Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The provided breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel. The low-flow shower was ridiculous. If you have anything other than very short hair be prepared to spend a long time rinsing out shampoo and conditioner.

This is my go to hotel when traveling but this time it was different, front desk girl was moody, they gave me a different room than what i asked for and the window shutter was not working so when waking up the sun was all on my face. Please keep the standards.

The hotel seemed fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Rooms are small and could use some upgrading or deep cleaned. There was a water leak on the floor above us at some point and the ceiling was bubbled. The window seal also had pretty good water damage as well. We took the kids to the pool and there was so much chlorine, even our eyes were burnings sitting in the pool area.

The room was clean and fresh. Every time we walked in we commented on how nice it smelled. Lol! The breakfast was very good. Biscuit and heavy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, just fantastic options. Plenty of seating for our large group to eat together. It was a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and lots of fresh options. From the moment that I arrived at 2:00 a.m. in the morning until I checked out 5 days later I had an absolutely wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Although there's no restaurants on site a short 15 minute walk there are a number of great options

There was mold in the bathroom, above the shower. The indoor pool was not temperature regulated and was too cold to use. The breakfast was great both days.

Yes the room was in good condition,more towels would have been better . The housekeepers took our extra blanket when they were cleaning up and the front desk didn’t try to give us a late checkout under the circumstances.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was not cleaned until the day before we left, and they left one bath towel when there were 2 of us. Also, the shower tub did not have any no-slip stick-ons AND no grab bar, making it slippery and difficult getting out. These safety measures are not just for the elderly. Some people have back problems or knee problems or other issues.

This hotel was truly amazing!! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and GREAT BREAKFAST!! For a hose of us who eat pork it’s a welcome treat to have turkey sausage. Housekeeping came to clean up the room and everyday! Thanks and much for o the front desk staff and manager.

No hot water for two of the three nights we were there. Pool was shut down by the city (i picked this hotel because of the pool and ive had wonderful experiences with ihg before). No management on site. Manager did end up calling me from home, she was out sick. Engineer was out sick also. Ended up telling me hot water was fixed. I came back at 9 pm after being gone since 8am that morning to find that nothing was fixed. Still no hot water. Took manager to my room the next morning to personally show her that there was no hot water. It ended up being fixed that night when i returned, but i checked out at 3am the next morning. All i was offered was 25% off of my first night. No other compensation for having to take cold showers for two mornings. I will not be staying at an ihg hotel anymore. Rooms next to mines was propped open for my entire stay because pool have overflowed and leaked into that room and it needed to dry out. My room smelled like stale chlorine every time we entered. Terrible experience.

We’ve stayed here multiple times this year due to doctors appointments in the area and love how this is down the road from Methodist Richardson hospital and it’s close by to a lot of dining options. The room is also comfy as well, breakfast is great! This is a clean and safe hotel. We love coming back!

This is a great hotel. It is clean, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable. The location ia right next to the Georgebush tollway so make travel easier. One bad thing to say about this hotel are the front desks. No customer service whatsoever, rude and dismissive.

Cons; The hotel had an African American group of teenager guests and they run, screamed, squealed and slammed doors until 3 am in the morning. Saying that breakfast they was disgusting is an understatement. Highway noise. Front desk people not costumer service inclined. Housekeepers with no manners. Not using Holiday Inn ever again.

The majn doors lock after 1030ish..I had to wait outside at midnight after a flight for over 5 minutes with practicaly no lighting for someone who wasn't an employee- but a guest open the door from the inside. Then at breakfast you are bot allowed to eat in your room! you have to eat it in the overcrowded loud cafe ( I was going to have to stand up literally) I grabbed a muffin and left. I will never stay here again.

We stayed at this facility because we were involved at a weekend event at UTD. At first sight, I was concerned about noise and traffic because it is situated on a major highway. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not an issue at all! No noise issue once you entered the building!! Easy access to UTD using neighborhood streets. Outstanding, pleasant staff, spotless facility and great breakfasts!! We will definitely stay again if in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I was a little concerned when a bus carrying a college baseball team dropped the whole team off at the door. But while in my room I didn't hear a peep of anything. Clean, Keurig in room coffee. I will definitely recommend and will stay here again when in the area
