While we only stayed one night, I was pleased with the cleanliness and quality of the room.

The staff was excellent. Nice having the restaurant there, as well as the options across the street. Alarm clock in my room went off very early, although I did not set it; I thought it was the smoke alarm, and that caused a bit of a problem. Would recommend a few mats for the fitness room - that is one hard floor for stretching or situps.

Hotel was clean, staff was kind and helpful, bed and pillows were fine, seemed quiet to me. However, internet access requires joining their rewards program. I was tired, it was late in the evening when I got there and I just wanted to check and respond to a few emails. No complimentary coffee or breakfast items, so bring your wallet. I should have stayed at Hampton Inn or similar. For $179 for the night I expected a little more.

Staff were courteous and warm. Your description stated breakfast included, however, we were advised that was not true. VERY limited Bistro availability, with no evening hours on Sunday forced us to make other arrangements. Hotel is an older building, elevator didn’t always work smoothly. It was close to all events we were in town for.

Pluses include: There was plenty of parking. There was a steel bar for the glass door leading to the patio which could trap guests on the patio. The TVs in the common area near the bar received dozens more channels of higher quality than the TVs in the rooms. The

The reception staff did not attend promptly, and gave us a room on the ground floor. When we requested a higher floor, she gave us a room for the disabled without notifying us.

We got a room on the first floor close to pool and walk out from our room. Room was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very nice, no complaints.

This was a very nice property. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was Central to everywhere we needed to be. The staff here was exceptionally accommodating. The breakfasts in the morning and the evening menu with a bar were perfect. The whole area was fantastic and we will be back.

My husband and I stay at Marriott hotels a lot because they have the best bedding and I never worry that the rooms will be clean. I was surprised to see our bathroom had gobs of dirt and hair in the corners of the floor. There was a cricket hiding in there and drips of dirty liquid on the top of the baseboard. In the lobby, the air vents had BLACK smoggy dirt or mold or both caked on to the vent covers. There was spilled coffee from the windowsill down to the floor that no one cleaned up in the three days we were there. There was a fire alarm going off at 4am and we had to go seek a firefighter to tell us what was happening. There were no staff people that we saw to help us. There was a dead animal smell in our hallway and the side door we used only worked sometimes. We were very disappointed.

We had a wonderful night. Saw a concert at Koka Booth and enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. We especially enjoyed the outdoor access from our room. We will definitely be returning!

Easy part first, nothing not to like about this property. The whole property was spotless. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Plaza across the street (within walking distance) had quite a bit of options for dining and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

For a Marriott with not a cheap rate as a customer you have higher expectations.

We chose this site as it was close to a family member nearby, and was reasonably priced. The staff was very accommodating as we had a family emergency in the middle of our stay and we had to alter our reservations a bit. The desk staff was very helpful with our situation.

Check in was a little rocky, and there was a ton of hair left in the floor of the bathroom. Additionally, I could hear every word and action occurring in the adjoining room next door. Otherwise it was a decent place and conveniently located. Morning staff was fantastic - evening, not so much.

The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I had difficulty with the room key, trying to enter the side door from the parking lot and again when trying to enter my room. Toni came to the rescue and all was resolved. I enjoyed my overnight stay very much and would stay here again.

Friendly and professional staff all around. Nice lobby and courtyard but rooms could use an upgrade or maybe at a minimum remove popcorn ceiling and textured walls. But that is cosmetic only as the room was very clean and well appointed. I was surprised that the TV only had 4 app options with no ability to download my favs or cast a show from my iPhone.

Nothing special about the property except walkable to a great pub restaurant. Breakfast was not buffet - could only select specific items available in restricted categories. Staff were great.

We saw very little of the hotel because this was a quick in, quick out stay. Certainly not a Ritz-Carlton but clean, quite and comfortable.

Plenty of parking but filled up totally as the night went on. There was a lot of hallway noise until about 1am when it quieted down. Thankfully the A/C was insanely loud and clunky so it drowned out basically any other sounds. The bed was very firm and well used. The noise, a/c and the underwhekmubg bedding beds were the main issues. The shower floor was also well used and stained from wear. Room was clean and well prepared by housekeeping. There were no problems, so we were satisfied as we only stayed one night. Didn’t make use of any breakfast offered, so can not speak on that.

They had a coffee pot in room which I never like that coffee. I surprised to find they didn’t have free coffee in the lobby area in the morning but you could BUY it. That’s enough for me not to go back.

We chose the property because of offered a bar/restaurant as one party member had mobility issues only to find out at check in that both are closed. Checked in to our room to find what was at worst blood or at best vomit sprayed across the shower door. Followed up with hotel management who took the time to copy and paste an insincere message that could've applied to any situation. There are lots of places to stay in Cary NC is recommend finding another one.

Had to ask for extra services I needed, but they came through. Great lobby with small seating cubbies and TVs. Pretty weird that they shut down Bistro for holidays so I had to go offsite for food and drink. At least there was a market in lobby.

Front desk was very nice. The beds were not as comfortable and the sheets were a bit hard, but overall it was good.

We had an accessible room but the bed was too high for my husband, in wheelchair, to get into without me having to push and pull him. The bathroom was perfect and the room large. The listing did not say there was room cleaning only twice a week and i was very upset about this, especially when it didn't get cleaned on the day I was told it would. When i complained, the front clerk said she would send sheets and i could make our bed . I said i expected them to do this. We left the hotel for dinner and returned to find entire room clean and bed made. And they cleaned room the next day too. I thanked them and left maids a decent tip. I think hotel listings should warn you about these things and that accessible rooms should always get daily cleaning. After i complained, then thanked, drsk clerk, she was sweet. Also, the egg burrito for breakfast was excellent.

First time here and wonderful experience

There was trash in the trash cans. There was no lotion, face cleaners, and no bags for the trash cans or ice bucket! Bathroom was dirty.

Didn’t like having to stand in line and order breakfast then wait on it because Starbucks is in the lobby instead of at least fresh coffee and a continental breakfast to grab when you need to get traveling.

Excellent choice, vibe, and stay. The manager at this hotel is wonderful.

Room was clean, the staff were knowledgeable about the area and eager to point out areas of interest. Not much noise outside the hotel, although the room walls are thin so you can hear others in the next room and the hallway. But overall a solid place to stay, especially if you want to keep to a budget.

We were late checking in. I called the property to let them know we were on the way. We went to wrong location, and when we finally arrived the manager greeted us very warmly.

My only complaint was the HVAC. It was hard to regulate the temperature. 75* was too hot and 74* was too cold. And the unit was very noisy...

The hotel was just loud; could hear the person’s TV on next to me. Ladies, for safety you need to make sure you know that all the rooms have balconies or patios. I wouldn’t have stayed alone there if I’d paid attention to the description.

We were placed in room 133- right by exit door so we heard people coming in and going out all through the night. Each night. So we didn’t sleep well. Every thing else was good.

Rooms need to be updated. Looks worn. Would be best to remove carpet.

For a handicap room the bed was too high. Hard to get into or sit on. Could have used a dry bench in the bathroom to get dressed.

Not having daily service without requesting it is terrible. You have to go and get your own towels and remember to do so after a very long day, trash not being emptied each day unless you request it makes it feel like self service. Don't like the new way of hotel service
