The room was big and nice. Everything worked. The kitchen floor had some wear and tear that will need to be addressed soon, but it did not impact us. I would have liked a dish sponge and some dish soap so I could clean a bowl without having to run the dishwasher (dishwasher detergent was provided). The staff was great. The surrounding area was very noisy and had a lot of trash laying around and many people did not pick up after their dogs, but these things are mostly out of the hotel's control so I don't fault them for it.

Check-In was okay get to the room microwave didn't work they said it wouldn't be able to be fixed till Monday I got on stairs I called the front desk he told me to hold on 5 minutes she'll call me back I waited 20 minutes she didn't call back. She was extremely rude when I brought up microwave again and never offered to switch rooms the bathtub had mold in it it was very nasty looking would not recommend this place to my friends I would think the management needs to change approach on who they hire as far as hospitality goes. In the past they have been okay but nowadays I would not come back to this place ever again.

Great location. Very clean. The sketchy people staying and the carpet that was frayed made it 4 stars. But over all it was a good stay.

I did not stay there. I had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel. I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby. I hollered for someone called the front desk multiple times. No one would come check me in. When I called later that night someone picked up and I told him I wanted to cancel my room and she started to argue with me. I told her I called and no one answered and she said yes, she did. I know for a fact she didn’t because I was in the lobby. Awful hotel I will never go there again.

There was so much room deodorizer sprayed through the lobby and hallways we could taste it! It was horrible. We hurried as fast as we could to get to the stairs b/c there was no smell in the staircase - we were on the 5th floor. The queen size bed was terrible; it was depressed in the center and we had to climb out of the center to get out of the bed. The kitchenette with the stovetop was the only good thing about that place.

Everything was great

The kitchen was fully equiped, bathroom clean with fresh towels. Dove soap for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Which was lovely. Free washer and dryer, and a small store for any toiletries or snacks/ frozen meals. The stay was nice, the worst thing that happened was a hair from the previous visitor was on the bed sheet. No bugs no stink, barley heard any neighbors.

The Desk manager was rude. The worst check in experience in my life.

Everything was good for the short amount of time we were there, it was just an overnight trip.

First room checked into was infested with cockroaches and had to move second room also had dirty bed sheets and bathroom had hair in tub and mold as well as cobwebs and dirty bedroom and lighting - chairs and lampshades with holes and broken tried to complain to front desk worker and she advised I was not allowed to return since I complained about the conditions! Disgusting an embarrassment to IHG

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, parking area well lit, and all outside doors required key access to enter. We felt very safe at this location.

Kenwood suites is and always will be one of my favorite hotels to stay at Great hotel for the price staff's always polite and courteous it's always clean and it has great perks!

I had a dead cockroach on the floor in the doorway of the bathroom in the morning. As I approached the manager they did not have any reaction about it. I guess this is not the way you treat your guests.

Air conditioning wall unit was loud. ... and old. In-wall fan that feeds cool air to the bedroom from the living room was also very loud... and bedroom never got cool enough. Need to get a central AC unit.

Entrance looked like a service entrance. Staff wasn't very friendly. I would not stay there again.

Worst experience I have had in months. The front did not have any extra towels during our 2 night stay, upon check in Friday night the front desk clerk was definately not the personality to greet guests. I asked him what was around for dinner and he told me "check out the coupons by the tv" that was in the lobby. Every front desk clerk should be able to recommend a few decent restaurants in the area based on the tupe of food and quality of food. Now the room was crap also. The bathroom sink did not drain, a hole in the sheetrock by the recliner and never had maid service to at least make the bed and get rid of the dirty towels once I finally rounded up clean ones. I miss the good old days having your room cleaned and made up fresh everyday. Definately would not be staying here again.

the sink in the bath drained very slowly. Maintenance was gone for the day and they didn't send them the next day. no ice was available at the property.

The stay here for my nephew was excellent! Special Thanks to Ms. Shay and the Manager Ms. Tyeshia! They were always welcoming, respectful and kind. The hotel was clean and safe!

Location location location. I was on the third floor and didn’t hear any traffic or noise from outside. The rooms may appear outdated, but the bed was so comfy, the shower hot for a long shower, very clean and safe. I loved the staff. Not one or the five staff members I encountered seemed like they worked there, but more like you were welcomed there.

Property was very easy to find accessible off the highway. The hotel was clean and fresh and our room was available early. Check in was a breeze and the GM and front desk staff were truly the highlight. I will forever book this hotel. The kitchenette was very handy, cleaned and stocked well.

This hotel does not accept cash. It made it very inconvenient because I don’t use credit cards. You also have to pay $100 deposit for your room, and wait 2 days for reimbursement. They also do not have a pool!!!

Elevator was out of service for 10 days. Had to use the stairs for 10 days on the 4th floor.

Room was clean. The towels in the shower were only hand towels. I would have walked to the front desk however the elevators were out of service and we were on the 5th floor. This made it difficult since one of the people staying in the room is disabled

Hotel room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable- would be a very comfortable place for a longer term stay. Good location for our needs. Only issue was the elevator was broken for our overnight stay.

The entry looks like it should be a back exit, not very welcoming and tucked in. Elevator broke during stay. Towels had a funk smell, had to get new fresh ones. No breakfast or pool, thanks to me booking the wrong one. Kleenex and toilet paper are left in cabinet for you to find, cabinet hadn’t been cleaned in a few. Otherwise, pillows and bed pretty comfy!

Great place to stay for business trip!

This hotel is super clean and looks new. The only issue I have is the smell. I think it comes from the auto misters in the hall. It is a strange smell that is very off-putting. Without the smell I'd give it 5s all around. The staff is really friendly.

Hotel was nice and modern. Its location was sketchy next to a run down liquor store. The worst thing was the smell in the room. Somebody cooked something terrible in there. It was masked with a deodorant that didn’t help. If the smell wasn’t there it would have been perfect.

Recliner was broken. Fan that draws air conditioning into the bedroom was broke. Roach in the bathroom. Bed was nice and firm.

It was good not great.. No paper towel in the kitchenette but they had towels. Bathroom floors could use scrubbing in corners and the tv remote didn't change the channels. Stayed in room 408 this trip.

I was there for over 3 weeks and had coffee available less than 1/3 of the time. The every 6 days clean was more like every 10 days. The bathroom tile was fractured and the subfloor was depressed 1 cm. The cleaning staff was great when they did clean my room.

There was a 15 minute wait to check in due to the front desk person being a no call no show but the manager eventually showed up at the front desk to help out and was friendly and helpful. The facility were clean and smelled good. The rooms were spacious as well.

Checked in at 3:45 and room was not ready. Had to go to a different hotel. Needed to check in and change clothes to get to a meeting on time. Very very inconvenient. Pretty sure I won’t choose that hotel again.

The GM or manager was awesome who had checked me in. Loved my stay , will definitely be back when I’m back in town. Rooms were clean and comfortable only thing , I found a razor in the shower from previous guest other then that my stay was amazing !

Lady at front desk was very nice and informative. Room was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. My only issue was the smell in the hallway (3rd floor). It was bad...really bad. During the night I started smelling it off and on. My stay was short...checked in late evening and checked out the next morning, so I didn't report it. But would have said something if my stay had been longer.

If you would like to experience dirty A/C units full of debris, causing you a headache when it's on, then this is the place for you. If you like dirt so deep that causes you a skin rash, then this is a place for you. Poor leadership and management. They should be ashamed of themselves. Oh yes, and the front desk stuff was really friendly and you can get unlimited coffee for free.

The rooms are great.

Refused even a partial refund when they had to put me in a different room (single queen, handicapped when I booked a suite) because THEY failed to do their jobs and update that the suite was NOT available. Now I’m crammed in this single queen with an angry girlfriend and a six year old because they couldn’t do their jobs. I will be getting a refund even if I have to climb the ladder and go to corporate.

The TV was not working both nights and no hair dryer in room. The staff was as helpful as possible but direct tv was not helpful, kept disconnecting or transfering them to lines that were not staffed. The room was next to elevator and noisy. They could not give me another room as they were completely booked. It appears i did receive comp. Would still stay again with them as the staff were helpful and courteous.

Housekeeping never set foot in my room for the 2 weeks of my stay. Other than that it was a very nice room and the front desk staff were very helpful.

I got a no smoking room, smelt so bad like someone had just smoked in the room. No other rooms available. Had to go to the store to by spray so I could at least sleep there. I stayed five days, not once did house service come to check in. Had to ask for soap.

The only downside is that they keep a deposit on top of your room rate and don't return the deposit until 10 days later. But other than that, the hotel itself is good.

I have stayed here many times and the service is always good. For the money you pay you get a really nice sweet with a very big and comfortable bed. Linens and towels are always clean and room is remodeled and nicely kept. I will always stay here again and again

This hotel was great for our budget and a week long stay, my ONLY complaint is that the whole place smelled weird upon entering, like fried fish or some other fried foods. This was likely because the rooms have kitchenettes and people were cooking in them, but you kinda got used to it once you were in your room for a bit. Overall though, the room was clean, bed was comfy, and I felt safe on the property, also, they had washers and dryers to use on site, which was super convenient! If we ever need a hotel in the area again, I would absolutely stay here again!

The room smelled like pizza as soon as we entered, and we did not have any food at all with us. Not enough towels in the room kept seeing lots of people going to ask for one at the front desk. Very uncomfortable stay for us.

I have stayed at this property in the past, but it appears the pandemic has changed things. The main negatives are the male staff at the front desk that are not lack customer service skills, but at times are hostile. The toilet seat was worn out and should have been replaced and the room was dusty and it appears they have decided to slack on the cleanliness even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. I decided to check out early after consulting with the front desk, but upon checking out the receptionist (he said name was John or Charles) refused to give me a print out evidencing my check out and expected me to leave without a check-out receipt. After I gave up on him and was printing my boarding pass, he changed his mind and gave me the print-out receipt. I tried to get them to refund me the remaining days I hadn't used and they fought tooth and nail and the front desk refused to allow me to talk to a manager. He was the manager and that was it. Absolutely a horrible experience stemming mostly from the male front desk staff who have no business working in the hospitality industry. Stay away and go to the adjacent properties.

Tons of unexplained fees rude staff, They act like they're better than you. Very loud, Also in between a highway and a shipping business that runs 18 wheelers all night.
