Nice overnight stay. Very close to airport with an early shuttle. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Best accommodations for travel next to the airport. Leave car in highly lit area. Shuttle to and from airport is prompt and easy. Its awesome to have a suite rather than just a bed. Staff is helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was different than usual, but still enough choices. I will always stay there when using that airport.
- 5/5
Staff helped us situate our rooms.
- 3/5
Booked an accessible room with roll-in shower, but did not receive, so made do with what we got. Facility is fenced in, so feel fenced in. Because of facility being fenced in some Uber & LYFT drivers got confused how to pick-up.

Sheets are well worn and a bit scratchy

Nice hotel. Stayed twice with kids in the last few months. Above average breakfast. You do have to pay to park, but in a sketchy area, might be worth the fence. Pool was pretty cool, but hot tub, wash facilities, and work-out room are all nice. Over-all great place to stay.

Room was large enough for us, breakfast was plenty of selection, staff very helpful, enjoyed the pool and weight room.
- 5/5
Great property my family stays here often and we enjoy the breakfast and the location is near a lot of great food in Portland
- 4/5
Breakfast needed attention. Barely any food out and everything was cold with no microwave to heat it up. Dishes stacked so high you couldn’t add anything to the piles. Tables not wiped down after previous guests. Breakfast needs a lot of work.

I could’ve said this was a excellent experience since us and the kids enjoyed it but I have a couple complaints. First off we stayed a couple days and we asked the cleaner n the front desk when we left to clean room n put fresh towels but we came back to nothing done. Pool was great but jacuzzi didn’t turn on and wasn’t as clean. Breakfast ladies very kind and it was great choices. We definitely coming back to this again hoping we get a better experience than.
- 4/5
Probably one of the better hotels I've stayed in over the past year, better breakfast than many too, and great price through Expedia. You do have to pay for parking.
- 1/5
This was my first time in Hilton and I’ve had better customer service at Motel 6. When checking out, minimal kindness and somewhat annoyed with only asking if I needed a receipt. No have a nice day. The customer service of the younger generation needs more training. This place made me feel I was not welcome.
- 5/5
Secure and worth the fee. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. Absolutely nothing wrong with this property. Quality is typical for this Hilton, well worth the price.
- 5/5
The location was good. I didn't have breakfast on site. How clean and inviting everything was made me smile upon arrival the person at the front desk was welcoming very pleasant.

Rooms are CLEAN and comfortable and having a nice kitchen in the room is such a plus. Parking was easy and $10 a night. Breakfast was great with hot options. Laundry and gym were both clean. Our king eoom had a pull out bed in the couch which was nice. Overall great stay and I would stay again.
- 4/5
The room was clean, staff helpful. We would have liked the pool and hot tub working in thd two anx a half days we were there.

Accessibility to airport. Cleanliness, good room layout, walk in shower and overall positive features. Appreciated the check in staff. She was very helpful. Also the shuttle was much appreciated. Not having a restaurant or lounge on the premises for the three hotels in complex. The breakfast was okay, but did not replenish food during the serving period.

Very nice hotel .
- 3.5/5
I love how close the hotel is to the airport! Breakfast was a good selection, nice outside area! The staff was unable to assist me in a military discount because they were unaware on how to apply it, instead of problem solving they said they weren’t knowledgeable on anything about it and didn’t help figure it out. Also front desk was unable to describe where my room was located. I was confused on the lack of knowledge. The rooms were nice but there was still dirt on my floor all around the edges of the hard floors (very visible) and hair on things in the hotel room. We went down to the spa/pool and there were ants all over the pool floors, the pool was dirty and mold was growing on the walls and on the floor.

Clean, large room and bath. Nice lobby. Convenient shuttle service to PDX. Bed could be softer. Would stay here again
- 5/5
Was only there for less than 12 hours
- 5/5
The check-in staff was very friendly, efficient, and informative. The room was clean, spacious, & comfortable. Body wash, facial soap, shampoo & conditioner provided in room. Plenty of towels. Stocked on kitchen dishes, soap, and cookware/utensils.

Super clean room, amenities and breakfast
- 3/5
Shower had mildew, flooring trim damaged in bathroom. Shower pressure light, prefer stronger. Clean bedding, and towels. Breakfast at 8:30am- food was dried out, tough, and some of it inedible. Expected a better value for the 1 night cost! Issues with guest noise, and loitering in parking areas. Bought drinks from the lobby and tea was sour, expired in May. There are cracks in the system and it's obvious. Outdoor area soaked unusable, mis marketed.

Very nice, well appointed hotel with nice rooms and services!

Great rooms. Surprised by near full size fridge, dishwasher and dishes/silverware. Beds were good. Only issues were water pressure for shower was weak and breakfast was never stocked so that was a bummer.

Overall the stay was great. Property is we’ll maintain and room is pretty clean.
- 5/5
Clean, safe close to downtown
- 5/5
Great place to stay near the airport
- 5/5
Great all around!
- 4/5
Our primary reason to stay here was it's close proximity to the airport. It had a reasonable size room for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette -although we didn't have the need, it is always nice.
- 4/5
This was a nice stay
- 3/5
The Hilton network was down when I arrived do there was no way to check us in. We were shipped to another hotel at 1:30am and sleep. Once we woke up we returned to the original hotel where they checked us in with little apology for the network issues and inconvenience.
- 5/5
Surprisingly good breakfast. Comfortable room and nice staff. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Stay was great, better than what some of the reviews said, no concern with cleanliness, but Expedia charged me $60 more for the stay than what I would have paid if I booked directly with Home2
- 5/5
Awesome, we have stayed here at least 8 times!
- 5/5
Stayed at the location for 3 days with a group of 8 which included 3 minors. Complimentary breakfast had many options. Free coffee/tea throughout the day. Indoor poo/spa, gym and washer/dryer were a plus. Everything was nicely kept and a accessible. Staff were nice.
- 5/5
Great location and safe parking for our trip out of PDX!
- 4/5
The room was very nice. Bring your own pillow if you are picky. Very quiet. Breakfast was disappointing and the "cook" was not at all accommodating for the kids basketball teams staying at the hotel.

- 5/5
Great location, close to airport. Clean and cozy room!
- 4/5
Close to the airport so a bit noisy with the planes in the evening. Great place to stay over night for lay over. The shuttle to/from the airport was great. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall I would stay here again if I had to overnight at Portland airport.

- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick girls trip to shop.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was always welcoming and had a very comfy home feeling, I would highly recommended
- 2/5
Avoid this due to their restrictive in/out parking that is required (and an additional charge) to stay on the property. They make you validate a ticket by visiting the front desk for each and every exit from the lot. One ticket's bar code could not be read, we were leaving to pick up someone at PDX and the help agent at the exit would not let us out. We had to go back to the office where they had run out of tickets and one of the staff gave us their own ticket so we could leave, albeit late.
- 5/5
My sister always does amazing thanksgiving celebrations. Unfortunately we live almost 2 hours away. We decided to stay close by and take a rest before taking off for home. So quiet. Big room. Pool was warm and real breakfast items. Its a must stay again place.
- 5/5
Good hotel and service
- 4/5
Convenient airport hotel. Property was nice. Shuttle was on time and clean. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
The building looks new and well maintained. Check in and front desk staffs were eager to help. We didn’t want cleaning for our stay but the rooms were clean. Our room was a king suite and it was very roomy and with all the amenities we needed. Didn’t use the kitchen but it’s nice to have a full size fridge. Very good experience.
- 3/5
1) no Tylenol or Advil for sale 2) a couple of light bulbs in my room were out 3) my bath water was so low of pressure it took a very long time to fill didn't stay hot 4) I was charged $10 for parking upon exiting because no one was at the front desk when I checked out so I didn't have a ticket or whatever I needed, rediculous.
- 2/5
Room was dirty. I found a dirty t-shirt and dirty socks in a drawer (which I returned to the front desk). The wash cloths in the bathroom were covered with hair. And general cleanliness of the room was questionable. The hotel is really convenient because of its location but there needs to be improvement with cleanliness and front desk staff.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms and good breakfast! We love staying here whenever we’re in town. The only complaint is the fridge in our room was broken during our stay.
- 4/5
Good property close to airport.
- 5/5
This place just has everything you need to get away.
- 5/5
This is one of my go-to spots to stay in Portland
- 5/5
Awesome experience. Convenient parking!
- 5/5
Very clean hotel, wonderful staff, and great breakfast!
- 5/5
Nice place and not too far away from DT.
- 5/5
Probably one of the nicest hotels in this price range I have ever stayed in.
- 3/5
My room was a suite. I could hear every footstep in the stairway and everything going on upstairs from me. I didn’t get much sleep.
- 5/5
I really liked our room, the gym & the pool was nice, i wish the hot tub was working
- 5/5
The best part for us re: this hotel is the warm pool!!! Love it! Unfortunately the hot tub was non-operational during our stay but it’s ok. The pool was quite warm already to make up for that!
- 4/5
over all is good, service is good, shuttle bus is on time. Breakfast is good. room is clean but a bit stuffy.
- 2/5
Everything was great, super nice hotel and front desk receptionist was super nice. Only thing was that one of the towels I was about to use had feces on it. Was so grossed out and made me think if they really clean the rooms good.
- 5/5
The location of this property was excellent for us and convenient to access the long-term parking that we needed for our extended trip.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious for 3 people and a 5 day stay
- 5/5
The staff were phenomenal, the room was as clean as can be, and I cannot oversell how great security of the property was, (to include the parking lot.) I've traveled to and from Portland for years, (specifically near PDX), and this is the first time I have ever slept without concern for my safety or constantly checking my car to see if the tires were still on. This will most definitely be my go-to from here on out.
- 4/5
NOT the best area but once you’re there it’s nice. There isn’t a restaurant to walk to. You need a car so either BYO food or have a plan if you’re staying. There is a shopping center that’s huge and just out of walking distance - not because it’s too far, it’s not a walking friendly area - there isn’t a path etc.
- 5/5
Business/Work related. Airline Reserve. Close to airport, Very Friendly Staff. Frequent visitor.
- 5/5
Very Friendly and Welcoming staff especially Housekeeping! We had 2 rooms and both were very clean no issues at all!
- 4/5
Great pool and big room. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Clean modern accommodations. Bonus points for having some gluten free options in their little market. Getting inside the parking lot was a bit confusing. It’s gated. They do validate. Place is noisy. Near PDX.

The bathroom was dirty, hair on bathroom wall, hair left on shower wall, dirt in corners of shower, food in the dishwasher and dishwasher was dirty and their was scrapes on the wall. There was a bad smell in the room and hall way leading to our room and dirt on carpets. We were surprised and a bit uncomfortable as we were unsure if our room had been thoroughly. We let the night staff know and showed pictures but nothing was really said other than we are sorry. We mentioned it again when we checked out to ensure something we wouldnt be charged for uncleanness and marks on walls etc. Staff is always friendly just wish the hotel room was cleaner and felt better about our stay
- 1/5
The door to the room was hard to open. We returned to the front desk to inform that our door cards were inoperable. Second time trying the door, we gave it a stiff shoulder and it opened. Had to strong arm the door to open it for the duration of the stay. The bathroom door to the bedroom was not able to stay closed, leaving the bathroom without privacy. Several of the light switches were dirty with visible grime. We woke up with my wife stating that she had several bites on her body from some critter able to bite through the night. We've had positive experiences with Home2 Suites in the past, so this tarnished the thought of Home2 Suites as an option for further stays. Thank you
- 3/5
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast options were good, and the 24/7 shuttle to the airport, smart TV, gym, hot tub, and pool were nice as part of the facility. The room was clean which was important to us. The facility had dank aromas in different parts of the building though fortunately not in our room, but this made enjoying the gym, pool, and dining area a little difficult. The air conditioning was right by one of the beds, which was a little bothersome to my feet at night. Our neighbors were a little noisy one of the nights. For the price, it was good, all things considered
- 5/5
Clean and nice lobbyists
- 3/5
The most good but have the experience same room not clean up
- 5/5
Front staff was the best!
- 4/5
New hotel in a not ideal neighborhood. Room was great but I did not like the broader area. Would pick to stay in the Cascade Station area. Fenced in gate is nice and necessary. Staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
I always have had a great stay there as I've stayed there a few times already
- 5/5
Clean property
- 5/5
Nice location to catch a flight to airport.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel
- 5/5
The property was great, the fact that it was under staffed ruined the trip. There was basically one African American guy that was Amazing, but he had to cover everything and it was so unfair to him. He ran the desk, cleaned the breakfast tables, had to wash the dishes and make the food. I had overheard that apparently some staff were a no show. Again, this was way too much burden for one employee. He was great, but the Hotel should of had a back up plan. Breakfast was included in the price, yet there was not adequate breakfast prepared.
- 5/5
Didn’t like the gate to enter. It was pretty inconvenient for our Lyft driver to quickly drop us and be on her way.
- 4/5
Parking charge was an additional cost that I thought was a ripoff on top of my 165. Per day.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and location was great. Room was out dated and smelt awful.
- 5/5
I Like the friendliness of the staff, and the convenient location of the location
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
We expected a bathtub based on photos, not a necessity but was a deciding factor in choosing the room and hotel over others. There were ants around the bed when we arrived but a quick clean up kept them away the rest of the weekend. I had my parking validated as I was staying there but got charged when we left $20 at the gate. Staff was nice and helpful when we needed them, checkin and checkout was great.
- 4/5
Showerhead score 5/10 Like most Home 2 properties I've stayed on the shower head is lacking. The water pressure at the sink seems fine, but the shower head is very low.
- 4/5
Bring your hairdryer they done provide!! Everything else good.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Clean, and close to PDX
- 5/5
Thank you
- 2/5
We showed up and they didnt have any rooms clean for us - and it was several hours past check-in time. Then they gave us a room that they KNEW had a broken bathroom door and broken toilet seat - to the point you couldnt actually sit on it without fear of being hurt ... because it was the only clean one? What? We were in too much of a hurry to ask to move rooms but I doubt they would have helped us anyways!
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet, conveniently located.
- 5/5
Great room. Very clean with comfortable beds and an awesome kitchenette. Only annoying thing was getting the parking ticket validated before leaving every time.
- 5/5
Perfect place for families, the room have lots of space.
- 3/5
Bathroom and shower were dirty with hair
- 3/5
Hotel.com said I would pay $205 and I paid $235 including an unadvertised $10 for overnight parking. Breakfast wS terrible. Very limited selection with nothing hot, not even a toaster. This particular hotel gives Hilton a bad name.
- 2/5
Sofa filthy and crumbs literally poured out when pulling out sofa sleeper. Staff was totally unapologetic when asking for clean bedding. Breakfast counter was bare all morning- cold cereal only. Clearly under-staffed and the staff on-site could care less about anything.
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
After we checked-in and settled in, we discovered that the garbage under the sink was not taken out. When we informed the front desk she said that there was no one else around and we could take it out ourselves. She offered to switch our room, but we had already settled in. Other than that, the stay was fine.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff, clean rooms, good complementary breakfast. About what you'd expect from an "airport" hotel. Fast and easy shuttle service.
- 4/5
Facility was very new and nice. However, we had a noisy neighbor that made it difficult to sleep.
- 4/5
No one at front desk to get key, digital key was an absolute. Thankfully it was pretty straightforward to share the digial key with spouse.
- 5/5
Would prefer to check in at 11:30 am
- 5/5
Convenient check-in and breakfast
- 4/5
Only problem is that you need transportation. There are no restaurants in walking distance.
