Our fridge didn't work, it was ok since we only were there for the night.

The location was great. Parking was great! The carpets were musty, the bath tub was chipped, the refrigerator didn’t work, the patio doors didn’t close all the way! Very overpriced for the quality of the room !

the hotel was fine. But there was a leak in the sink. we told them and it was never fixed. I kept a wash cloth there
-
The hotel was fair but the room comfort was lacking a lot. The lighting in the room was very poor, and the TV channels were worse. Would only recommend for sleep only because it is quiet but that's it

Clean rooms excellent service and delicious breakfast. 10/10

The Knight’s Inn hotel was filthy and disgusting. I wanted to go stay at another hotel but it was late at night and didn’t know if I could even get my money back. Never again will I stay at the dirty hotel again.

I asked check in clerk if he could match the price of travelocity for the extra night we needed, he absolutely lied telling me his hands were tied, he had to talk to the manager. I asked him to call, and he said he did not have a phone, I said everyone has a phone, then he responded he was way out of town. I replied phones work way out of town, it was just a ruse by him for not calling. The next day we were locked out of our room, and that clerk told us the manager was there that morning. We were awoke the next morning by the motels girls cutting trees & bushes down directly behind our room. Then when trying to leave, they had the hallway and door we needed blocked with branches and a utility wagon. Never again will I have anything to do with this property.

The hotel seemed older and in need of some sprucing up, but our room was clean, our bed was very comfortable, and our shower had hot water. The people at the front were very friendly. For breakfast they put out hard boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, toast, mini cinnamon rolls, and coffee/hot tea. Overall it was a good deal for the price.

We stayed for an event in downtown LA and it was a good location. Towels were clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom could use some ventilation or a fan. It gets very musty in the room after a warm shower. Cracking the patio door is an option. The private patio is also nice.
