The location was great and the hotel was very clean

This was a great stay other than charging $10.00 for overnight parking. Parking fee should had been included. Room was wonderful! Breakfast was just okay.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was so large and luxurious. The beds were so comfortable and soft! Nothing.

Tru is my favorite place to stay when I am in Portland. This time I was flying out of pdx and their staff was very accommodating and helpful getting me to and from the airport!

The room was stuffy. There was not enough soap in handsoap. I forgot my razor and nobody called me about it or emailed me. Their was a spider on the bath tissue. The pancake machine was broke. Not enough options for breakfast.

Downside: if you’re not driving, nowhere to eat for lunch or dinner. Offerings in the lobby are hilariously expensive ($10 for a beer that should be $4 at best) Call for Uber eats to save $.
