Very clean and convenient location off the highway. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The workout room was good. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The room was spacious and clean. The walls are a bit thin. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming There was some trash left in the kitchen area of my room.

Room was clean and spacious breakfast was great with a plentiful selection for everyone pool was nice and clean and staff was very helpful my son lost a bag when we were leaving and the manager Priscilla Williams and all of the other staff members that I spoke with were so helpful. They boxed his bag up, and I got FedEx to pick it up and send it to my house. I cannot say enough about the helpful staff having the emergency and having them go out of their way to help let’s you know, that they are all wonderful people I would 100% suggest this location to anyone wanting to stay in Pensacola. Thank you.

The location and how clean it was. There was a barking dog in a room across from us it was very annoying and loud.

The beds were a little firm and the tub was extremely slippery-no grip. Other than that, it was an awesome room and the people were super friendly morning and night. The room was spotless. Great job all around. Will stay there again absolutely.

Raul is the greatest ver attentive of my family and myself. So thankful for him and the staff during our visit, definitely will come back.

Room was clean but dated. (Scuff marks on the walls, bathroom caulk yellowing, etc.) Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Would consider staying again due to price and convenience.

Nice mattress, but the pillows were not good. The room was very clean and breakfast/coffee above average. None of the exterior doors locked, so you could enter late at night without a key card, which was surprising.

The breakfast was always plentiful, somewhat varied, and hot. The lady who kept the dining area clean and well supplied, was very friendly and accommodating. The only things to improve was the ice machines didn’t always work. We found machines on different floors. We will stay here each time we come to Pensacola to visit our family.

On our 2nd night the battery went dead in our door handle we couldn’t get into our room for over 2 hours my friend needed to take her meds at a certain time couldn’t get to them because of the locks the way the locks are you can’t get in no matter what was very stressful

The shower had long black hairs on the tile. I called the manager and after three times, she finally called me back. To say she was indifferent and rude is an understatement

The breakfast was amazing. Several items to choose from. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee it was weak not strong enough. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was nice and friendly doing check in and out.

Room was right by an always packed pool with screaming kids and the pool is open till 10 along with kids screaming running down hallways, dogs barking in hallways and upper floors sound like people are constantly moving furniture and dropping stuff. Other than noise pollution and clogged bathtub all other ammenities, location, and staff were good.

We made a last minute stop to stay the night at this property. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was HUGE and very clean. The beds were comfortable (especially the soft sheets). Breakfast was quick and easy and we were able to jump right back on the road.

when i got to the Hotel.. We had to wait 15 - 20 mins to check in due to no one being at the front desk.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. But the only downfall for our stay was that the room next door had music that could be heard starting at 5am. It’s very disrespectful for the guests around because we go to a hotel to rest for whatever circumstances it is. We reached out to the front desk and the issue was not fixed because we checked out around 9am and the music was never either lowered or turned off.

Super clean and quiet, just off of I-10 so it was easy to get in and out on our trip. The beds were great and we loved the different choices of pillows, having the right type makes all the difference.

The property was exceptionally clean. Although there was some disruptive noise from an adjacent room on a few nights, this was understandable as we were in Florida during peak season.

The staff at this location is wonderful but you can tell management isn’t. The rooms lack pillows and blankets and often times the staff have to grab from a vacant room to accommodate us. There are several things that need a refresh and you can tell they put their money into refreshing the most expensive rooms. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so, but only because of the staff.

Very clean and friendly peole until 6 minutes until checkout when some knocking on everyone doors telling them they need to be gone by 11 checkout and we had packed just waiting only elderly mom to finish up but still had 6 minutes till 11. That was a first but cant judge one rude peron for entire establishment. Enjoyed the stay, very spacious rooms and extremely clean and friendly people definitely will stay again

Was clean, decent beds,my daughter and I both just had such a hard time breathing in the room we stayed 7 days. Breakfast is the same old cheap free breakfast not appealing to me but Cracker Barrel is right next door. I did asked to be moved to another room but they were not able to help unless it was a smaller room and there is 5 in our family so that was a no. I will probably not stay at this type again unless I have too.

I wish I had booked rooms some where else. Nothing was good about the experience.

The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I had to do a few bookings because of my job and they made the process as easy as possible for me. The facility is maintained nicely and kept clean. I took advantage of the gym while here.

The rooms where as pictured online and where clean. We usually bring our own cleaning supplies when we stay in a hotel and clean the room when we first arrive; this room had nothing to show on the towels when we cleaned it because it was already cleaned so well. We were impressed with how well it was kept up. The front desk workers were helpful, polite, and always willing to answer any questions we had. 😊 The breakfast had a good selection and the worker was always willing to put more food out upon request even if it was 15 minutes before they close breakfast down. My whole family really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely come back again.

We wanted a room that had a sofa bed and this one was great. Standard hotel breakfast, but good variety. Well stocked kitchenette but you have to ask for a skillet if you want to fry.

Very convenient to I-10 for through-travelers. Dog friendly. $75 per stay dog fee at Home2’s is a little steep for one-night stays.

Our only let down was that we couldn’t get major TV channels in the room. Georgia and Tennessee was playing and we had to watch on a device.
