The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.

The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin.

That’s no big deal, but we were not informed until I asked the front desk. They should have told us ahead of time. The remote control for the TV didn’t work and when I called the front desk, they sent a person with a replacement within five minutes, which was very nice.

The atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything was superb and I’d love to come again in the future. :) I just wish the beds were a little more soft and the pillows a bit more fluffy. Other than that, everything couldn’t have been better. The pillows not as fluffy as I would’ve liked them to be. The bed being too hard and not as soft as what I am use to at home, but I made it work. The in room coffee could have been a been better as well.

For a quick trip that I made, this was my second stay within a period of 10 days. I returned because the rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a nice bar in the lobby. There are several choices of restaurants close by and there is a Dunkin’ Donuts within walking distance. quite important for me, was the airport shuttle starting at 4 AM —a great service.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays so we missed out on that. It appear that them housekeeping was using mattress cover as bed spreads. I thought that strange but I would stay again. I felt safe in the area and the rooms were nice

I was upset at first the bed was lumpy and hard to sleep in and the toilet was impossable to flush. The handle was too hard to use. I was unaware they only clean the rooms every 2 days so was very upset when I didn't have clean towels the next day, however, I was there on business for the hospital next door and so I extended my three day stay to four with the help of Jerri, She was very very polite and helpful and made that transaction perfect. She is a great asset to the company. I really appreciated her efforts.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Perfectly fine stay and worth the money. If I’m being nit picky. The wood furniture was all very sticky, maybe the cleaning spray reacting to the varnish? Also, very cheap toilet paper, kinda annoying it’s just tears as soon as you touch it. Shower had good soap and shampoo just in an awkward location in the shower where you hit it all the time. Other than that small stuff it was a clean modern hotel.

The staff is always so kind at this hotel. We keep our vehicle here every year when we leave town for two weeks and it’s always in the same place and same condition as we left it. Definitely worth the savings at the airport to stay here a night and keep a vehicle there for the two weeks we are gone. The beds are always comfy and we enjoy our stay. The shuttle drivers have always been so sweet and helpful!

It was regular not dirty but not super clean. I made a mistake when I reserved the room. I booked a handicap room instead of a regular room. Unless you are in a wheel chair don’t reserve the accessible room. I was also dated.

I recently stayed in one of the Marriott hotels in Pensacola. My experience at the Hilton was MUCH BETTER. My daughter and I were there with our puppy who was to have major surgery. The staff was helpful, positive, and able to answer questions (e.g., restaurants nearby, stores, etc.). The lady in the restaurant, helped by creating a dinner plate for our puppy. Everyone was very positice and made a difficult trip easier. They also worked as a team, which doesn't seem to happen often. Thank-you to all the staff and their help.

Hotel is very nice and close to restaurants and other stores, less than 5 minutes to the mall. My Jr. Suite (Room 429) was very nice and clean. I had a late check-in, called the desk to inform them, call was answered promptly and the late night desk agent knew who I was and was ready to check me in.

Great place to stay real nice clean rooms only 1 problem which was a major issue my wife and I were trying to extend our stay at the hotel for one more night with our daughter family and friends discount that she and family members receive by her working for Hilton should’ve been no problem we never have a issue with doing so but the receptionist Paige refused us access in doing so we went to the next exit and spent a night at the Marriott even though we had to pack up everything just to go to another hotel…..we won’t be staying at the Hilton ever again …..THANKS PAige

The staff was great. I arrived early and was helped politely with an early check-in They were very friendly. The only draw back to the hotel was the outer door entry system. There was a glitch most times, but again the staff was helpful and corrected the key card every time. I will choose Hilton again.

We had a nice stay overall. The main concern was that the room was dated, and the lighting was very dim, which made it difficult to see clearly. Carpeting in hotels tends to hold onto stains and odors, which took away from the comfort a bit. That said, it was fine for a one-night stay.

Really nice area and hotel. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There are a lot of good restaurants and shopping places, as well as a movie theatre close by. The pool and jacuzzi are nice with plenty of chairs and lounges. Great workout room and meeting facilities too. Will be back!

The website stated that breakfast was free - it was not. It was $15. Stayed 2 nights, ran out of conditioner on first night and ask front desk to have it filled. Never happened. Ran out of shampoo and body wash on 2nd night. There are other, better (and cheaper) hotels in the area, suggest going to one of those and skip this one.

Room I was assigned was for handicapped. No tub. Which was very inconvenient. I was unable to tub bath or shower. bc I am not handicapped and wet slippery bathroom floors, in this handicapped room, presented a greater fear issue for slipping and falling. Cold not get curtains facing the street traffic to close and had to use a safety pin to try n secure privacy for both nights stay. Also covers n esp. pillows on beds, were extra wrinkled and had the appearance of having been used. In the past, choosing this hotel and its accommodations has always been a top priority for my stay in Pensacola, however in the last year or so, the " "quality" of service in the main areas needs to return to its reputational standards.

We are elderly, had reservations for several days ahead, due to the coming storm, we arrived a little early 2 p.m. ish, and needed to rest. With a list of physical challenges to deal with and a genuine need to elevate our feet sooner than the 4 p.m. check in, my husband (82 yrs) requested a possible early checkin. He was told they would call him when it was ready. Well, 4 p.m. came and still no call. I was in agony with swelling....he went in again at 4 p.m. and got right into the room. It would've been so wonderful to have had a little more diligence for elderly the need. Other than this, we neither one have ever had a complaint. Thank you for this place!

It did not seem like a good value for the price. We usually stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, less then a mile away, but it was booked. It is older but a better room arrangement and better value. Parking in and out is better, it has a free breakfast and overall has a better feel.

Booked because of location which very convenient to the airport and hospitals nearby. Everything was great until we tried to use the Wi-Fi. Signal was very weak and pages would freeze and not load. We had to use our phones for internet. We will stay at the Hampton Inn next time we are in Pensacola.

The property was very clean and in a very convenient area. Everyone was super nice and helpful - the check in process was fast and easy, Our room was super clean and nicely appointed. The only suggestion was that the bathroom lighting was very dim. Maybe they could put a hight wattage bulb or more lighting.

The front desk seemed a bit Moody from time to time. They only clean your rooms every other day. And it was a little bit of a hassle to try to get new towels and rags and the trash can liners. All of the food has to be purchased at a pretty expensive price. And the buffet while good doesn't really.95.
