It was cool, clean

The only good thing about this property was the staff was very comforting and sweet. Shower had good pressure/running water and it was able to get to a hot temperature and stay there. Off rip the room was very run down, paint everywhere was peeling. The air conditioner barely blew cold air, paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 very small beds (was not what we paid for). The tv was extremely old and didn’t work, the sink had barely any water pressure and was leaking as well. After 1 day the toilet was taking forever to flush, the room also smelt like ? walking in. The floors were extremely dirty and definitely don’t get mopped/clean whenever people leave. Was only given 2 very thin pillows per bed, they also wouldn’t give more than 2 towels to a room because of “too many reservations”. Stayed 3 nights and we had 1 person come 1 singular time to bring 2 fresh new towels and that was it. Also ran out of toilet paper and wasn’t given any more, as well as towels. The beds were somewhat broken and very unstable, also found dog toys under the bed so this proves they don’t clean the floors or under the beds at all. Also a very ghetto and unsafe environment for younger children/teens, had people all around smoking cigarettes and throwing them random places. Also kept finding dead roaches in the room on the floor, bedding was very uncomfortable and thin.

There were stray cats roaming everywhere. The room smelled of smoke and cats. The linen on the bed and pillow cases were yellow stained. The wash clothes were blue and supposed to be white was yellow as well. The floor was filthy as well.

The place was unkept. Very old. No hair dryer, no ice machine and no towels had to go back to the desk to get towels. Bed and pillows were awful. Pictures shown were not what my room looked like.

People arguing all night. Loud guest kept me up and I had to work the next day.

Our room floor was coming apart rotting in areas. The bathroom door was busted and taped on the back of the door. We had to lock the door with deadbolt bc the U sling lock was broke not there. The o line pictures was very nice but the room in person wasnt. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. The fridge and microwave were rusted out.I was greatly disappointed.

Rooms was nasty. Manager didn't want to give me a refund after we was in a room without a fridge for 3 days then there was roaches and my mother in law ended up catching bed bugs..

Got in late and exhausted. I chose this hotel because because it is pet friendly. After getting the animals settled i thought i would take a shower. Thats when i noticed all the towels in the bathroom were not clean and the floor wet. Tried to turn the shower on? Barely a trickle of water drizzeled down and no, not hot water. Abandoning the shower. So time to use the bathroom and go to bed. And of course there is no TP. Which would not have mattered since the toilet is clogged. But the best part? It wasnt until the next morning that i tralized the wall in the bathrrom, the entire wall was covered in puke. Pay the extra $10-$50 or $500 and stay anywhere but here

Great stay

The workers were very friendly at all. Location was great but very sketchy. And the whole time there were people screaming and fighting outside all day and all night. Which made it hard to sleep. And the bedding was all stained. The price was good but that’s all it had going for it.

The ONLY reason I gave 3 is bc the staff were very kind literally the ONLY thing nice about the place. I recommend bringing your own blankets pillows (I ended up purchasing my own bc I was scared to sleep in the blankets they provided), also bring cleaning supplies and your own towels bc the tub had blue hair dye and so did my towels. I cleaned the AC vents the towels were black by the time I was done and I mopped the floor also black. Look if you need a place just to lay your head i recommend but other then that it’s raggedy BUT once again the staff were very sweet and very accommodating, every last one of them I thank them. But the place nah hell no absolutely NOT.

The bathroom was in unacceptable condition. The toilet was dirty, with visible stains that had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was shocking to see such a lack of basic hygiene. The environment of the motel also felt unsafe and inappropriate, more like a place for questionable activities than a decent stay for travelers. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

JUST DON'T, my mistake of thinking the rating of 4.something meant out of "5" stars not 10, got there front desk lady was nice, gave my cash deposit drove around to room, seemed sketchy but thought sometimes outside entrance hotels look that way got to the room and it REAKED, instant headache idk what the smell was seemed like pot, cat pee and something else mixed, it was gagging! Then took a step in to see 3, yes 3 2+inch ROACHES, we grabbed our stuff went back down and asked about refund, and the lady at the desk said had to call Expedia, which we did but then they say they cannot get ahold of the staff to be able to get refund back, so theres money LOST very SCAMMY and just a FILTY place, I feel bad for the kids running up and down the halls that seem like they live there in that

Walls, surfaces, and furniture are all filthy. Towels are soiled with stains, and smell terrible. Asked the front desk for a clean towel so I could shower after work, and was refused. Front desk clerk says towels can only be given out in the morning. TV barely works.

We stopped here after a long drive we needed time to rest and this place was terrifying honestly. Looks are deceiving because the front looks fine. But once you walk to the back the outside is filthy, but the room.. Oh my god. Roaches and hair everywhere, the bathroom was dirty and the door didn’t close as well as no handle. There was pee in and on the toilet. The beds scared me, we put towels down to try to lay down but couldn’t. So we just left after a few hours, wasn’t able to feel comfortable enough to rest. There’s strange men walking around and hanging out outside as well.

I went down to the front desk told them I was leaving and the lady at the desk wouldn’t give me my refund on the days I was gonna be there and for the money I spent on my room from the first -the 9th I couldn’t stay in that room any longer especially when I found those roaches. No sure what was going on there however I started getting sick while I was there. Major headaches, staying sick to my stomach, throwing up, something in that room and hotel. Then all the people that were in the rooms next to me. One room had I swear 20 people in one room when I had asked a lady for a lighter to light my candles there was almost 20 people coming out of one room then the room next to me people were so nasty so no wonder there was roaches.

We didnt even stay. We walked in the room and walked out and got another hotel. The rooms reaked of weed and had bugs crawling on the floor as we opened the door. The lady at the desk was nice and even offered us to check out the room before staying. I said no because i trusted it. But we definitely should have checked it before paying.

Nothing to like. The bed sheets were dirty, there was weed shake, hair and stains. The bathroom had hair balls on the floor. The whole floor was dusty and dust bunnies everywhere. The hall way walls were dirty.

The flooring was coming up, the paint was chipping, the sink was clogged. 25 year old CRT tv so couldn’t hook anything up to it, WiFi didn’t work inside the room, the pool was closed and had been closed so long the locks closing it off were rusted. Cheap motel so my expectations were low but this place is a dump.

Property was awful, front was ok, where our roo. Was around the back was crack head central looked at our room, first of all the beds where destroyed, sheets thrown everywhere no blankets and dope baggies in the drawers along with trash, second room there was a huge hole in the bed and once again gross, you could smell the fumes of old food reeking from the non working fridge. Not to mention when walking to our second room there was a man sitting outside on the steps openly watching pornography doing his business right there for everyone to see and I had my freaking kids with me. Like really. We grabbed our stuff went back to the front and handed in all of our stuff and told them it was completely unexeptable and then called the cops as we left and told them the conditions we found all with the man with indecent exposure to my 2 you g boys. Absolutely horrible..I not only filed a report about what happened at the property but also reported them for the state of the property and all the code violations! Don't wanna give me my refund back..well have fun making money when your shut down.

The customer service rep was rude and on the phone the entire time. She interrupted me multiple times, then showed her phone with her manager on it? There were bugs and stained paper signs all over the glass stating more fees. I do not recommend this place. The people behind me said they tried to get a refund too and were denied. Gross and unsafe.

It was gross and moldy. I couldn't even stay with my kids and it left us out in the night with nowhere to stay. The lady even tried to change our room and it was even worse. She was very friendly but i am very upset at the rooms and the fact that i had to spend even more money just to make sure my kids were safe. I didn’t stay long enough to take pictures!

The hotel was out of a horror movie, the worst night i have ever spend and it was only one night and was worried about safety and cleanliness but I had to sleep for a road trip. everything was extremely dirty and old. Picture are not from this hotel and is seems the area is extremely dangerous bc the lobby is not even open to the public they only have an small window outside and this is hotel is definitely a shelter for homeless, I was offered 3 rooms and ALL of them smell like cigarettes or really bad BO this whole experience was sooo traumatic I am so pissed with this hotel and expedia

El hotel estaba en muy malas condiciones tanto por fuera en los pasillos como las habitaciones el piso estaba totalmente asqueroso mantecoso las camas sucias todo olia super mal el aire no enfria le pedi a la persona de reception me dio otra habitacion me cambio pero seguia igual esqcremento de cucarachas en la noche habian drogadictos por los pasillos fumando droga de echo habia uno justo frente a mi puerta y otros mas por los pasillos hice resena de esto al momento de entregar la habitacion y no les importo de verdad que es el peor hotel q me he quedado de no ser por que no reembolsan el dinero me fuera ido de alli

The gentleman checking me in was wonderful. However, the room was not clean when I checked in. One of the beds was missing a pillow. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a towel on the door (used), and soap bars on the floor and left in the shower. The box springs were dirty. The blankets smelled. The room was also musty. If you need a room out of desperation, this is it.

There was a towel on the door (used), and soap bars on the floor and left in the shower. The box springs were dirty. The blankets smelled. The room was also musty. If you need a room out of desperation, this is it.

I would not recommend anyone to stay there even though online it was cheap. I would suggest that people stay at the studio 6 behind this hotel. It was well kept comfortable and much much more. That is where I'll stay when I come back to Pensacola. It was also inexpensive but very accommodating.

The first room I was placed in hadn’t been cleaned. There was molded pizza crusts garbage and dirty towels all right over the room and smelled like an ashtray. The worker at the front desk wasn’t rude but didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. And the outside of the whole place smelled like a dumpster.

Very dirty old hotel. Didn’t even give you pillow cases for your pillows. Couch in there was 100 years old. Floor hadn’t been mopped in years. It was the qorst hotel I have ever been in.

Wanderers all around property that seem to be on illegal substances, was not clean at all(had to buy chemicals to clean), cigarette holes in pillows and blankets, walls looked like people walked all over them and big spots all over of peeled and different paint, door in the room that leads to the room next to it is super thin and didn’t shut all the way so we had to move the plywood topped stand tv was on in front of the door to block it, air conditioner has black mold and dust all over it, towels and sheets looked like half washed dookie smeared stains all over them. Didnt cross my mind to take pictures of sheets or towels as I had and used my own. Also a hotel people leave at and the person next to us had a big dog that constantly barked if we made any type of noise

Bed were very uncomfortable and even though there was multiple people staying in room they refused to give more then 2 towels! Smelled like moldy water! And they allow people to smoke drugs on property.

This place was disgusting! The room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The sink had been leaking so there was water all over the floor, bugs crawling on the floor, bedding was dirty. The staff and housekeeping were very rude!

Disgusting. Room filthy: toilet, towels, bedding. 1/2 the lights out, smoke detector missing, asked for refund and told I missed the 30 minutes to get one. Was able to get bleach from house keeping so I could self clean the bathroom and room surfaces. Never experienced such an establishment like this.

WiFi didn’t work, the room smells especially the chair in there, the bathroom door it look like mildew and had mold on, the trashy people partied all night, neighbor unsafe, trash everywhere on the grounds. We will not be coming back here ever. Only three pillows for two people.

I had to go to the office and change them out twice. Then I called to say I wasn’t going to go back up there, he sent a resident with another key that didn’t work. I didn't like anything..it was so nasty we couldn't stay, we stayed at red roof inn instead..the place needs to closed down! Everything was nasty and full of bugs!

Kept a knife by me and propped up the door with a chair. Guy was watching us at night and telling us to watch our back and keep a gun on us. And heard yelling overnight. But you get what you get for 60$ a night

This hotel should rate 0 stars. Very unkept. My room had a broken chair propped up on a wall so it wouldn’t fall over. Dangerous. Multiple stray cats hanging around because people are living on the back side of the hotel and are feeding them.

It was relatively quiet but the physical condition of the room was terrible. The furniture was very old and worn out and should have been replaced years ago. Wall repair and paint absolutely required. Also, roaches in the bathroom was a nice touch. If you have no choice for something else, fine. It's better than sleeping in your car.

Nasty. Mold all over walls. Cigarette burns on blankets in a non smoking room. Light barley worked. When asked for a different room and manager, was denied. Do not stay here. The building should be condemned!!!!

Bed and sheets were uncomfortable. The floor in the room was wet and dirty. I had to lay down a towel by the bed because there was puddle. The TV didn’t work. The people in the room next to me were up late listening to loud music

It was decent for the price , sheets were clean , room was clean . My only complaints are the baby roaches and the fact that they’re were about 8-9 burn holes in the comforter and dog hair . Other than that everything was fine !

They need to upgrade their rooms but for $50 a night I understand but my stay was OK

The Front Desk Staff was very nice and understanding. He did ask if we wanted to see the room first and we declined because we were exhausted. The room was horrible. The floor hadn't even been swept or mopped. Mildew in the bathroom. The whole room was extremely damp. There were parts of a broken a/c unit just sitting on the sidewalk with exposed metal and insulation.

This place is a dump. All the outside trash cans was flowing with trash. The rooms was not even swept the floors was dirty from who ever was there before. Shower rod was not even connected to the wall it was just sitting on the rim of the shower. Microwave was disgusting rusted in the inside. I almost didn’t feel safe at this place. Don’t even get me started in that I e box.

The room didn't match photos on line. It seemed like one of those hotels where there's people living there. However it's not so expensive you can't afford it . It's priced well.

Customer service was great nobody bothered you pet Friendly.Close to everything restaurant gas stations shopping areas and the interstate next up the road affordable prices for the rooms. They give out many towels you need and i appreciate their services thank you.

Average budget motel, fast wifi, staff was awesome...you get what you lay for people

this hotel needs to be cleaned deeply on the sidewalks and the balconies. The level of filth was overwhelmng. then you had your clients smoking all sorts of drugs there too. the motel reeked of dope. there was no phone to call the desk with when our neighbors had a knock down drag out fight at 3 a.m. No chairs in the room, no clock, only a sick television and a garbage can . the ceiling was peeling and the baseboard in the bath was falling off. The towels all looked very stained and nasty, the bedspreads were gross and the floor had not been mopped in months. the mirror was filthy too. someone used a solvent on the tv screen and it had a thick haze . I would not recommend this place to a rabid dog.

We are booking hotel rooms through Expedia from long time. Never had such a bad experience. All night we had roaches running in room. Room looks disgusting. Towel was used and not cleaned. Saw cigarette pieces where we specifically booked non smoking rooms with kids.we had to go to Walmart yesterday and buy sanitizer and sheets for the bed

This place is horrible the ceiling was falling down. The room smelled like mold. The shower curtain was falling off the wall because the shower was leaking in the wall and poorly repaired, if you could call that a repair. The only sink didn’t work and I could barely brush my teeth. Just an overall bad room and I felt like I got eaten by bugs for sleeping in the bed

Our first night here we opened a towel and there was a dead cockroach bigger than my thumb inside. I asked staff for new towels and told them and they did nothing, acted like it was normal. We thought that was the end of it and then the next night we found a live one crawling in the bathroom floor, and crawled everywhere in the floor until we trapped it under a cup for house keeping to find. The other people who stayed were extremely loud. It was 30 minutes from the pensacola beach, which isn’t awful but getting on the interstate and off was. Yes it is cheap, and if you are okay with cockroaches bigger than a grown adults thumb then go here. But if not, I would highly recommend a different hotel. This place is disgusting and our non smoking room smelt like someone had been smoking for years. Housekeeping also goes in when you’re not there. Have fun, and choose a different hotel for your own bug hating good.

The property is really open and spacious with plenty access to grassy areas. It's a really convenient location and the staff is friendly.

I went with my family, and found bed bugs. Every inch of that room was disgusting. We ended up leaving and thankfully found a much better place on such short notice.

I didn’t like anything about the room. There were old towels still in the bathroom with bugs on the walls, the bathroom door was hard to open (because it was breaking), pain was falling the the bathroom, roaches on the ac and spiders on the entrance door.. staff had horrible hospitality. The staff member didn’t want to refund me and refused to let me speak to the manager. Jerks
