Staff is perfect. Room is fine. What trashes the place is the pool. No tables in or out to sit at. The side door isn’t locked at night.

Keep up the great work and service.

The staff was not necessarily rude, but no one ever greeted us, regardless of the day/time we came in the building. Asking for towels or TP seemed like a chore. My favorite moment however, is my now ex son in law asking the front desk if she knew where he could buy some weed and she said she could sell him some. The hotel itself was fine, clean, and cold AC.

For an inexpensive motel, it was pretty good. The AC was cold, the room was clean and the front desk people were friendly. We basically arrived at 8:00 PM and left the next morning at 8:00 AM. I would stay again.

basic Standard Hotel it has an outside pool the room was very clean had refrigerator and microwave and a sink and bed was conformable reasonable price it did the job while I was there.

Nice location, you could tell this was an older building but it has been kept up well. Not the fanciest but very clean with very kind staff.

Stayed one night & im thankful that was it!! We had to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because the desk clerk was on her phone making plans for tomorrow. Didn’t have but 2 towels & 1 wash cloth & when we ask for 1 more towel & wash cloth, we were told they were out until laundry was done the next day. Pay a cash deposit that I had to almost beg to get back. Horrible experience, will NEVER stay there again.

The pool is gross. No umbrellas no loungers dirty plastic cheap chairs. My room was very clean but my tub was peeling. Every staff member I met was extremely good at what they do. Pleasant and welcoming. No breakfast at all. No restaurant.

This was an easily accessible hotel. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed and was very clean. The staff was helpful during the check-in and checkout process.

I liked the large fridge. The bed was comfortable and I liked that access to the bedrooms were inside. The A/C worked great! The shower curtain had mold growing on it.

Very basic hotel. No decor or welcoming atmosphere. When we got into the room there was white powder on the bedside table. Immediately went to find housekeeping who were sitting in a room eating. They informed me the room had not been cleaned but to give them 10 minutes to clean it. Very basic cleaning job. Walls had handprints and spots. Shower curtain was dirty. Many different odors throughout the hotel. Shower “screamed” at us. Walls very thin. Cheap hotel. A last minute stay.

Room was dusty, shower curtain had mold on it, phone was not working. The tub had a less than average repair, sharp edges. Roaches in bathroom. Staff on the other hand were pleasant, offered a new room.

Kitchen was clean there was a couple places around the hotel room that was either stained or dirty. Bathroom door had spots on it and the room needed a fresh coat of paint. But the room served its purpose!

Need a breakfast area but the hotel was great but the pool needs towels out there,but we loved the pool.

Just an average room that served purpose of inexpensive rate for just one night. Would not recommend for extended stay and not for children.

Purchased 2 rooms. Both were supposed to have 2 queen beds and they were full sized beds instead. Bloody burgers on wall and a couple roaches in 1 room. Other room had whole all in curtains on the window and floor was so incredibly filthy that white socks turned black. The absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life!

They put toasters in there but the smoke alarm is right above it so when I made toast it set the alarm off at 5:00 in the morning

Great value motel. Room was clean, and smelled good. The only complaint about it is that there were about two hairs found in the room: one on the shower wall, and on the bed sheets. Other than that the room was spotless. The mattress isn’t the most comfortable, but what can you expect for a place you can snag for $50-60 a night? No extra fees on top of the room price, just a $50 deposit they needed when you check in, which I think is pretty reasonable. I’d stay here again.

Had go down stairs to ice or drink machine. Toilet made terrible noises after flushing for atleast 10 minutes. Bed was really uncomfortable. View was terrible . One way in or out side door wasn't working had leave and come through front only.

Was not as clean as everyone expects, curtain shower and bathtub were dirty, the towel that’s used as mat has stains as well; a plastic bag was found on the bathroom floor, and some hairs on bathtub walls.

The space was great. Plenty of room in the King side bed room. Staff was friendly from start to finish. It was very quiet for sleeping.

For the price, I couldn't beat it! I felt safe, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I would stay again for a quick weekend getaway

It was a very unsafe environment, I witness the desk clerk pull out a knife on a customer, we were totally scared and couldn't sleep, the water didn't get hot and the mattresses were worn out.

I would have rated it a 5 except for the fact that you can hear everything from all over the building. Simultaneously right now I can hear televisions, conversations and kids jumping around from at least three other rooms. I was awakened by someone coming into the hotel at 3am talking loudly, and turning on their tv.

Parking was safe and I loved having the kitchenette in the room.

What can say except for everything was fantastic as usual. I travel a lot for work and I have the whole panhandle that I take care of and anytime I'm near the Pensacola area this is my go-to hotel to stay at. The staff is absolutely amazing The rooms are clean they have full size refrigerator and microwave. I could go on and on but let me tell you just because it's the studio 6 it still feels like a resort even though they don't have all the amenities but they treat you like a resort staff does and kind of think of it as maybe like a second home., 😂😂😂 they are just great and they really do take care of the rooms and make sure everything is good. Parking is great beds are comfortable.

I stayed here for 5 days. I will say the staff was great! Everyone working was really helpful and nice when I made request for towels and other necessities during my stay! However the condition the room was in was not what I saw on the pictures when I booked the room. The shower curtain in the room was brown from how dirty it was. The walls had chipped paint everywhere. The AC unit in the room was gross as well it made the entire room smell like mold due to how old and dirty it was. Every blanket/towel I received had unknown stains on them. I will say I did not see any roaches or bugs while I was there and I was very grateful for that! Normally I don’t leave negative reviews and again it’s nothing against the staff everyone was really nice! There just needs to be updates and repairs made to the rooms and they need to be cleaned more thoroughly. For anyone looking for a place to stay and come across this hotel just be aware of the things I mentioned. Not saying it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever seen but just do some searching before you pick this place. I went based off pictures and reviews and I was definitely misled.

Front desk staff did a good job at check-in but the hotel was in shambles. There was no conditioner or shampoo in the shower, only a bar of soap. The TV channels were limited and the room wasn’t super clean. There was no ice bucket liner. Breakfast was not included or available and the only clean water option was the vending machine (there were water fountains in the lobby).

Overall we weren’t dissatisfied with the stay, relative to the price per night. But we probably wouldn’t stay again. The room was fine, but the amenities are very light and the property overall isn’t well maintained. Our biggest concern was that the exterior door that faced Sharon Ln didn’t lock. It seemed very incongruent with the signs just outside the door and inside the room that warn against human traffickers.

When you book a hotel, you expect a clean and sanitary space, and this experience did not meet that basic expectation. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and addresses the pest problem so future guests do not have to deal with the same situation.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. My husband and i booked based on reviews but were skeptical because we are notmally Hilton people. I must say we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed this stay. We will be using this as our go to stop when traveling between Houston and Tampa.

The walls are paper thin so I heard when my neighbor and all her loud kids came in in the middle of night after my 18 hour drive. I also requested a late check out because I was exhausted from the drive and didn’t make it in until almost midnight. At 8 or 9 AM I am woken up by the house keeping Lady on speaker phone talking about drama on her cellphone. Mind you I paid for late check out because I wanted to REST!! The place looks nice but the people including staff are ghetto.

Room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, a short ride to the airport. Instead of the tiny soaps, I think shower gels are better options.

Shower floor was very dirty, black spots and moldy. There was a non slip mat in there in very poor condition, very disgusting. The towels were dirty as well, looked like old rags and not white as they should look. We decided it was best not to shower. I honestly don’t know where they get the 8+ rating.

Comfortable stay, clean room, no nonsense process, friendly staff, they do charge $10 + deposit for pets at the check in but you get the deposit back. Only spent a few hours in our room but they were comfortable hours, ac gets very cold (we like that)

Best stay in a while at a very affordable hotel. Excellent staff, clean room, quietness, local restaurants and gas and free way all within a half mile radius. I will be staying here on all my future trips. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations. I was there 3 nights during the holiday.

The rooms don't get cleaned but they will go in your room to snoop around, the manager has a really bad attitude, the hotel has a horrible odor and usually smelling like Marijuana, drugs and prostitution are going on there and a guy just recently overdosed in the room next to mine and he I assuming had been dead for a couple of days because the odor that came from that was really horrible and my vehicle was about stolen at 3am. I woke up and went outside to smoke a cigarette and noticed a tow truck pull in and he didnt see me sitting on my bumper of my jeep. He put the tow thingy down and started backing up to my jeep and I stood up and then he seen me, so he took off really fast. Ive heard about tow truck companies doing this either to steal your vehicle or make up some parking infraction just to make money and sometimes these businesses are in on it.

The hotel is horrible, we were put at the end of the hallway where the door to the laundry room was opened and shut all night. There was dog hair all over the room and in the bed. I was worried we were going to get fleas.

The clean room had a very strong bleach smell like someone had just cleaned it and I checked in after 8 pm. The fridge had a strong food smell but looked clean. I saw one roach in the bathroom, but it appeared near death. Thank you pest control.

Motel only issue that I have is the pool was closed because they needed a pool pump they cost less than $500. They make more than that in one day on motel fees.

There was like a drug deal or something going on in the parking lot, the hotel hall ways were gross and the bedroom smelt horrible that I left the bedroom door open for a hour to air out. We have traveled from Northern California through the country back to Florida and no one has ever given us a problem. The hotel had a lot of unseemly characters wandering around. We got to our room and there was not even a room number on the door. There were only three small pillows on a king size bed. The sheets weren't large enough to stay on so the corner came off in the middle of the night. The towels were paper thin and small. There were no amenities whatsoever. There was a roach in our room on the kitchen at ledge. Check out was okay and the lady at the desk was pleasant and apologetic, but I doubt we will ever stay in the Studio 6 again and certainly not this one!

The staff were not friendly at all, the room was not clean, I would not recomment this place.

The front desk staff have always been nice and so pleasant to deal with. Even though pets are allowed, it’s still clean and smells nice. There’s a nice little area for pet walking, with clean up bags provided, which we appreciate.

The only issue i had was the outdoor pool was closed the entire stay. Everything else was amazing.

Checked in and got to room only to find that the a/c compressor sounded like a jackhammer every time it kicked on - called and asked for a different room since there was no way we would be able to sleep - told they had just sold out - checked out and went elsewhere - will never attempt to stay at Studio 6 again and will be filing complaint with Expedia to get money refunded.

We stayed here for a week. The staff was always polite and traded towels as needed. The fridge was not working overnight, they immediately sent a maintenance man in and switched it out. The beds were decent. I always stay at Motel 6 properties because they are generally clean and free of bugs. This property was exactly what I wanted. I only wish they did breakfast.

There we occupants above us that appear to be moving furniture up until 11- 12am every night. Otherwise it was a quiet property.

Second, the A/c would not cool the room down past 70, even after I turned it down to 62. Third, hair dryer didn’t work.they put a maintenance work request in to be replaced while we were out for the day. It did not get fixed. Fourth, housekeeping didn’t bring anybody clean towels. Everyone piled them up outside their room in th hall. I had to ask the front desk for some more. Fifth, the toilet and sink pressure was high, but shower didn’t have enough pressure to wash any long hair. It barely had enough pressure to wash my crew cut. Over all not bad for what we paid for.

The staff was rude & there were roaches in our room & in the bed! The room was damp the entire stay & the pool was unavailable our entire stay. I understand things happen but it was the entire reason we booked here was for the pool and no one could provide reasoning or offer compensation.

There was no restaurant on site it had been discontinued, the pool was having its on green slime and science project. The only thing positive was the house keeping....very disappointed.

Pool was not working. We booked our stay specifically to enjoy time at the pool bc the beach would be overly packed for the blue angels. There was no info on Expedia about the pool being down. Nonetheless I wasted my money booking a hotel with no pool. In turn I had to book another hotel so my family could enjoy the pool.

It was pretty quiet from room to room. It was surprisingly clean (good job guys!), the beds were pretty comfortable, they allowed our dog, and the little kitchenette area was great to have. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a nice hotel to stay overnight on our trip. It was convenient to the freeway & there were places to eat close by. The staff were nice & helpful.

Our stay was good. When we walked in to check in. Smelled clean and fresh. Room was cozy but could have used a thicker blanket on the bed and also the smoke detector beeped all night. Battery must have needed replacing.

For under $80/day not too bad. The first receptionist wasn't welcoming at all but who cares, right? The room and bathroom were pretty clean but the toilet wasn't fastened to the floor properly but operational, nonetheless. The first night went well and in the morning we called up the staff to see if they will service our room and bring new towels. When we got back that night the dirty towels and trash were exactly where we left them. We called up and told us to go get the towels-smh. So I guess you get what you pay...for except service. Anyways, I went to the front to get them and at least the second receptionist was friendly. in summary, the location was close to everything including the beach, which was just 20 min out. The place also had a washer and dryer but it did cost $7 to wash/dry. Oh and we did see one roach in our room. Overall, it's ok for the price you pay but it would be nice if they refunded some of the service we paid for they didn't provide.

We stayed as a family for a short trip. It's a quiet and suitable place for a short stay. Reasonably priced for what it offers. The pool was clean and nice-our kids had fun. The small kitchenette in the room was very useful for us. We used the coffee and tea maker every day. There's also a good-sized fridge that met all our needs. It would have been even better if there was a designated area for having breakfast at the hotel.

Booked this room because it’s along the way to my destination and super tired from long driving. Should have drove a lil further and spend more so I don’t have to experience this. Woke up with rashes! Upon check out, front desk told me “okay will take a look”

Hotel is slightly dated but was clean with nice beds and showers and was convenient for what we needed in Pensacola.

The front desk was very nice. They helped me rectify a reservation mistake on my part. The room was large. There were only 3 very small pillows on a king bed and the trash can had not been emptied and was overflowing. The bed was comfortable.

Clean and budget friendly. The beds are comfy and the ac will really cool the room. We travel with a dog and this is a good pet friendly option for a bargain price. Having a full sized refrigerator in the room is very convenient.

Everything was fine with the exception of the remote not working and the toilet not being secured to the floor. It was quiet and had everything I needed and was convenient to the interstate.

Property was not how it looked online. Hall carpet was terrible. Staff were all nice when needed to speak with them. Our children’s room was terrible.. comforter had stains, toilet clogged up and bathroom door looked on him. Tk goodness his sister was in room.

Terrible stay. I checked in late and no one was at front desk. I called and still no one picked up. I had to search the hallway for staff. The room was dirty, musty, dusty and rusty and overall gross.

It was kind of sketchy at first but me and my friend survived 3 nights. The end room that I stayed in had pool smell and the hall way at the end would have a weird smell idk what it was.

but the marijuana odor is very noticeable. i don't mind the smoking of it, but check in should be clear of it, imho

Location

Staff was courteous and the beds were clean and comfortable enough. One issue I had was that you could tell the bathroom floor hadn't been swept as I could see long hair all over the floor. The other issue I had was that the tub was clogged to the point where I was standing in about 2 inches of water. I ended up using a plastic bag to pull the clog of hair and who knows what else out of the drain.

Smelly, dark, urine smelling hallways. Staff is robotic and indescribable. Towels missing from the room. Curtains falling off the hinges. Toilet not secure properly and wobbling left and right. Fitted sheets were not changed.

Comfortable bed and bedding. Convenient. Ok for s night or two. I liked the full size fridge and microwave.

The toom wasn't clean good enough, found dogs or cats hair in floor, swept and the mop end cery dirty with that hair

Not the best hotel. Clean, but hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. Dogs were barking from nearby rooms. Definite signs of people who were living there long term.

The room a/c had probably been off the entire season and it was a sauna! It didn’t cool down until 6-8 hours later. There was also a pube in the ‘clean’ shower.

The motel was a good value for a 1-night stay. We were passing through Pensacola and needed a clean, budget-friendly room. It was nice for the money. The only negatives were it was noisy until late at night due to families with kids running around, and there was no shampoo provided, only a tiny soap bar. It was clean and the beds were okay.

ac didn't work. refrigerator leaked. everything in the room felt sticky. trash all over the parking lot.

The hotel beds were comfortable and clean. Hallway smelled like pot. The hair dryer did not work. Electrical outlet had exposed wiring above one of the beds and shower had a hole by the wash rag bar. Otherwise our stay was fine.
