Our stay in Piano di Sorrento was simply wonderful. Even before our arrival, María Luisa was always attentive and available, which made everything much easier and more pleasant. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and she gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and places to visit in Naples. The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also ideal, with everything close by: restaurants, viewpoints, pharmacies, and even self-service laundries. We absolutely loved everything. We would definitely recommend it and would gladly come back again. Thank you so much to María Luisa for such a warm and lovely welcome! Nothing.

Potential downside: no elevator if you have to carry your luggage to the 2nd of 3rd floor.

It was a very pleasant stay, everything was very nice and as described. The host was very polite and helpful. A big plus was the private parking spot inside the facility to park our motorcycle.

A very kind hostess who checked me in. An incredible garden in the yard with lemons and oranges. A view of the mountains. It would have been nice to have slippers, as the floor was quite cold.

It was an amazing stay and Francesca is an amazing host ! With the car it was very easy to access the Amalfi Coast :) I can only recommend to stay there ! The person who prepared the breakfast was extremely kind !!

Loved the location, we got the train to everywhere we wanted to visit - Sorrento, Pompeii, Naples. Also had a nice breakfast on the balcony each morning of pastries, coffee, fruit and cereal etc. The room was a good enough size and had all the facilities we needed. The property was also close to beaches and restaurants which you could walk or get the bus to!

Quiet but convenient location, cleanliness, comfort, friendly & responsive staff As others have mentioned, the breakfast options are mostly packaged breads & sweets. Fresh bakery items would be ideal :)

Staff was helpful and friendly and the grounds private and secure. Having to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Needs better outside lighting especially at the third floor exterior door.

The staff were so nice and so helpful at giving us advice about nearby facilities and transport etc, the room was so comfortable. Definitely would think about stay here if visiting sorrento, we went to sorrento positano and Capri in the 3 days we were there and piano de sorrento is such a nice place to base yourself

Good location, with a short walk to the beach and local train station (2 stops away from Sorrento). Secure parking too which was great. The housekeeper was extremely welcoming and the rooms cleaned and beds made every day. It was a little on the expensive side for what was offered. The room was quite simple and needs to be modernised. Breakfast wasn't that great - mostly full of pre-packed foods and not enough fresh variety. The coffee however was made fresh everyday!

Elena, the property manager, is amazing. She helped coordinate a car tow late in the evening when my car had trouble and I couldn't reach towing agent. Property is adjacent to an orange orchard. Nice view on a peaceful street. Private secure parking available. Good breakfast is included. Minutes away from action. If you have a car, easy to reach Positano, the main attraction in the area. Best value for money. 2nd floor, only reachable by stairs. Just to keep in mind.
