I had been on the road all day and needed a place to stay. There was wifi, a bed, and a shower. Location is not nice, hookers and street urchins about. None on the property but out front and nearby. Noisy area, room was in the back and heard traffic most of the night. The place is getting some work. Management tried to come into my room while l was there to give an extra roll of toilet paper, seemed weird like he was trying to see if I was doing something I shouldn't be. With management as noisy as they are, the place is safe.

Nothing, and the staff was very tud3 2 indian guys and 1 indian girl are very rude The 2 indian and 1 indian girl are horrible at customer service. They wil knock 1 hour before checkout time and kick you out and go iside the room to see if you stole something, very rude

People doing drugs around the corner of the building was funny. First sign my cancelled reservation was for the best. Empty parking lot as well. Front office is small and smells terrible. My reservation was cancelled without notice until I tried checking in. they tried to charge me double after cancelling because they realized there was a festival happening.

The bed was comfortable and the neon sign was amazing. Just about everything. First the room is much smaller than advertised but very shoddy repairs in the room. This is the first motel I have stayed in that did not have a telephone. The motel advertises a hair dryer in the room. There was no hari dryer ... in fact, there weren't even any towels which I discovered too late at night. They did not respond to any messages I sent them. Good thing I have extra towels in my van. On top of that, the shower had a constant leak the entire night that you could hear even with the bathroom door closed. I took pictures of it all too for proof. The TV had no remote, etc, etc, etc. I've never had to leave a review like this before but Booking.com should not have this place listed as an option for Pomona! You couldn't pay me to stay here again.

When I checked in the man an woman told me there were no rooms available. I had to argue with them because they had no record of my reserving and pre-paying for the room. When I showed him my receipt on my phone of my pre-payment he finally gave me a room key.

Nothing! I didnt even stay there.& i want my money refunded! I already filed a complaint with the BBB.

It was quite for being on a busy street A few weirdos that stayed there on the property, but you get those types anywhere you stay in Pomona!
