I got robbed. I didn't even stay at the property. They didn't wan to give me the room.

It was cool. Just that I had to work on my own bath tub it was clogged I should get a free stay

I had a pleasant stay compared to other similar priced motels. Quality was good for the price you pay, and its not in the ghetto like other motels for the same price.

The room itself is very clean and nice looking, the owners in the front desk are very nice and friendly easy to talk too. Its just a place where im able to feel at peace and relax. Everything about it,is great :) you will definitely not regret staying here

Well the sunset is the same motel set up you see like many others. What i cant figure outis how they so much. No frills staff is quick to kick you out.

There was nowhere to hang clothes. There was no dresser into which to put clothes. The property was in an industrial portion of town, on a noisy street.

Overall a pretty good motel. Our refrigerator was not working and a very good staff offered to put the food in another fridge.

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable, not very fancy but accommodating.

Staff was quick to respond on the phone. Location was very convenient and close to gas stations and other stores. Frontage was bright and looked safe especially at night.

Very clean rooms. Convenient to stores around the area. Their condiments could have been of a better quality.

40 units, each door opens to parking lot. 4 units open to repair crews each am. Our first room had no heat. They gave us a bigger room next night. Pleasant staff. TV OK. Wifi a bit slow. Bed too firm. Pillows too soft and some too hard. Furniture needs updates. Wobbly table leg and initials carved in trim. Drawers no handles. Bathroom clean good hotwater. Conditions and work crews suggest refurbishments in progress. Location was good for us near family. No dining on site but plenty of local food spots. A bit primitive still but downtown on a budget=okay.

Convenient, new, clean, and each room had a different theme. Ours had clouds and stars in the ceilings with black lights! The rooms were quite spacious.

Room was dirty and staff was rude.

Cold showers, broken mini fridge, dirty rooms. I would not recommend it to my enemies

My room wasn’t cleaned the second day of my stay, I asked the receptionist why my room wasn’t cleaned, he said that I had to tell them to clean my room?????

In town for funeral, but room was nice. Shutters instead of curtains, so some light came thru in AM, but not bad, just different. Had some basic bathroom amenities. Off main street, so busy, but not really noisy. Staff friendly & helpful.

Once arriving at the motel, I buzzed for the manager to get my room key. On entering the room, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The refrigerator worked fine but the turn table in the microwave was not working right. Later on that night, after being out all day, there was a hypodermic needle in front of the space that I parked in. I went to the office and buzzed for the manager to let her know. She responded with "nobody has been in your room". I wasn't insinuating that. I wanted her to move it because I didn't want to touch it and I had my daughters with me and I didn't want them to be in contact with it. The next morning, the needle hadn't been moved and so I kicked it across the parking lot in front of the managers office and let the armed security guard know. After returning to our room from our day trip, the housekeeping hadn't gone into our room to replace any of the towels that we used or make the beds. Fortunately, we didn't need any of the amenities that were left in the room (soap, razor, toothbrush, etc.). The neighborhood was less than desirable. I was flipping through the TV channels and saw a porno channel that was very inappropriate for anyone who is staying there with children. I will never be returning to this location or referring anybody that I consider a friend.

It was ok. Housekeeping didn't come everyday and we stood over a week. Owners are nice. Good price and close to shopping and restaurant next door.

It was a good relaxing quite stay

This hotel is budget! It is on the edge of the downtown area of Pomona which is just outside of the nicer parts of town. I stayed for three days and it was fairly quiet and secure here with no bedbugs. The amenities were sparse and in poor condition, but everything worked. No closet for hanging of clothes. The room was clean, but worn. The bed was firm and comfortable. Management and maids were friendly. If you are on a budget this is a good choice.

There's too many things to complain about, and there all about the staff (rude, unhelpful) or just dint care. I'm just disappointed in the whole experience.

Room smelled of smoke so strongly that it was hard to breathe even though the room wasn't listed as a smoking room. Staff posts that check in begins at 2 pm but the room wasn't ready until after 3 pm. The room was cramped and the fridge smelled.

OMG where do I start. Rooms - First room 140, didn't look to bad at the beginning, then it just went down hill. Went to bathroom to check it out and the bath tub was caked with dirt, asked to have it clean wasn't able to do because the drain was stopped up. Probably because Room 2 139 was stopped up. Complained about the stool was stopped up also, when complained they offered a plunger fix it. Room 140 was given a different Room 104 which was much better but the bathroom needed the floor cleaned behind stool and mold cleaned from tub. Room 139 was given a different a room 106 it didn't have a dresser or any where to hang clothes, bathroom was barely a room. More like a closet turned into a room. Over all I would remove from listing to save your reputation.

Nice and relax

Short on curb appeal, although it appears exterior painting is getting underway. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with directions and information. Location was close to the Pomona Fairgrounds. Lack of restaurants in close proximity.

Wifi didn't work, no mid day cleaning, toilet lift broke

We originally thought the room was pretty nice. Round bed and a huge hot tub in the room. When we got back from dinner we were excited to get in the tub in when we filled it up and turned on the jets bugs came out from everywhere! It was disgusting! At least the shower had clean water to rinse us off. Wont be back ever. And will have a hard time getting that out of our minds.

For the price and location, it was decent. I wasn't expecting it to be anything nicer than it was. We just really used it as a place to crash. They were also pretty accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night.

Very small room. Plumbing leaked, had to fix it myself. TV only had 10 channels. It was nice and quiet.

It was nice the staff, but motel not comfortable at all.

Management is rude and will try to make you feel dumb. They lost our reservation and true to bully is into paying them again when we already paid through hotels.com. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. If the reviews on here seem decent to you and you still decide to stay here anyway, you will be sadly disappointed.

Check in/out was quick and easy, didn't hear any noise from next door rooms, and it was very clean for a motel in Pomona! I definitely was wary when I first booked this, but it was great for a quick stay!

This was our second time here, the first time was great and second time we got the same room but this time the toilet was clogged and we woke up to a bunch of ants!

I booked this hotel thinking that I would be sharing the room with my son or daughter while visiting Claremont for college graduation. My older teen kids did not stay with me (their mom). So I stayed the night by myself. I did not expect the accommodations to be nice, but I was expecting to feel safe. I did not. When the chain the mini fridge to the wall with a padlock, it is not a good sign. There were resident motel guests that lingered outside in the late hours...I must say I felt uncomfortable...not scared, but not at ease.

From the outside I was a little concerned about what I had gotten myself into. The room was very clean and comfortable.

First hotel I've ever stayed at that does not have cable or anything just antenna so get like 5 channels. And beds are old and worn out

Not a good experience at all. I hope to find a nice room March 1st but it won't be at that establishment.

When staying at a motel your only expectation should be the room being clean. Which this room was. So I was happy. The room was spacious and they provided a couple of complimentary water bottles. Pleasantly surprised. I was staying on a particularly cold night and never understand why motels have the thinnest blankets ever hey at least they have them .

The manager at the counter was not courteous and not willing to be of help when asked questions. The most important thing in this review should be that the room was not serviced and all the linen and towels in the bathroom were not changed after the first day. If you are looking for a cheap place in an unsafe neighborhood then only stay here, otherwise I suggest all to stay away from this motel.

They said they did not have reservations for my stay, I had a confirmation # and they still made me pay again.

Very afforable motel, not far from university. Worth staying if on a tight budget.

The service at the desk was very helpful even as they were very very busy. The extra help getting a cab, etc., was no problem, the room was fun, a round bed with a mirror on the ceiling and a Hot Tub that could hold my car. Its a great cheep sleezy clean motel. Its fun.

Dont have family come see u theyll try n charge u or kick u out or theyll tell u to cancel ur stay with hotels .com n give u a better deal

I was concerned about the appearance of the area driving in, but found it clean and safe. No one on the streets, quiet.

The area was not the safest, and my room was supposed to be ready by 2pm and it was 3:30 before it was ready. Then the 2nd day they never cleaned it. I had to go track someone down to get towels not happy with experience

Older 50s motel. But the owner is doing remodel and fresh stucco and paint, flat screen tv, fridge, and micro. It worked for me but I do not need much. Very good selection of TV channels with full Direct TV line up.

I arrived and the person at the front desk couldn't be made to understand that I had already paid for the hotel online and that I shouldn't have to pay again. It literally took me 30 minutes of working with this guy and pulling up various confirmations on my phone to get checked in. Once I'd finally checked in, he told me I had to take a smoking room even though I'd reserved non-smoking. Personally I don't care because I'm a smoker, but for a non-smoker this could be really annoying. The next morning, housekeeping opened the door to my room without knocking AT 8:00AM! I asked them to come back later, and they did the same thing at 10:30. That's fine, 1/2 hour before checkout I can understand, but I wasn't ready to go yet so I called the front desk (using my cellphone, BTW, as there was a phone in the room but it wasn't connected to the wall). The front desk told me that late checkout would cost $10/hr. I told the guy that was crazy and I'd never heard of such a thing (I'm not sure how good his English was, he may have thought I called him crazy) , at which point he became irate and proceeded to lecture me about why his policy is reasonable.

Room took awhile to cool off as air as not on. Quiet & nice.

This motel was very comfortable, pretty clean (there were a few hairs found though!), and the appliances all worked perfect. We put new batteries in the remote but otherwise, the tv worked just fine as well. For people that are looking for a five star hotel at a two star price, you're not going to find it here, but if you need a safe place to sleep, this is perfect for you. About 40 min inland from LA, it wasn't the most convenient, but it was only about 3 minutes from the highway. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom was nicely updated as well. Towels and toiletries were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor). The air conditioner was off when we arrived, but only took about 15 minutes to completely cool the place down. Staff was friendly and they were at the front desk when we arrived close to midnight, which was very relieving to us.

If I could rate this a zero I would! Terrible customer service! The first room I was given was a mess, wasn't cleaned from the previous people who stayed. The second room was dirty as well!! I would not recommend staying here at all!!

Double charged by a teen age kid running the front desk. Small roaches found in the room. Get what you pay for I guess. Not worth the price, no thanks ever again.

The hotel is in a poor section of town. The air conditioner was loud and couldn't adjust the fan speed or amount of air coming out. The bathroom fan was loud. The towels had holes in them. The whole place is shabby. One of the wall lights by the bed was missing a cover - just a bare bulb. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. I would have to be in dire need of a place to stay before going there again.

I arrived at this hotel and was kicked out of their 6x6 ft "lobby" because the receptionist was dealing with another customer. I said I will be in my car, tell me when I can come in. After 30 min nobody showed up and I entered for the second time in and nobody was there, I pressed the provided button and finally a sleepy person came and asked me how can I help you. I asked for his card so I know who I'm talking to and he started yelling what did I do wrong that you need my card, and finally when he gave me his card I had to walk out of there, scarred for myself and my daughter to be at the hands of such providers.

Bathroom needs some upgrade and room smells bad

Upon arriving to the area I was a little apprehensive and the appearance of the outside made me think I had a bad call. But after checking in and getting our room I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and neat with better amenities than you expect from a cheap small motel. And the uv paint and black lights made me lol but were kind of cool.

No the greatest neighborhood but for $60 super spacious room quiet and was only 10min away from fairplex

I paid for my room, walk in the room, walk back out, ask for my money back. they say no money back. I just left. didn't feel like talking to them. the place is dirty and smell.

Motel was reasonably priced. The room had Direct TV, with free HBO. There was also a fridge and microwave. Only complaints were locationand the hair left in the tub...ice also .25...

the room had everything that I needed. Though the bathroom did not have the cleanness of two to three star hotels, bed was clean.

The room had some issues .Needs some upgrades . Like matteres, sheets blankets. The rooms need a lot more attention !!!! The location not great at all !!!! The website glamorizes location. My husband was up almost until dawn checking on our veichal. To many different people in out who where not stay there. No security outside!!!!
