was I checked in and I was still listed under the first dirty room we walked into. Left message with front desk about concerns and that I would like to request a refund and was told the manager should be in soon and would call. No call yet.

    Check in was simple but not friendly. Felt like I was taking up their personal time. Since I had booked the room using a discount app you’d think they’d be less annoyed. The following morning when I came in after my night shift I inquired about extending my stay another day. I couldn’t remember my room number and I was treated as if I was trying to steal something from them or impersonate an “actual” guest. Finally once I had been vetted, I was told that they couldn’t extend my stay at the front desk, that I would need to do that thru the app where I had initially booked the room. Fair enough. This morning upon arriving, I stopped to grab some coffee from the free continental breakfast and found there no coffee. Someone from the maintenance staff saw me and apologized for having no coffee, but that he was brewing another pot. He then began to gossip with the front desk girl.She chimed in commenting on my clothing and a “you couldn’t tell” comment ,referring to my choice of attire . The maintenance man then replied his feeling towards people like myself, to which her response favored his view and they carried on and on. I am transgender. What’s important for hotels.com to understand is this isn’t ok. It isn’t their fault but there should be an additional stamp of approval made visible for those that identify under the LGBTQ+ banner that this establishment is a safe space for them. For context, I was wearing yoga pants and a zip hoodie. I looked damn good,

    I like the full kitchenette and the large desk, but the holel needs a bit of upgrading. The TV is small, and they still use CFL bulbs. There is no bedside USB charging station and I couldn’t find a trash can anywhere. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t terribly bad. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature setting was pleasant.

    Got a room for the night. Bathroom counter was covered in hair they didnt wipe anything down. Then the bathroom sink clogged. Asked if we could move rooms instead they semt someone to repair it.     I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy! I made reservation for 5 days. I stayed 1 night, I would have left the same day if I could have gotten a room somewhere else. The room I had did not have a working microwave, inroom phone there were wires hanging our of the wall socket 3 or the 4 lamps didn’t work. The property is old and run down.

    The gym is two exercise machines in a room facing the elevator, so everyone can watch. The elevator sounds like it’s dying. The room itself is extremely outdated with the oldest stove I’ve ever seen. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way without forcing it. The lights flickered in the room. The Wi-Fi would always drop. I can deal with all of that but, I cannot deal with the fact they have roaches.

    Cleanliness of the room and common areas needs attention. Carpet was stained and not cleaned, bathroom toilet and sink area was dirty, the elevator was not clean. There was nobody at the check-in desk when we arrived and they appeared from the elevator. Not having someone at the primary entrance to the property was a concern. The location is good, however they need to step up their game in order to be competitive with surrounding properties in the area.

    After several hours w no power I asked to cancel/ get a refund for our pre paid 2nd day so that we could go to a hotel that had power & was told natural disasters were non refundable, period. The next morning at 10am (still no power) the VERY RUDE Front desk lady would not allow me to speak w her manager…I was told “she didn’t work weekends & was at home sleeping” & that I could only e-mail her, which I did w no response whatsoever. The rude Front desk clerk refused to connect me w anyone in charge & kept repeating “natural disasters were non refundable”. I informed her that was STEALING my money from me since I was not getting what I paid for - to which she replied “there was nothing she could do” & “she wasn’t going to discuss it w me any further”. To top it off, the room was disgustingly filthy w a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly & dead bugs in the cabinets. Sleeping outside would have been preferable to this overpriced trashy hotel!

    Room was huge but needed updating and a better cleaning. Exterior of the fridge was nasty. No kitchen utensils/coffee maker but I arrived too late to request them per the card on the counter. Those things should be there when you arrive in an extended stay situation. Breakfast on the go was much too scant. Poor offerings, no flavor choices. Not worth it.

    The receptionist was not friendly. I stayed there 7 years ago without issues. Yesterday was a whole different story. The whole 3rd floor smelled, including our room, with an oil based food smell. The receptionist was unfriendly and made it seem like we were bothering her when we checked in. The hotel is run-down, door handle missing on the door going up the stairs, heavily stained carpet, the toilet wasn't working properly, not an inviting environment at all. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel.

    I did NOT get to stay, but I was charged anyway. I made several (10) phone calls to the property to cancel and the line was never answered. Then I called Expedia’s call center and they directed me to the property’s call center again and I was told it was taken care of and canceled, and I would NOT be charged but the next morning I was charged anyhow

    Oh my God worst hotel ever when they say extended stay you don’t wanna extend your stay you want to turn around with your bags and run for the hills that place was absolutely horrible that hotel is like one that you would see in a horror movie so take my word for it you do not want to stay there ever The bathroom oh my god absolutely horrible it looked like it being clean but it damn sure didn’t smell like it being clean I understand that place is a short staffed I get that but that was unacceptable horrible absolutely horrible terrifying stinking stitch dirt around the base of the shower mold,old stinky mildewed shower seat this is not a place you want to stay if I could give it double zero I would

    The hotel say was disappointing. Upon entering, the hallways wreaked of smoke to the degree it was seeping into the room through a closed door. The hallways also looked as if they haven't been vacuumed in weeks. The staircase and elevator were also hot and dirty. Inside the room, the bathroom fan did not work and the smoke detector was hanging freely from the ceiling. There was no hangers in the closet, or extra blankets. The AC unit was ridiculously loud, the fridge looked as if someone previously had spilled water or the fridge itself was leaking. There was no plastic bag over the TV remote and I found trash from the previous guest. All together, it was livable for the small amount of time I spent in the room, but I will not be returning or recommending until major changes are made.

    Started off upon arrival, the clerk sitting watching TV acted bothered that I was checking in. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the parking lot and the then in hotel hallways. There was an attempt to cover the smell with a weak air freshener. Outside my window there was a group of people making noise all night long making sleep impossible. The room smelled as if the carpets hadn’t been changed or cleaned in over 10 years. Water pressure ridiculously weak. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

    The first thing was it was very difficult to find the hotel. My GPS drove me around in circle The second, unfriendly desk clerk, room had dead roaches on floor, no toilet paper on roll. very limited breakfast food. Grits and Oatmeal were all, no bowls to make grits in, no orange juice, a few unidentified muffins, luke warm water to make grits or oatmeal in, and no bowls to mix it up in. No fruit, but some granola bars and lukewarm coffee. Very disappointing experience. The thing that REALLY got me was having to pay $102.00 for one night, and it was not acceptable. The sheets looked like someone had already slept on them, dirty floor in room, dog barking all night, people walking and stomping overhead, talking very loud going up and down the halls. Window left open in window, and I didn't know it until the next day when I opened the blinds before I was checking out. A very bad experience. I usually alway stay in Choice Hotels, and have NEVER had any problems, they have a great breakfast, clean sheets, and their prices aren't even as high as this hotel. Just a total disappointment. I would rather have my money back and find a much better place to stay!

    Not clean, no hair dryer, no kitchen accessories, would not let me preview room after arrival. Actually spent one night but moved to another place. Did not request refund so paid for 2 places. Not recommended at all!

    The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Shower had very little water pressure and the coating was peeling from the tub surround. The kitchen was not stocked with even basic supplies and the microwave was dirty.

    It was terrible experience door was broken tried going in the keys wouldn’t work I went to the front desk and the police was called very unprofessional I lost my shoes in there and my car keys I had a very ruff time and I very horrible night the people staying at the hotel where doing Wierd activities it was a complete waste of time and money
