Everything was very clean and staff was great .

The breakfast was the same everyday cooked eggs for sandwhich, bagels toast sometimes the waffle man's pancakes machine worked! The room was pretty clean the bathroom was dirty hair all on the shower walls stains on my towels! If it wasn't for the emergency and me not being there to much I would've checked out the day I checked in and seen everything! Will definitely look for a better place next time but it is located near a lot of things and the hospital which is the reason I was there!

The clean polish of a more upscale hotel is, unfortunately, offset by walls and floors so thin that you can hear evey movement and every footstep.

The only complaint is that the walls are really thin so you hear bumping all the time. I also could hear the man next door snoring.

This is the place to stay when you go to Pensacola. Close to hospitals, airport, restaurants and shopping malls. 4 miles away from I-10. Great staff, excellent breakfast menu.

The hotel does a good job at marketing itself as if it's in a great location but the wandering homeless folks in the parking lot made it less than desirable. Additionally, the key card system was down when we stayed so we had to be escorted to our room. The room itself was bare bones. Not what you expect when you drop almost $200 on a room for a night.

Overall an amazing experience! Perfect for families. Very welcoming and perfect for pets.

Great location! Great aesthetics in the lobby and social area! Breakfast was good each morning and he coffee was great. We usually get a suite , but just booked a king room and it was a bit smaller than we were used to. But, they made up for it with shelving.

The room was clean. All staff was very polite and helpful. "Breakfast Pam" and her tall blonde sidekick were true worker bees each morning for breakfast. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. We enjoyed how the seating area was spaced out so it never felt crowded even with many being served. My only question is why didn't they have coffee in the rooms as in the past. You do have to get dressed and go to the lobby to get morning coffee. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

The noise level kept me from sleeping. It was very loud and I got no rest. There is no carpet and the vinyl plank flooring was actually sticky.

There was no shampoo, pubes on the shower wall, and brown stains on my “clean”towel. Also a flashing green light on the smoke detector lighting the room while i was trying to sleep was annoying. Next time im in the area ill find a new place to stay

The hotel’s location was good, the amenities were good, and it was a very clean hotel. The people that work there were very nice and professional. The problem is the noise that makes it into the room when you’re trying to sleep. You can hear the people above you and even across the hall. I also prefer that the AC/Heat keep the fan running and just turn on the AC/Heat when needed. When the AC/Heat turns on it wakes you up and when it turns off it wakes you up.

Some pictures and description on Hotels.com are inaccurate, but the hotel was nice and our room was spacious Breakfast was delicious and sitting area is roomy with lots of choices.

Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff! Only reason not to give 5 stars is that they didn’t have any streaming services available because they have to replace their tv boxes I believe. They had live TV however.

Room next door was talking so loud after hours but didn't want to 'cause issues bt reporting it to front desk. A quiet hours signs can help with this.

Repeated issues and I went to the desk many times and they seemed dis-interested in helping. I called numerous times during the night over concerns and no one answered the phone. Reported it and they again didn’t care. Would never stay here again

My room was 217 and I experienced a problem with a noise in the room. I stayed 3 nights and didnt get much sleep due to an odd (and very loud) single bang sound every hour or so behind the shower encloser. It sounded like a pipe expanding or like a plastic bottle being crumblled under foot. It would happen every hout or so day and night which was impossible to sleep thru. We were in pensacola to compete in a professional sport so a good night's sleep was very very important

The staff were so accommodating!! Our flight at the airport was cancelled we called and asked for a shuttle ride from the airport and they picked us up 10 minutes later. They also provided us a ride back to the airport the next mor. They couldn’t have made it any easier for us considering the circumstances with our flight being cancelled.

I got the room with the king bed it was without a doubt the most cramped room I have ever rented . The bathroom was the only part that was spacious . The furniture or decor what ever is more for looks than comfort . It looks cute but is uncomfortable with only one chair that was highly uncomfortable to sit in for more than 5 minutes . Even the furniture in the breakfast area was that way . and no microwave except in the lobby . Even Best Western has microwaves in the rooms . the bed was at least comfortable . Might try the Home 2 but the furniture is probably the same

The staff was prompt, and courteous. The whole entire hotel was clean, organized and very comfortable to stay in. We had to get up and leave early so we did not get to have breakfast but overall our stay was very enjoyable and we plan on staying again on our next trip to Pensacola

Our room was clean and comfortable. Tru has done an outstanding job remodeling this hotel. The location was most convenient near the Medical Center where my wife had an early morning appointment. We did not get to partake in the breakfast buffet; however, it looked great. I'd gladly stay in another Tru by Hilton for my next hotel needs.

Really enjoyed my short stay in Pensacola and the Tru Hilton. Check in was painless. The staff very helpful and friendly. Just a great experience. If I return I will stay there again.

Service beyond expectations. Our AC at home broke and decided to stay at local hotel until fixed. TRu Hilton was the choice due to its convenient location near Starbucks and Publix. To make story short, husband and I will include stay at Hilton Tru on our weekly date night! Pat from kitchen is the best!!! Clean! Friendly! Did I say clean? And smart hotel including staff!!!

The bar tender made the stay horrible. IDing 50 year old then lied to her manger that she was cussed out. Their were never pool towels available Did not replenished bath towels, had to ask everyday. I would never return to this location.

Hotel was clean staff friendly we will be back! We are in Pensacola several times a year for my husband job and we are always looking for good hotel.

Never will use any Hilton chain of hotels again. The most unprofessional incident occured with no responsibility taken by the hotel or the manager in regards to the incident. Upon arrival and check in, which was done by my fiancé, as my flight was delayed, not allowing me to be there at check in. Upon getting to our room, when she entered the assigned room, which was late in the day, the room was occupied by another couple, in bed enjoying each others company..understandably, obviously she was startled as well as the couple together in bed. The gentleman in the room yelled a few explicatives and my fiancé flustered hurried out and back to the front desk, which the person took no responsibility. Imagine if her 2 young daughters had been there to witness that or even if the situation had potentially escalated in the room. Once I arrived, with my fiancé still physically affected, the front desk person said speak to the manager in the morning. Speaking to the manager in the morning, she seem disinterested and said she would check into it and contact me back. Never heard back so at checkout she said that since I booked with Hotels.com she couldn't do anything, contact them and she would resolve it through them. Lie, when Hotel.com spoke to manager, she told them NOTHING she could do. Hotels.com said she could have settled at the hotel, they didn't understand why no compensation offered. Legal advice will be sought, my fiancé is still bothered by this most disturbing event! Sad!

When I made it to the hotel, I was very impressed. I loved the look inside and out. I felt safe with the location. What I didn't like was the fact that my room was never cleaned. My family left twice from the hotel and when we arrived back the room was not cleaned..bed not made nor did we receive new towels. We had to go downstairs and request new towels. I will never stay at this location again.

I was a little surprised there was not coffee pot in room, but truthfully, I did not really look at the amenities. I had wonderful coffee and breakfast downstairs. The bed was a little softer than what I am used to so that is the reason for a rating of good, not excellent.

Located in middle of so many activities. Clean rooms, solid breakfast, friendly staff all at a reasonable price, what more do i need.

Certainly reasonable price for a Friday. The bar was quite nice and lots of munchies available for purchase near the front desk. Breakfast was awesome. The noise from the room above us was extremely annoying and into the wee hours of the morning. A coffee pot would have been nice. Otherwise very comfortable/attractive hotel with super friendly staff.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast is off the chain, one of the best breakfast i have at a hotel that gives it in there price. I purposely ate it each day, between waffles, pancake station, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, different meats each day, muffins, pastries, cereals amd real grits. They even had almond milk. 5 stars!!!!

Small no-frills room. Could use another electrical/charging outlet or two. No closet, but even that was workable. Great for a one-night stay, good for a 2-night stay. Anything beyond 2-night stay, a larger room would be necessary. But overall it was a nice property, fair price, great friendly staff.

The reservation was modified, but not correctly noted so we had to wait for rooms. Key card maker was inoperative so we did not get room keys until late in the stay. House keeping made multiple attempts to get into our room(s) despite our late checkout.
