Clean and quiet

The room was spacious, which was nice. Really nice shower and clean, too. However, when we unfolded the hide a bed, there were NO linens. We searched the room, including all cabinets, closet, drawers...nothing. my daughter went to the front desk and asked for linens for the couch bed. She was handed the ROUGHEST blanket we have ever felt. That was it! No sheets, no pillow cases, just a blanket that felt like a grain sack or straight up sandpaper. I sended up sleeping on the folded up coach with 2 towels instead of the blanket. If you are going to have a hide a bed in a room, at least provide linens.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, up to date, & the staff were all friendly. Free parking & free breakfast were a plus!

The breakfast was so delicious and they had many choices to choose from. There was an awkward smell in the bathroom. It was clean but still had a smell to it

Very clean and well maintained property. Rooms were full studios including kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and even dishwashers. Also only 2 minutes from the airport with hourly transport to airport.

The current company has given this hotel a makeover and it looks tons better. The breakfast was on par with what it should be and the staff seemed to be well trained and very friendly. This time it was worth the price charged and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay and a relative bargain.

Dear Management, I had to write to compliment the staff from prior to my arrival as well as during my stay during May 31-June4. Prior to my arrival I spoke with Karina and Kell regarding my reservation. Due to my physical condition, I wanted to ensure I had the proper unit reserved. Both were so helpful!!! Another time I called and spoke with Jelanie. She too was sooo kind! I shared I was coming for a funeral for my best friend’s husband and that my friend would be staying with me at the hotel. She was so empathetic!!! We also had the option of meeting of meeting Anita. Thank you so much! I will be making a reservation for another week in the upcoming future.

The key didn't work to get in the hotel so we were locked out in the middle of the night both nights. We had to get someone's attention at the desk to let us in
