Nice property at a great price

We made a reservation when we got there at midnight the Lady said she doesn’t have rooms for us he name was Jordan because we r latinos and they did charge us ahead of time so she said there was no manager and that she couldn’t do a refund and walked away leaving us there at front desk

The room was not as large as pictures and description suggest, doesn't quite qualify as a "suite," BUT, still larger than a regular room, excellent for the price, and the staff were SECOND TO NONE, IN ANY HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN! ....And I have stayed in many hotels at different price levels. Outstanding staff, thank you!

Room was not clean, Cobb webs in 2 of the 4 corners and particles of dust all over the room not swept in a week. Toilet paper had no roll its laying on counter. New property but not being maintained.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned well. Only downside is there isn’t any breakfast so plan accordingly. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was my second stay and is now my go to for business and getaway stays. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

The location is nice, accessibility to restaurants is nice. The shower curtain is too small. There’s no comforter… only small blankets… kinda feels like a jail bed tbh.

Coffee only—There was no breakfast available. Problem near roadside entrance creating temporary loss of water supply but repaired in a timely manner. Young man checking us in did an exceptional job and getting us to room because of elevator being out of order and problems with internet service. He was very helpful. Problems were not created by him. He is to be commended for his willingness to go the extra mile in service. Interruptions with water and internet service and brief power outage.

Staff was very kind and very helpful in many ways The bed was wretched. A picture of my makeshift bed is supplied below. I ended up sleeping in the chair, propped up my feet on another chair not a very comfortable sleep. Very noisy during supposed “quiet hours“ no hooks to hang my towels on. kitchenette had a great fridge, but no utensils no pots or pans no dishes.

Room size was fine. Check in was adequate and staff was friendly. The entire place, however was not at all clean. Floor was dirty with crumbs, hair, etc. Didn't appear that any surface had been wiped down in some time. Would not recommend.

The location was great. The young man working there seem friendly and helpful. The doors were to heavy and not automatic. It made it hard to get the luggage in the doors. The bedspreads seems to have crumbs or something on them. Would have like more than one small bar of soap.
