Good breakfast and coffee in real mugs

This property needs a computer/printer station for air travelers. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Very clean, staff was very professional and courteous. I do think that it was ridiculous to have to pay for parking.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was polite and accomodating. Bathroom was slightly dated and showed wear but clean.

We we're there for enough time to sleep and eat breakfast. That's it. Only 1 elevator, One VERY SLOW elevator. It's not a bad hotel and honestly, I would absolutely stay again for a night to be at an early flight. It's not the most comfortable, but far from the worst hotel I ever been at. It serves it's main purpose and that's proximity to PDX. Price is good. Pull the trigger as long as you are searching for luxury.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet, slept good. Bathroom doors are peeling like wall paper-would suggest using more quality doors. Other than that a good place to stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and we'll maintained, plenty of parking available, approx. 7 mins from the airport, has an indoor pool, whirlpool, free breakfast, and is kid friendly.

There was a $10 charge for parking while staying in the motel that was not disclosed before arriving. The desk chair was broken and I was told there were no other chairs available.

** The overnight parking is $10 while you're staying overnight but $18 if you're not. *** The bed and bathroom were fine. The blackout curtain rods did not cover the window and left a 2 foot opening in the middle. I just used eye shades and it was okay. Also, only had decaf coffee in the room. Easy oversight.

Our room was clean. The staff was great. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave early. Our airport shuttle driver was very nice. We had a nice overnight stay.

The shuttle runs 24/7 which is extremely convenient. Costs $10 to park a car per night. Nicer hotel than the Tru or Red Lion right down the road. Breakfast is sit down buffet style. Menu is posted in elevator. Pool & hot tub open til midnight-excellent if you wanna relax before bed.

Flight left too early to get breakfast. Hotel shuttle was smooth. Fine for an airport overnight, but would not stay for vacation. Hallway carpet and room doors were in need of maintenance. Happened to get an ADA room, which I would use shower shoes for. For the price, pretty much what I expected, but I expected more based on number of Expedia stars. Stayed at a different hotel earlier in the week with the same 9.0 review and Country Inn & Suites was a big step down.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. She allowed us to check in a little early. She also recommended places to eat lunch that was near the hotel. We stayed one night I would recommend it.

We stay here whenever we need to use the airport. The staff are always great. The hotel is always super busy and parking can be interesting. The pool is awesome. The rooms are great with plenty of room. Have to pay to park of course. The shuttle is reliable.

My only concern of my stay was the amount of traffic from guests coming and going to the pool area. Having a early pickup at the airport sleeping was difficult. I contribute this to having the pool area open until 12:00am. Teens were going up and down the halls. I'd recommend at least a 10pm closure of the pool facility.

The room was good, and I liked the fact that the sink is outside the washroom. Hotel location is near the airport but is not walkable to other places, such as shops and restaurants. Most places are about a mile away. Breakfast was really robust with scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes and French toast. There were also lots of cold items - a great selection of everything.

I appreciate the clean room with extra towels. I loved the breakfast. Except that it seemed crowded on weekends and the waffle machine went out. But I tried them the next day after fixed it and I loved it. The workers were hard at working. I just think they need more staff the help with the kitchen. Especially on weekends. Everything was great overall. Thank you so much.

The rooms need some upgrades. I'm glad that the old hotel carpeting was taken out and replaced with a laminate flooring. The sink faucets were very difficult to turn on and off. I needed to use both hands and it took all my strength. A magnifying mirror at the sinks would have been nice. The sheer drapes were gone and not replaced, so it was either the blackout shades or an open window that people could look into. The free breakfast was just that, a free breakfast. The other guests were loud, knocking on our door and someone called the room at 2:00am. Although I was not impressed with the hotel, the staff was great. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. And lastly, normally when I check into a hotel I pay at check-out, not check-in. Maybe they thought we might try to check-out early.

The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes which was very convenient and why we picked the hotel. Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean and quiet.

We loved the grounds with lots of grass to walk our dog around. The breakfast was very good and thoughtful. The room had all we needed and the staff was super friendly. Love the little store in case you desire some wine after a long day. The only downside for me is the plane noise but the whole point was to be by the airport to get home after a hit excursion. They have no control over that but just mentioning for sensitive energy folks like me. Will def stay again when headed home from Portland. The shuttle driver was exceptionally kind and we enjoyed his recommendations for next time. Only the plane noise mostly in the morn. It also was the day after memorial day so maybe more busy.

The only thing we actually used was the shuttle service which was great to have in the middle of the night!

The only thing I didn't like was paying $10 a day for parking. So $20 added to the total bringing it to $300 for 2 nights which for being in that area of Portland is a lot.

Front desk was very helpful. We were flying out in the am. I was able to leave my car parked there for the 4 days I was gone. Made it very convenient. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport and then pick you up when you come back. Room was nice. Didn't have time to check out the pool and hot tub but next time we'll be sure to make some extra time. She also gave us a restaurant list in the area.

For an affordable one night stay before catching a flight it’s really hard to complain. Staff was polite and helpful during our late check in and the room was clean and comfortable. So close to the airport which made dropping off our rental car easy. Would recommend!

Stayed for one night. Carpet in the room was dirty but otherwise ok room. Front desk clerk forgot to give me my credit card back and did not bother to call the room or my cell to tell me I left it at the front desk. I discovered I do not have it after I left the hotel and was 30 minutes away. I called to ask if is there ,since it was the last time I used, it and they told me they have it. When I got there I asked why nobody call me to tell me they have it and the answer I got is that they don’t know??? They didn’t seem to care to much…I will not recommend it.

Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was adequate, the room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. My only knock was the $10 fee for parking. The add on the booking site said “self parking,” but did not say there was a fee.

I did not stay here. I had booked it, and told them I had a cat, but when I showed up, they said no cats, only dogs. It was almost 10PM, and I had to book another hotel.

Breakfast was excellent on the weekend, during the week more sparse. We used the hot tub which was well maintained and not crowded.

Carpet in my room looked iffy. I never took my socks off because I was leery. Needs replacing or cleaned. Air conditioning uni and fan out of order. It was too late to get fixed. They did say they would have maintenance check it. Staff were friendly.

Marked down rating because the hotel changed $10 to park my car over night. Either not clear on Hotels.com registration or I missed this charge. Either way, $10 extra to park at a motel?! I suggest that this charge be incorporated into per night charge.

It is an ok hotel, near the airport with not much around it. My stay was not good due to an interaction with a female front desk attendant May 14 @ 6 p.m. I had some questions about why my room was not cleaned. She was rude, disresectful and could not care less. Other hotel staff were fine but my experience with her soured my opinion of the hotel. Would not return there.

The breathless was excellent, swimming pool and hot tub were clean and functioning, and comfortable rooms. The parking was very challenging with few spaces available

Disabled travelers beware! I'm in a wheelchair and I had made a reservation for an ADA room a week ahead of time. They only had a non ADA room which was dangerous and difficult to use. Then, as almost worse, I looked forward relaxing in their pool but when I asked to be inserted into and removed from the pool with one of their two pool lowering machine were broken! I fell down the stairs trying to get in and it was debacle to get me out!

We swam with family we were visiting. The pool amd Hot tub were well maintained. I actually booked the wrong hotel so the overnight parking fee was a surprise. We could definitely hear planes in the day from our room but night time we heard nothing. Im pleased With this place

The hotel is a mile from Portland Airport and runs shuttles every 30 minutes; we walked right onto one. The shuttle drive was friendly and helpful, as was the desk clerk. The room was comfortable and laid out well. The one problem was that someone had clearly used the room since it had been cleaned. The bedspread had been lain on, the pillows were organized for watching TV, and there was trach in the basket. To their credit, the front desk staff was horrified when we told them. I suspect this was looked into that same day.

Checked out early morning

The pool and fitness center are open late until midnight, which is nice when you are busy all day, plus they have a late checkout at noon and free shuttles to the airport! Beautiful blooming azaleas everywhere.There is a full breakfast but nothing made to order, still lots of good options. The cons are: limited parking spots, bed was firm so not very comfortable to me, and the fan in the room blows out alternating cold and hot air to maintain temp instead of just shutting off. I kept getting cold from the air blowing on me. No fast food or markets in the immediate walking distance either, but they do have a limited convenience store.

Housekeeping was terrible. They don’t really clean. I was refused service. When I switched my room. They said they couldn’t get pancake mix off the carpet. I was there for more than a week. Never switched rooms.

The stay was going good until I looked to my right and the bottom of the couch was covered in mold with my young child being there.

We had to be out of room too early for breakfast, but the location was great. Bed was horrible, but would stay again.

Airport shuttle was helpful for me. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus. I found no restaurants for dinner within walking distance so that was inconvenient but overall a good quiet place to stay!

Parking should be included for overnight guests.

This is a great location if you need to be at the airport early. Takes maybe 5 minutes to rental car return and they have shuttles as well

The airport shuttle was great

The proximity of the airport is super convenient. Parking was easy, but they do charge $10 a night extra. The only downside was the door to our room was not the right fit for the doorway. There was large gap.

This is a perfectly good hotel at a fair price for Portland. Convenient to pdx, NE Portland, and not too awfully far from downtown. Breakfast is decent. Short on fruit. But hearty.

I absolutely love this hotel. The convenient location to PDX and the shuttle to/from is only one of the reasons. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is above standard and always delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling in/out of PDX.

The upholstery on the office chair was worn out. The carpet could’ve used a steam clean. Otherwise it’s perfectly adequate. Very conveniently located.

Very nice, clean hotel. Very personable staff. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've experienced. Extremely convenient location close to the airport. Complimentary cookies available in the lobby in the evening. Note: this hotel implements a $10 per night charge to park in their lot. I'm sure this is their way to supplement their income. I only wish this would have been revealed at time I made reservations.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. The best part is there is fly by noise of aircraft’s, while being located next to the airport. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a shuttle to the airport available 24 hrs a day !

We have stayed at this place several times before, leaving our vehicle there while we travel. I was told on the phone 1 price and confirmed it through the internet, but when we checked it was told that was no longer the case and they charged considerably more. Asked to speak to a manager, but none available. Breakfast had also changed considerably from before….very little to choose from. Was very disappointed and frustrated with this part of our trip.

Not really good soaps and shampoos, no lather. Good strong showers though

Additionally, the room was not clean. We found trash left behind by previous guests, which clearly shows a lack of proper housekeeping and hygiene. We also asked for a rollaway bed, and we were told that none were available. However, later we saw in the housekeeping area that they actually had many extra beds, at least around 20, but they simply refused to provide one to us. Overall, the service was very poor. There was a lack of customer care and no effort to resolve basic issues during our stay.

This is a great hotel right next to the airport very clean very green around it. They have a great breakfast actual breakfast short walk to the train to get you into downtown. Nice indoor pool. I’ve stayed here before with my family over 10 years ago and it’s the same great hotel.

The staff were all great, the rooms were nice and clean. The pillows were fluffy and comfy. The mattress was a bit hard for what I usually use but it was still comfortable. The breakfast was a buffett style with plenty to choose from and they replenished it well. It is so close to the airport that when your outside you feel like its landing on your head but inside its barely autable so they did a very good job sound proofing.

Great experience for an overnight stay near the airport

I will never stay here again.

I stayed there before a flight and tried to get extended state parking. They said they could not sell me extended state parking for the week which I had 2 night reserved on the way back at the same hotel after my trip. Because there wasn't enough parking spots, the parking lot was about half full at this time. When I returned from my trip, I went to find out that there wasn't any parking left and they told me to park on the curb. I told them I would be guaranteed to have a parking spot since they didn't sell their extended state parking to people who were not staying at the hotel come to find out. That was a lie. And they oversold their parking lot, leaving no parking for the people that actually rented their rooms. I basically couldn't leave the hotel for my 2 night stay after my trip. Because I would not have a parking area when I got back. Even though it was on a curb.

Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- .

They charge you park on the property which I think is deplorable. I can understand charging for leaving your car there but as a guest of the hotel??? Shame!

breakfast was bad, got there at 8:45 and the food was almost all gone, when mentioned to staff they said when it's gone it's gone.

Having to pay $10 a day for parking - as a guest - is unacceptable and will be a deciding factor if ever decide to stay there again.

Wonderful airport shuttle at 2:15 a.m and front desk so pleasant and made the check-in quick and efficient. The room was clean and perfect. So comfortable! 10/10 would stay again!

Nothing special about this place.

Also, thermostats have been "upgraded" to a centrally controlled digital modules, which reset to 74 degrees every few hours, turning your room into an unwanted sauna, and requiring you to get up in the middle of the night to reset the temperature.

Room was adequate, bed was firm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to/from airport on time. Older hotel with a few maintenance issues but overall great experience for great price.

Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fresh and the breakfast staff were thoughtful. Management is aware of a damaged floorboard by the elevator and probably has plans to repair it.

Needed the reservation for our daughter’s marriage in March. I accidentally booked the dates in April. Since I knew we had to be there for the wedding so clicked the no cancellation button. Then I realized instantly I had booked the wrong month. They would not allow a refund. Hotels .com did not allow it. I contacted them and they tried to get a refund however the manager refused. We live 1656 miles from Portland so the room remained empty for those days

Had a nice stay, too busy to use pool and breakfast but shuttle driver was very nice and upbeat/positive at 3am when having to drive us to the airport and load 6 bags into the vehicle!

Waffles were premade which was nice and kept people from piling up. However we booked a 2 queen bed and requested a crib and mattress for our 3 month old. We were told because we had two beds we didn’t need one, but could come back later that night and get one if we felt the need. Pool was dirty and hot tub wasn’t hot enough. We were also charged extra for a parking fee and animal fee that we were not notified about prior to booking. Laundry room was so load it sounded like it was in the room with us. Air conditioner was also very loud. No trash cans or water fountains. Had to go into weight room for both. Soda machine was $4 each.

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was fresh/hot with limited offerings. We booked for location and the pool. My grandkids loved the pool. I appreciated the book exchange in the lobby and yummy cookies on check in. I would stay there again.

We had an early flight and couldn’t enjoy the regular breakfast that started at 6 am. I was under the impression there would be a grab and go selection for those leaving before 6 am but nothing was available. Outside of this, for the price, it was still a good value based on location, safety and shuttle service.

I frequent Portland often and I definitely will not return back to this hotel.

The first room that was given to me at a terrible order and we had to sleep with the window open. The screen had a hole in it. The TV didn’t work either. The reception worker was amazing. She came up and sprayed the room with some of her fresh sense. She assured us that things will be corrected tomorrow and that’s exactly what happened.

The people above us were louder than the planes taking off. They literally sounded like an elephant stamping

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room as clean and laid out nicely. The floor were were on was very quiet. The shuttle drivers were very nice, drove well, and helpful.

Everything was great. From entering, the hotel is clean and organized and the staff always give exceptional hospitality. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and fully stocked with basic amenities.

We had to pay to park at the hotel overnight. No covered spots or valet, but still had to pay $10. I’d never seen that before. Additionally, we asked for, and the front desk granted us, a late checkout; however, they failed to inform their staff because no fewer than 6 calls/door knocks asked if we were ready to checkout in the morning.

I could have slept in my car on the freeway and had a quieter night. Complained to front desk by calling after the 5th wake-up from the people above and received a comforting “ok” from the girl. No sleep at all and somehow I got an extra $20 charge on top of it. Complained at check out about the noise along with 2 other families and received another “OK thank you”……I feel sorry for anyone needing sleep before their trip if you choose here. Also….breakfast was large but the dining room was so packed that you could not sit and eat. Staff: uncaring, Room: large, Breakfast: Great when you finally get in Comfort level: Zero

The staff was courteous and helpful but the room was tired and worn out. The water in the pool was kept warm so that was very relaxing. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working. It would have been nice to know before we booked our stay. As for the breakfast, it was not good at all. Every hot food item was cold and bland. I tried going for the French toast our second morning but it turned out to be a bad idea. My wife was smarter and waited to get something at Starbucks on our way back home. We both agreed that we wouldn't stop here again and will look for something further from the airport. It would seem that they figure that most people are just passing through so there is no need to do better..

Comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The television didn’t work the first day. I had to wait till the next day to report it as it was too late when I got back to my room that evening. The commode kept running if I didn’t wiggle the handle or actually take the back off and lift up the mechanism to have it quit running. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall, a good stay. I would stay again.

Breakfast was ok, very offensive to have a sign with ‘one plate per person’ only. Felt watched by whoever is in charge of the breakfast room. The cleaners were the nicest people. Will take my business somewhere else next time , where people are treated nicely .

The room was clean and the staff was polite. The coffee in the lobby was cold, breakfast was not available when we left the hotel at 6am. The hotel charged us an additional $14 per night to park on their property. We should have been made aware of this additional fee when booking.

24 hour airport shuttle and close proximity to PDX make it a great place to stay before/after flights.

My only gripe is it’s a machine and tastes funny. Be good to have a fresh pot of stumptown brewed for us needing to catch early flight. Can’t be that hard to get a large coffee thermos thingy brew the coffee dump it in and have it hot and fresh

Everything about this hotel is just okay, nothing exceptional. My room was clean and orderly. The staff is nice enough, but doesn’t appear to do anything with enthusiasm. Breakfast was edible. Two clear drawbacks: 1. The heater/AC was noisy — enough to disturb slerp, and 2. The toilet tended to run. Bottomline, If/when I return to Porltand, Oregon I will choose another hotel to stay.

We’d stay at least 2-3 times a year. Breakfast is warm and yummy. The only reason I deducted a star is because the 3rd floor we’re staying at smelled like pot. Other than that, everything is good.

We had been talking about swimming all day, and they were so excited. After driving an hour and a half, getting settled in, and getting them dressed in their swimsuits, we discovered a paper sign on the pool door saying it was closed. They were heartbroken, and both cried for quite some time. This was extremely upsetting for all of us, and it completely undermined the purpose of our stay. By the learned the pool was closed, it was too late in the evening to move to another hotel. Had I known, we would have booked our stay elsewhere. There was no notice anywhere—not on Hotels.com, not on the Radisson website, and nothing mentioned at check-in—despite the pool being featured prominently as a year-round amenity. And thats not all. When we went to our assigned room, the key would not open the door. When we went to the front desk to address the issue were told the battery in the lock was probably dead. However, we could clearly see a light on inside the room through the gap under the door, which made us uncomfortable since it appeared the room might actually be occupied. We then had to go to a different room, adding more inconvenience to the stay. Additionally, the floor in the room was sticky, and the food was barely above fast food quality. I sent them a message, no response!

Staff was quick to assist with thermostat and tv not working. Pool and hot tub was closed and undisclosed before booking room. Bummer when traveling with kids and it being the main reason we choose that hotel.

Everything was fantastic except the toilet. We had to flush five times after going number one. Room 212 needs a new toilet because I had to end up taking off the back and lifting the flapper manually so it would actually flush.

The free breakfasts are amazing! Great, yummy options to choose from. We travel with our Black Labrador Retriever and this a a very pet friendly hotel!! And the free shuttle to and from the airport is great! Love this hotel, the location and the staff. Always try and stay here on our travels. Thank you so much!!

Spot that many hotels do. Small bathroom but whatever. The inly things is provide more than a tiny bathroom trash can for the room. Bed was King and comfy, even good pillows. Good water pressure. And we really didnt feel like going out and peopling of any sort for dinner and was nice they had some microwave options and even beer/wine for sale there. Will stay again.

The staff was very helpful in getting me to the hotel when my car broke down in the cell phone waiting area. The breakfast was delicious and the shuttle drivers were very service oriented. I appreciated their help in a difficult situation.

Everything was really great besides sleeping above the kitchen. Every single morning around 5:30am they would start slamming the door under my room and it would jolt me awake. Not only that the music was really loud. Yes even at 5:30 am. Luckily I normally wake up around 6:50am and have younger children but it was a bummer I wasn’t able to sleep in. I don’t blame them fully because I could have asked to move but I wanted to stay near my family.

We didn’t stay. They didn’t disclose that the pool and hot tub were not available. This was our primary reason for coming, to have a fun little staycation. As I had prepaid for our room on a nonrefundable plan, I was out the price of the room. We would not have booked there had we known their pool was not operational. Very disappointing as I paid for two hotel rooms in two separate hotels.

Getting the airport shuttle to pick me up at the airport was a nightmare. I called ahead of time to make sure I had all of the details correct. I went to the correct location and called to let them know I was there, per their instructions. I verified exactly where I was and the receptionist said, "don't worry he will find out

This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport. The area is also nice because there are tons of dinner options close by. The rooms are clean, new and spacious. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. The person checking us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. However, hotel is near the airport, so there is pretty bad noise pollution from all the planes taking off. Also, we couldn’t get a shuttle from the airport even though we called twice, so we ended up walking 2 miles in pouring rain. Overall, the stay was ok, but getting there was pretty miserable.

Our stay was fine. The hotel is rather basic but comfortable, clean. Breakfast was outstanding! One complaint is that when checking in there is no parking provided near the entrance to park and go in to register. We came out to find that a notice was placed on our windshield like a ticket because we were not displaying a permit. There was a $10 a night charge for parking which we did not know about in advance, and they were very aggressive about checking for parking permits in the windshield. All was satisfactorily resolved but it added stress to our experiece.

The airport side of the Inn is a bit noisy during take off of jets but the room was clean and staff was polite & efficient. The only negative thing was that the light in the bathroom flickered so badly that it could give someone a seizure!!!

Chose this hotel for “getaway day” transportation security and it definitely delivered for that. Was very pleasantly surprised with the breakfast — had never seen chorizo at hotel breakfast free buffets before. The bathroom shower was the best I’ve seen for safety — multiple grab bars and a folding seat. We do plan to visit Portland again, and will book again for sure!

Hotel is close to the airport, and near restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. A highlight was the breakfast, each day of the week has a different menu. A change up from the typical continental breakfast. Great option for folks travelling.

The hotel is in an odd location. It's a mostly warehouse-industrial area a short distance from the airport and other hotels. Otherwise it is a great place if you’re using the airport.

No restaurants to eat dinner after flight. So we have to walk all to way to radisson hotel..there was a big noisy group of kids and they were slamming doors until midnight..no supervisors at all to tell them to be more respectful for others who stay in hotel..ww request the main manager to speak and left the pohone number he never called back..terrible customer service. Never again.

Everything was really great except I didn't like the surprise of paying for parking when we got there to check in. I went back and checked all the advertising and there was nothing that says payment for parking is required the closest was parking is available which is not really telling the customer about the surprise that hits them when they check in and as you should all know by now surprises at check in tend to make the stay very unpleasant despite all the other good points. One little ugly point really messes it up. That's something both the hotel and Expedia should think about, full open disclosure in your advertising and full cost/ payment requirements. No surprises.

The only complaint--and it's relatively minor--is that the free breakfast could have used more day-to-day variety. Obviously, that's only a problem if you're staying several days. Yes, we'd stay here again.

Needed a place to spend a night after arriving late at PDX. This offered comfortable beds and a nice shower. Gym was not large but was able to get a decent workout in. Did not use pool or hot tub. Breakfast left a LOT to be desired. Truly looked forward to a hot breakfast but the eggs potatoes and bacon were chilled. Not sure if the Sterno’s were not working but it was awful. Fortunately I was able to make a waffle and that came out hot and tasty, just not as filling. Coffee was adequate but they only offered plain creamer or milk, no flavor options.

Comfy clean room. Lovely staff. Close to airport. Quiet with the occasional jet noise. A respite after some arduous travel. I’ll stay again. They also found me a lower rate than I’d booked! My new go to.

Nice, well-equipped large rooms with comfortable beds and a sitting area. Outside is attractively landscaped and there is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and very helpful with a couple of special requests that we had. A nearby (but not walkable) shopping area has many dining options. The airport shuttle runs 24/7, unlike a number of other airport properties that stop from 11 PM or midnight until 4-5 AM - but be sure to let them know in advance and reserve a space on the shuttle that you want to take. Be aware that this is a fairly large property and lines to check in can get long at the very beginning of check-in time. I will definitely stay here when flying in and out of Portland!

We had our flight cancelled and got in real late to PDX. So just decided to crash here instead of driving after being up for 22 hrs. It was decent place to lay, but the Continental breakfast was my favorite part 🔥,

This hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and the pool area appeared to be updated. The only thing is that there is a parking fee that didn't appear on the Expedia website.

The staff was really awesome and friendly. The beds are a little rough but we were only there for a few hours before we need to catch a flight. The area I would describe as commercial/industrial with some big warehouses and manufacturing facilities close so it’s very quiet during the night and evenings. That being said don’t travel too far south or west from the establishment. There seems to be some run down are
