Price and normal size room I didn’t like that they charge me $8 for an unknown reason. I’ve requested an invoice to see the reason and they have yet to send one.

The manager and his staff were very professional, very helpful very polite and the place was spotless. I give them all the credit.

It's quite a functional hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The fridge and the microwave in the room were a good plus point. My booking was already paid but I was still asked to pay a deposit of USD 20 per day, out of which a total of USD 10 was deducted and I have no idea why. There was also a mandatory parking charge of USD 4 per day, although I didn't have a car. These hidden charges left a bad aftertaste.

I liked the location where the hotel was and the cleanliness. The floor was off balance, crack on the wall, and the tile in the restroom was also broken and can tell the floor was not leveled.

I felt like this hotel had all the bare minimum things required for an okay experience, but nothing that made me excited to go back

This hotel is poorly designed, poorly built, and poorly maintained. While it appears nice and mostly clean, there is so much else wrong. We requested an accessible room, only to find that such rooms are 2/3 down a very long hallway from the elevator! Accessible rooms should be immediately next to the elevators. Both my wife and high have trouble walking long distances, so this was very difficult for us. And the hotel only had one cart, which was in use when we arrived, so we had to make multiple trips from our car to unload. Poor design! The sound proofing of the room was terrible. We could hear all the traffic noise from the freeway, so getting a good night's sleep was very difficult. Poorly built! Worst of all, the accessible shower had terrible water pressure, and after the first shower, it just stopped working! My wife had to take a bath, which was very difficult for her to get down and back up again, but since the shower stopped working after she had lathered up, there was no choice! Horribly maintained!

I accidentally made a duplicate reservation and canceled the second one, which was obviously unnecessary. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund due to their policies. The mistake lasted only about five minutes and didn’t cause any issue or block the room I had selected. Even so, they kept the full amount ($600). It would have been simple to refund the money back to my card, especially since the other reservation was used. Very disappointing, honestly.

Its just ok, no complementary breakfast, no complementary coffee for christs sake. Just avg hotel with their hand out like a 4 star. Pass on the future

John, the overnight manager is amazing. Great customer service and he made us feel right at home. We stay here anytime we are in the Dallas area and we are never disappointed.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was attentive. Items in convenience area very expensive but handy for a quick snack when we arrived. Charge for parking was never explained, just put on our bill. But parking garage assured of plenty of parking. Very convenient location

We had no breakfast or phone calls. Nothing. No explanation of what the charges were for. I felt that I had paid the total price on expedia and that was it. If I knew what the charges were for I might understand but I was not told of any additional fees. This is a downside of the Marriot chain.

The room seemed outdated and was smaller than other Courtyards we've stayed in.. The room felt stuffy the majority of the time we were there. The thermostat only had AUTO mode and no option to switch between heat and AC. The front desk was courteous.

We stayed four nights with breakfast - not worth the $11 per day extra for limited breakfast items. Parking maintenance is additional $3.8 each day. Staffs are great. Room is clean.

Room was more than I expected. Loved the shower. Maybe start breakfast at 5:00 am? I worked the Plano Balloon Festival and had to be at the pickup point by 6: 00 am.

I wish the details were clear regarding breakfast. I paid for breakfast to be included in the stay. My family of 4 had a credit of $30. With the prices there, plus my credit, I could’ve taken my family out somewhere.

Your hotel was a real treat for my wife and I. Perfect accommodations, perfect spot. My son and his family live in Plano which was only 9 minutes away. Perfect!!!

Yes, you charge me an extra $70 for my service pet to be at the room with me when I initially bought the room it said Pets welcome service. Animals normally should not be charged. I don’t believe that I should be charged that extra amount of $70.

The staff do not seem knowledgeable about procedures, particularly about breakfast. We were told we would have a $15 voucher per person for breakfast. Then as we were checking out we were told it only covered two people. Then the voucher wasn’t applied to our account at all. The front desk staff seemed annoyed I was asking about it and took a long time to resolve. This resulted in a long line forming behind us and no additional staff were available. They eventually credited my account for the $30 voucher but the whole procedure wasn’t done with the professionalism I was expecting from Marriott.

The hotel was ok.. the problem is that cleaning is a big deal for.. found hair in the beds and in the bathroom areas. Small noticeable stains on the pillow cases. The walls had stains. The lamp shades was filthy. The corners of everything in the room had dust and or dirt in them.. the sofa chair had stains. Once again cleaning is a big deal. When I rate I give either a 1 star or 5 star and no in between. I gave them a one star.. please keep the cleaning at an all time high level In these hotel rooms..

Receptionist Cristine manner, behavior is very root. Not polite and non co-operative. I was so upset with her behavior. Never ever will stay this hotel and no more trust Expedia. I called Expedia and they also said we are helpless which is unexpected. Really very bed experience. Just want to forget this experience.

Everything was great, as you would expect with a courtyard. The only thing is I attempted to pay for late checkout and the attendant told me I was not able to because I was not a member. I have never been told that before, I asked how I could become one but she said it was too late.

Nice property consistent with Courtyard standards. A slight downside is its location on a one way frontage road.

The showers didn’t work but other than that it was fine.

We also had a parking at this location. The bathroom sink did not drain well and the bathtub chair for the disabled needs to be clean. Other than that I wouldn’t mind staying here again. Parking fee is $3.50-ish per day

Located along a busy expressway, but the place is quiet. The strange thing is that the hotel charges a parking fee regardless one has a vehicle or not. I explained I didn’t use a vehicle as my transportation was arranged locally but still had to pay for the parking per day.

Nice place to stay but missing restaurant or eating areas within walking distance. Many by car but as this is located right next to a freeway, it becomes difficult after driving all day to again go out for a meal. It was very nice of the hotel to offer eclipse viewing and snacks.

I absolutely love coming to this hotel as I travel a lot for work but wasn’t happy when I got woken up out of my sleep because two people had dogs barking a 2am in the hallway

Much better than the last time I stayed. TV didnt work but they were able to switch us rooms easily. Staff was very nice and efficient even with lots of people in the lobby.

The glasses to drink from (by ice bucket) were not sealed in sanitary plastic (age of covid!). We did not touch them. TP was one ply and not the softest. 1 caf and 1 decaf packets were with the coffee pot; please more caffeinated!! Just taking care of these oversights would raise the bar! The back outside looked so pretty and the Cafe looked great and accessible.
